If you are in Chiang Mai and lucky enough to stay at the Scale House I can guarantee you will have a wonderful experience. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast included. The owners are on site and ready to help with all needs. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some of the best food in town. Great location, room, food and owners what more can you ask for?

An excellent deal! At all times we were made to feel at home, helped us in all our doubts and in general all very well. The room was very clean, and everything you need within the budget that we were moving. The location is very good why you can go walking to all the temples within the city walls. Cooked very well and very good price, highly recommended.

When I visit Chiang Mai I usually stay at a site not far from this, and yet I plan to repeat in The Scale House. The site is modest, it takes a thai family very friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable. They managed the rental bike as soon as it arrives. Also they offered me a lower price than the booking (if you see that there is a site on online websites, I recommend that you come in person, and so you can save). The room is perfect in size and normalizes, the bed is not the best in the world and the bathroom is a dwarf, but I slept great. Not listened to noise and with the air conditioning to a minimum sleep of luxury. The included breakfast and unlimited coffee that you can prepare your when you want. For the price and the area, excellent. If you're looking for something medium with decoration stunning, and others, will not be your site.

Small Hotel. The couple is very friendly. A little problem on a room: the bed with springs, there is better. But other than that, all right.

Nice reasonably priced place to stay. Rooms are fairly plain and don't have universal sockets so you'll likely need an adaptor. They offer breakfast but it fairly plain. Scrambled eggs o. Toast with I start coffee and a couple piece of watermelon. The couple who run the place are very friendly and helpful and make you feel most welcome.

I decided to come back and try out the breakfast. I had the American breakfast for 80 Baht. I got fresh orange juice, a decent cup of coffee (with a little milk jug), 2 pieces of toast and 2 eggs. There was also a banana. Good value for money :-)

We were very fond of the hospitality. Even though the rooms were small, the charm of the owners and the helpfulness were great.

I didn't stay here, I just ate here. The Scale House was really busy when I got there. There was a table free for me. They have free Wi-Fi. My order was talen fairly quickly but as I said the place was very busy so the food took a bit of time but that's to be expected. The food was very good. I ordered Pad See Eeuw for 50 Baht and a large Chang for a very cheap 60 Baht so my bill was only 110 Baht. Wow :-) Impressive. I'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home in Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and lovely. Breakfasts are filling and pleasant. A lamp in the room would be nice for the evenings but otherwise everything was perfect! We will be staying again!

Wonderfull people, make you feel like family. The location is great also, can visite walking so many things. Thank you so much for all.

Very nice and cosy place.
Convenient location:
— all temples inside old city could be reached by foot
— the road with songthaews to the Zoo or Doi Suthep is even more close
— 7/eleven is in about 2 mins walk
The room was very clean, there is hot water, aircon, even slippers are provided.
Inclusive of breakfast!
