Lovely staff. A great place to stay!

Showed up, the place was closed, nobody answered the phone, and no notice why they were closed, had to find alternate accommodation and got charged 700bht for cancellation. I'd never recommend the place ever.

OK place. Common spaces are few and lack natural light.

We love this place! The family room was spacious and comfortable for us and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were always very clean. Bee, the owner, is absolutely wonderful and my 5 year old son definitely fell in love with her! We stayed here twice, the second time for over a week and would definitely stay here again if we are back in Chiang Mai.

A very nice guesthouse! There is only one employee who speaks good English and is not always on site. But you can reach them around the clock via Facebook. The guesthouse is very easy to set up. You have everything you need including communal kitchen and tea and water for free. The rooms are cleaned every two days.
The staff is super helpful. I was not well, already the English speaking host was alarmed and brought me their medications from home. Generally the staff there are very helpful and committed!
The location is also great as it is pretty much in the old town.
I would like to point out that the rooms are not soundproofed and therefore can be noisy at night.

Everything is clean and the dorm bed has certain privacy thanks to the curtains. The downside is that the room has the smell of exhaust fumes during our two nights' stay there.

I stayed in the room with two twin beds. The room was super clean and it had a balcony with a street view which was great for hanging out on. The bathrooms are upstairs and they were also always sparkling clean. The location is in the old town so it is conveniently close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place for the price.

The place is beautiful, clean room, clean bathroom, and owner Bee she's just amazing, she help us and she's lovely.
The position is perfect, really close to the center old town and markets.

This place is amazing and so is the owner Bee. So welcoming and helpful. The rooms are Lovely! Just like the photos. Location was perfect, right near Thapae gate, night markets and much more. I had a private room and it was one of the best I have stayed in so far in Thailand. Loved my stay at CNX!

As mad as a box of frogs. On showing the owner on her booking in form we were booked to return the following day and as such she had made a mistake she went ballistic, screaming at us and shouting at us to get out, before pushing my friend.

We found Love CNX guest house by chance after leaving another hotel. Bee (owner) was immediately inviting and lovely. She showed us her new rooms and we accepted straight away. We only booked 3 nights but ended up staying a week as we found it to be Good value with the best beds and facilities (free tea and coffee). Super secure and felt really safe here. We stayed in the twin room at the front with the shared bathroom (lovely roof top hot showers) — almost open to the sky. I loved it up there… The only draw back is the noisy road at the front but being central to Chiang Mai this is to be expected. We would definitely stay here again on our return to Chiang Mai. Thank you Bee for an enjoyable stay and being a lovely hostess, see you around! ;)
