If you want to economize money it's a good place. Affordable with the minimum needed — a bed, fan and air conditionning, a shower, and in a place not too noisy (an irish restaurant nearest with animations). A locker To close your door room and possibility To take a breakfast — don't be stressed it will arrive and don't hesitate To repeat what u want. The pancake is really good. For the softs drinks you'll have the 7/11 with better prices for the same.

The guesthouse is located in Chiang Mai Old City and near with many interesting places and tourist destinations. The guesthouse also has garden where I can spend my time relaxing despite the hassle of Chiang Mai city, unlike other guesthouse near it. The room is simple, comfortable, clean, and large despite its cheap price. Would recommend to everyone who come to Chiang Mai!

The location was great, walking distance to everything. We didn't even rent a scooter, we just walked everywhere because the place was in the center of the old town. The room however, was a different story. There were stains on the bedsheets, the room we were given was at the end of the hallway, far from the router, poor internet connection, noisy as well outside the room. If you're on a budget and you don't plan on spending alot of time in the room, its a good choice.

Good location within Chiang Mai's "old town", simple rooms with very reasonable prices and friendly & helpful staff. Can't wish for more on your journey, can you?

Very nice guesthouse, big clean rooms with spacious bathrooms and good beds. Very nice staff with good english skills. The sitting area is quiet and green. I will stay there again!

The accommodation is in accordance with the announcement and the hosts very welcoming. We were well advised for planning our days. The guests also offer a scooter rental, convenient as we do not have to travel.
On the other hand, when we arrived we faced ants in the bathroom, attracted by a task on the ground.
To our surprise, because not reported in the advertisement, the portal was closed at an evening at 11:00 pm.
One of our nights was hectic (noise) by disrespectful neighbors, sitting right outside the entrance to our room.

Very well! Very welcoming Guest House, conveniently located. The room at 300 Baht was very clean with proper bathroom. Very firm litter but with fatigue it suits perfectly. I would recommend it without hesitation.
A little more for the wooded and furnished garden and a quality staff.

Stayed here in September with our 2 young kids whilst travelling around Thailand. Isabel who runs it was really helpful and moved us to another room as soon as we checked in so our kids wouldn't be disturbed by music at night. Perfect location and great price.
Hope to stay again soon!

Great location. There is everything you need.

Double room for 350 baht, very good value for money. Small + The courtyard with its trees and wooden tables, we also appreciate the map for breakfast and meals (meals you note on a notebook and pay at the end of the stay, thanks for the confidence of the guests) quiet, well located, I give you my green light;)

Great and good value for money! 350 baths for a private room with a large bed and bathroom. It's clean, it's next to everything and the hosts are very nice. They also make restaurant, with very reasonable prices (40baths for a Thai pad)! You can even eat breakfast for cheap (coffee, pancakes, fresh fruit, American breakfast…).

Quite nice place when on a budget. Good rooms, nice beds and fantastic location! All the best.

Good location, quiet to sleep after 10pm or 12pm and every morning. The bed is comf and has hotshower in room. The owener is helpful！and you can take 20m has 711.300b with fan-room in cheap price.

Very good Service and low prices. I can recommend this Place for all backpackers and travellers. Rooms are clean and the owners are very nice.
