Nice hotel near Changkian Temple, budget hotel only 690 Bht per night with ABF, located near Chiangmai University.

Good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and the bestmotorbike rental place in town located in the parking lot. Rates are super reasonable as well, if you don't want to bein tourist central I'd definitely suggest this place.

I stayed here for three weeks, was hit with an electricity and water bill upon check out despite asking if this was included when I checked in. Also the cleaning fee was 500B even though on the initial form it said 300 and the man crossed it out and wrote 500B I believe due to me being a foreigner. Cleaner only comes once a week on wednesdays despite needing the bin emptying. Unfortunately just ripped off a traveller which means when I come back I will never stay here again.
