Nice quiet location although if you want to visit the night market each night, you will need to flag a seongthaw down, which is 30THB per person. Free bike hire is great to get you about the city. Staff are very attentive and service is very good. Rooms are great with everything you need, although 80ThB for a coffee capsule is very expensive.

Great location within the city walls. Big, spacious rooms. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Would certainly recommend.

My wife and I spent 4 days in this lovely hotel. The whole team are very friendly and provide an exceptional service. The hotel is very delicately furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Our room was cosy and we immediately felt at home. Being located within the old city walls, it is only a 10 minute walk to Wat Phra Singh, one of the main attractions in Chiang Mai. From there you can discover the town by foot or take a tuk tuk. The hotel also offers bicycles to roam around town at no charge. All in all, a perfect choice and we would always stay at Chankam Boutique Hotel again when we come back to Chiang Mai one day.

Beautiful hotel with details that respect the local architecture, which makes it special. Very good service of the staff. The location is the only point that is 2 * since it is not walking distance from anything.

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the northwest corner of old town. It's in a very small street but don't let that turn you down. It's 2 short blocks from the main roads an easy walk. The rooms are really nice and the service is great. The staff really go out of their way to make you extra comfortable. The lobby is beautiful as are the hallways. The rooms are modern and also have outlets to go with almost any plug. The prices are very reasonable for the hotel. It's slightly away from the main city center but you can easily get there with a 5-10 minute taxi or Uber ride. I'd highly recommend the chankam boutique hotel.

Nice decoration with traditional Thai architect, but in room all facilities are quiet modern. Staffs here are polite and hospitality. My next trip to Chiang Mai will certainly choose to stay here.

Great staff and a fantastic room in a good location.

The Hotel is located in the Western part of the old town in a quiet residential area. Everything is within walking distance. Also free bicycles are available, the repair, unfortunately, were, however, partially vulnerable. The interior is stylistically shot something over the target, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately, were also found in the room of mosquitoes. The Service seems a little inexperienced, but striving friendly and honest. You have found a very cheap Laundry service for us and took care of it. The airport pick-up service upon arrival, however, didn't work despite a prior phone call. All in all, a nice Hotel with air upward.

First day in Chiang Mai Thailand. We stayed at ChanKam Boutique Hotel. Chankam Boutique Hotel is a 4.5 star Hotel is centrally located in the Chiang Mai old city area. It's a really nice, modern and eloquently decorated boutique hotel. It is at walking distance from all 4 famous temples in Old City Chiang Mai and not too far from the airport. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Hotel is in a quiet part of the old city. It's is very clean and the rooms are very nice. Hotel staff is very courteous and attentive to all needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that is very close to the main part of the old city. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, pleasant staff, tidy simple rooms. AC is anemic, but eventually does the job. Breakfast is not fancy, but is real food and solid for a free spread.

We had a really nice stay in this clean and new hotel. Staff was very friendly. Two things were not that satisfying, 1. Many mosquitos in the hotel lobby as it is an open space, many of them on the hallways and due to open doors at cleaning times also in the rooms. 2. The bar looks well equipped but twice in the evenings no one has been there to serve drinks except for bottled beer and bottled coke. I would have definitely given a five star rating and overlooked these things but at checkout after three days we were charged 300 baht for a broken water glass which fell down on the floor whilst we had some leisure time at the bar one evening. After asking if they were serious about it there was no reaction. Generally it is funny to charge a water glass, and the amount of 300 baht is way too much. Too bad they destroyed the nearly perfect feeling they built up many days.

Really liked this hotel. Very new and pretty rooms, nice front desk staff. Breakfast ok, but it felt more like american food, so if you want some thai authentic food you are better off having breakfast at one of close by restaurants. Good location, quiet street. Close to everything you might need. Really enjoyed my stay there. You get really good experience for the price. Recommend.
