As soon as I stepped out of the vehicle, I was mesmerized by the architectural style of the gate and the buildings of this charming oasis near the old town of Chiang Mai. And, in that moment, I knew I am in a special place. But, as I walked through the gate, I was momentarily hypnotized by the enchanting energy that engulfed my being. The magic of this hotel tra…nscends the alluring beauty of its space through the LOVE that they share every step of the way. Their love is evident in the space planning and design details of all the areas of the hotel (courtyard, lobby, dining area, bar, pool area, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, stairs, hallway and balcony), tasteful dining service especially the breakfast buffet, and the impressive attire of their staff. Their love is expressed in the impeccable hospitality of their staff by making me feel at home and at peace. And their love is exuded by their staff by acting like one family. salamat. Love this place. Close enough to the market and old town but just enough away for some peace and quiet. Classy hotel, great service with Thailand authenticity. Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when we come back.

This is a multi award-winning and globally recognized world luxury hotel, and it shows! It's few minutes from the centre of Chiang Mai’s Old City and local attractions like the Night Bazaar, sophisticated dining spots along the Ping River, and Warorot Market — but just far enough away to allow guests to relax in the peace and quiet of an aged residential neighbourhood. The thoughtfully planned rooms and suites have all been decorated using traditional Thai Lanna inspiration married with European colonial influences. Each room showcases different flavours and colours; olive greens, warm browns, soft vanillas, light purples and mellow yellows can be seen throughout the individually designed rooms. The mixture of traditional and contemporary design with rich, luxurious materials and décor makes it a unique and luxurious place to stay. All rooms show off generous living areas, high ceilings, locally-sourced artwork and glossy wooden floors. Ensuite bathrooms feature a huge jacuzzi tub or freestanding clawfoot bathtub and walk-in rain shower. Not to mention, great sparkling chandeliers. There is no shortage of luxury here! Each of the 30 rooms has its own balcony or terrace overlooking the lush garden and pool area. This is a favourite spot for many guests, as they can curl up on the cozy oversized bench and enjoy the breeze from the large tropical fan overhead. After a full day of exploring the city or staying nearby, head over to the Sala Spa to relax.

What a lovely place! It’s understated luxury and beauty is only part of the package. The staff’s service is impeccable, the pool is like a private oasis and the restaurant is excellent.

One of the best accommodation I had in thailandia. The structure is very nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room are large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and I ve got the best pancake of my life. Swimming pool is not fascinating as I saw in the photos this is why I am not giving 5 stars. In summary a super place where to stay in Chiang Mai.

My wife and I stayed at the Puripunn Botique Hotel while in Chiang Mai in early November 2017. All we have is praise for this hotel and its staff. The owner introduced himself and was very gracious as was his lovely wife. We enjoyed our stay their and would look forward to staying there again. If you are planning to visit Chiang Mai do not hesitate to stay at this venue. Thailand is beautiful but even more beautiful are its people. Julio and Norma More.

Great hotel and great staff but the location makes it harder to get around the city. They have a nice shuttle system to get you closer to the city but you have to get back on your own.

So classy and clean, love the services. Highly recommended for everyone.

Truly an amazing boutique hotel. From the moment of arrival to your final interaction this hotel takes the time to make sure every need of guests are taken care of. The complimentary abundant breakfast in the morning is something to look forward to and a great start to the day. The restaurant on the property serves high quality lunch and dinner as well. A perfect place to stay if you happen to be in in the city. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful — the room was so charming! Breakfast (included) was excellent. While enjoying Chiang Mai for Songkran festival, we felt like we returned to a "retreat", even after all the craziness during of the day! Thanks to all of the staff. :)

Sanctuary in the middle of a busy city, quiet with good service. Nice, old-style rooms and furniture. Courtyard pool.

We are a couple of Thai, just checked out yesterday (09/10/2016). Puripunn is the hidden gem in Chiangmai City where the location is nearby the Night Market, The River of Ping and also the local market, called Waroros. Quiet and Lovely small hotel which we are not surprised why Puripunn has been awarded lots of prizes:-) Hotel also has the free TukTuk service to Local Market, Night Market, running on their schedule all day:-) Hotel Staffs are friendly, always offer us the sm…ile and greeting, very cosy welcome from them. Here offers not only welcome drink and they offer us the farewell drink which we never thought that we would have that:-) One thing We would like to make recommendation is Breakfast Menu. Less choices, but We do understand for the selected choices the hotel offer. Anyhow, Thai Menu should be more variable, especially some Northern Style of Food should be another choice because the hotel is in Chiangmai City where local food is so nice as well. If you would like to offer the guest with the Thai Living Style, We thought local food can describe the life of Northern people:-) The amenity kit should be filled everyday. After turn down service and cleaning, the lady cleaners should double check all items in the room. There are some few recommendation after 5 days we were living here:-) Lastly, We have to Thank You all smiles here, they make our trip greatly after 4 years passed.

I am just be back from the most beautiful place in chiang mai. The puripunn is an oasis in the mid city of chiang mai. Small, charmful and stylish equiped in a unique way. Very nice and helpful staff, always ready to make your stay as confort as possible. I will be back for sure as feel like home with personal service. By the way, dont miss to try out their kitchen, every single dish is a drawing and taste unbelievable good. I just can say that I had really a "wow experience"…

Not too far from city center and walking distance to night market. They also have tuk tuk shuttles to bring you to sunday market only 5-10 minutes away.

One star knocked off for extortionate provr of water in mini bar. 600. %mark up. Lovely rooms and very relaxing but not far from city. Also free tuk tuk.

Warm and friendly hideaway of a boutique hotel, in a classic and old style. The staff is excellent and make you feel at home. Special touches are the hotel Tuk Tuk to take you gratis to the night market and the courtyard pool.

It's in a silent place since it's far away from the main road but it still has high accessibility. I do feel that I am having a vacation when I was living here. Moreover, the breakfast is gorgeous, the customer service is excellent. I believe that every staff in Puripunn can recognize you. They are friendly and helpful.
