Non the owner was very kind and welcoming. He even offered us to drive to the old city, he made sure that all his guest are comfortable and no time wasted by suggesting some activities both either free or with fee. Aside from the
very relaxing ambience of their common area, they'll also make sure that your stay are enjoyable, safe and memorable.

The hotel is amazing, very cozy, we fill like at home. The owner is an amazing person he is always willing to help you and give you the best recommendation about where to go and when. He helped us to finish to plan my trip around Thailand. He organised all the tours for us with the best Companies and with the best prices! We definitely will come back! Thanks man!

We had a great stay at Kittawan Home&Gallery! It was a lovely and quiet place to come home to after our busy days out sight seeing in Chiang Mai. Our room was cozy and clean, bottled water and fresh towels were provided daily and the ourdoor area was absolutely beautiful with a big fish pond and little waterfall running into it. Our host was very friendly, helpful and caring — chatting to everyone and offering tips and advice for our stays in Chiang Mai.

It can probably be described as the most disgusting place on earth. No value for money. There are two hotels under the same name, at least one of them is an scam (both from same owner). If I were you I would not stay in a hotel where they can scam you.

Not a place for women. We were hosted in this place few weeks ago. The place is dangerous for women as it is far from the city and the door is broken so anyone can get inside your room or steal your stuff. It was definetly not clean and we felt observed, there were holes on the walls so there is no privacy plus the toilet is downstairs. Creepy owner.

Great place to stay in chiang mai, it has a great and well maintained garden with fish pool where you can enjoy and relax while having breakfast or preparing the next thing to do or visit. The service was great, he was very helpful, provided local maps and was able to recommend tours and sites to visit to get to know this region better. Room was nice, with air conditioning and good toilet. We paid 1500 baht (39€) for 2 nights.

It was an amazing stay! The place is really well cared and a peaceful place to be in Chiang Mai. The garden is just marvelous: the little waterful to a beautiful lake with fishes it was just relaxing and stunning! The host was amazing and always giving value tips that make my trip to chiang mai just perfect. I'll be back for sure!

Honestly speaking I have been dying to write a review on this place. But wanted the right feel to come out in the form of words and hence held back. We planned a sudden trip to Chiang Mai which was on my list of places to visit since ages.
Selecting a good affordable place for my family was a challenge. I had short listed Kittawan based on recommendation on booking and got it booked and re booked multiple times before finally reaching to the place. My gut feel told me on book…ing the place based on reviews read and the dependence on the owner of the place, Non, and how right I was in trusting him and his place for. My family. He is the very reason for which I would recommend this place to one and all (apart from good clean rooms and excellent environment to spend time on your holiday). The place is outside the main tourist spot with hardly any eating outlets or activities around. So if you are looking for a big building place to stay with ring a bell service then this isn't the place for you. This is nicely set in a quite neighbourhood where you are with yourself.
The amenities are excellent, gives you what you precisely need. The people who run the show are all superstars, very welcoming (like most of Thailand) and deserve to be torch bearers for their nation in terms of hospitality. Non helped us make our itinerary for the 5 nights stay in Chiang Mai, made all required bookings for us. Also helped all the time to call for taxi for local visits.

Great relaxing location. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was wonderful. We showed up on the spot and they took care of us. Free water! Shower and bed was great.

Nice property located in a quiet place after the river. You can easily reach the night market and the daytime market in 15 minutes. I stayed in the local people's Lann house, a really nice experience to be repeated if I go back to Chang ever.

Super helpful and friendly stuff. Calm and clean place not so far from the night market and city center. Great to stay here for couple of days.

A beautiful little resort a bit away from Chiang Mai city centre. Outstanding Care! Absolutely recommended.

Absolute recommendation. The location is so beautiful, the host helped us with everything from planning our trip over questions to chiang mai city, the thai culture to organizing a scooter and laundry service. Great also for families because it's so cozy.

Nice place to stay, only a bit far from the city centre. Uber works great in this area for cheap transfer. The staff (all young) are very nice and helpful. P. S. : very quiet area. Perhaps the best room for quality of sleep in our entire stay in Thailand.
