Wonderful experience at The Peaberry Hotel — the owners are a husband and wife (with a very daughter! ) who go above and beyond to take care of their guests. The rooms are authentic and the location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Chiang Mai. Would recommend!

Thank you for truly treating us like your own family. The hospitality and warmth you extended to us we will never forget. We arrived during Songkran not having a clue about the festival yet you made an effort to include us everyday with water pistols and buckets ready to go. We enjoyed a home cooked traditional meal with you and drove around the city in a red van too — crazy, hectic, fun! Everyday we didn’t know where to go, yet you suggested places and arranged transport. No question, or request was too big or small to ask either. We only hope we can return the same feeling to you if you are ever in Australia with love and best wishes.

Stayed here for a few days while in Chiang Mai. Rooms are quaint and breakfast was included.

The perfect place to stay in Chang Mai! The lovely, clean, rooms were very comfortable and hospitality we received from all the staff at The Peaberry was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They let us enjoy breakfast when we arrived early for check in, helped us find reasonably priced transportation around town, and even let us rest in the cafe's air conditioned space after we had checked but were exhausted on our final day in Chiang Mai. Would recommend to everyone!

Fantastic contemporary hotel with great staff and a decent breakfast. A bit far away from the main markets and pub streets but a tuk tuk will get you there pretty quickly.

Amazing hotel. Staff make you feel like you are guests at their home. Couldn't recommend any stronger. Mimi and James went totally out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our trip both in the hotel and with recommendations for area to visit. If you're in Chiang Mai… Stay at the Peaberry.

How does a cafe stay in business by the staff going for lunch at noon and no one else know how to run the place.

This place is amazing! Really cute, clean and affordable. The family that owns it is extremely friendly and caring. My friend got sick and they helped her so much. They also helped us whenever we left the hotel for finding reasonable cab fares, without us asking for their help. They are really generous people and made our stay feel very safe and comfortable. Even if I ended up super rich and came back to Chiang Mai, I would choose the Peaberry over a fancy luxurious hotel any day.

Very nice hotel in good location, room is clean and not too expensive. You can walk to Wat Phra Singh in 5-10 minutes!

A small hotel with friendly staff situated in the old part of Chiang mai. Although it lacks any amenities the location, price and service make up for it. The breakfast offered was not great but there is a Starbucks across the street.

Noisy hotel 4 out of 10 chances you got a crazy noisy room with endless cars passing by room has no extra table to put u staff.

The customer service at The Peaberry Hotel in Chaingmai is Awesome! From the owner and manager to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. From the moment we checked in and throughout the 3 night stay, it was clear that we are guests and to be treated well. When we need suggestions on dinner or shopping, the staff gave us maps, recommendation and called and made reservations for us. Plus called a cab and explained where we needed to go. Location was great within the old walls, super short Tuk Tuk ride gets you to all the markets and temples. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. For the room, service and location, this is a great value. The owner and manager speak excellent English. So glad we stayed there. I will again when we return.

Haven't stayed there but inspected a couple of the rooms very clean and well done. The owner is passionate about the facility and it shows. He now has a coffee shop serving quality smoked products from CMSH.
