Clean n decent. If you are out all day n only need to have a good sleep. This is the place slightly off all the activities at Old Town.

Even though the staff was always very helpful and kind, I unfortunately have to say that I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived to our booked room (double bed), we received a room in which the sheets and pillows had stains and the AC was dripping water. There also was an unidentifiable spot on one of the towels (most likely blood). Once we complained about it though, we immediately got upgraded to a bigger room (one king size, one small bed), which was cleaner. The whole building (second floor and up) has a weird smell though, most likely because there are no windows in the hallway (didn’t see any at least). The rooms are very old-fashioned and could be renovated, especially the bathroom was not that nice. The breakfast was quite okay with fresh fruit, salad, bread, eggs, coffee, tea etc. But the Wi-Fi didn’t work for me. Taking into account the price, I think it’s a fair deal for people who are looking to rather spend their money in the city than for a hotel and who only come to sleep and have breakfast here. For this the location of the hotel is great by the way, the Old Town is only a ten minute walk away.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy, comfortable rooms, great location. Down side, in need of overhauling, and pool a bit small for a large hotel. Definitely not a 5 star, BUT, for the money, worth a visit. I would definitely book again.

Very nice place, wonderful staff. Clean, calm, good breakfasts. A good ramp, comfortable for a stroller. The rooms are clean, cozy. Cleaning every day, and it should be noted high-quality.

Bedroom is nice and spacious, thou the water comes in a glass bottle and dropping it is a huge problem.

The Room was okay, although the Bathroom did not Have a particular Convincing.
If you have rented a Scooter is the Location Top.
The Staff was extremely friendly!
And breakfast had plenty of Choice.

I went to have a look at this Hotel the other day. I'd booked for 43 days for June/July. The rooms I was shown weren't too bad. There was no lighting turned on on the room floors. I was shown rooms on the sixth floor. It was really creepy. Anyone could have been hiding anywhere. The pool seems to be just thrown out the back… like they forgot to put it in originally. The gym is 4 machines looking at the staff toilets. I asked if the Manager could contact me to discuss rooms and pricing as I'd been offered a good deal at a Hotel I'd stayed at before. She didn't get back to me. I just cancelled my entire booking. There loss. The beautifully lit Hotel you see on the web site did not exist on that day. Go somewhere else.

This hotel is not very new but a good and comparable cheap place to stay overnight. It's near the center and has a swimming pool and fitness area. The restaurant serves good food and breakfast is from 6-10 am in form of buffet. Car park free of charge and Wi-Fi free available. It's clean and the rooms are equipped with TV and refrigerator and a cabinet for clothes. I have visited it several times and will do so in future if I stay in Chiangmai.

Very nice. Not very far from the center… you have to walk a little but everything nearby.

Bookinh twin bed (because we are consist of 2 man), but they give us king bed.

Congratulations to the photographer for his presentation photos that have nothing to do with reality… Very old hotel with dark but clean rooms. Easy to find much better at a lesser price!

Good service, food and excellent rooms.

I asked for and got a large quiet nonsmoking room. My room looked out towards Doisuthep. This is an old hotel the looks of which could be improved/updated. The breakfast buffet is limited but just about adequate. Both fitness room & pool are tucked away at the back like afterthoughts. Both are small. I was fortunate in getting a good discount on the room when I booked.

Very poor hotel and extremely dirty. Had to ask for toilet paper every day. The pool is a total bummer, located on the back side of the building and looks like it was meant for kids. And very bad breakfast buffet.

The hotel is conveniently located. Opposite it Thai buffet for 175 baht. The room was comfortable. From the minuses-no insulation (heard neighbors) and lack of shampoo.

Big room. Clean. Nice. Great staff! Only tip is to keep pool open more time!

It's a great value for money hotel and reasonably comfortable. Staff are great and the food is good. Rooms are big and the amenities are up to date.

Friendly staff and decent rooms for the price. Could use some updating of the carpet in the foyer. Some rooms have different amenities than others. The restaurant's food is good and the complementary breakfast doesn't disappoint.

My partner and I originally booked to stay here for 5 nights, we ended up checking out after one night. The whole hotel is definitely not how it looks online, it is very misleading, by the pictures it looks amazing but the rooms are very dated and so is the entire hotel. We chose this hotel as a relaxing getaway from travelling but we couldn't even get in the pool as it was absolutely filthy, the pool is in the shade most of the day anyway. The balconies are tiny with no seating area and the bathroom and shower room looks like it belongs in a prison block! As soon as we got there we had trouble with the safe, we called for somebody to come up, this never happened, we sorted it out ourselves. The Wi-Fi is awful, we asked over 5 times before the situation was resolved. The walls are so thin, we had broken sleep due to various bangs which were consistent throughout the night. When we said we were checking out all they said was that this is non refundable, no apology whatsoever. Would not recommend that you stay at this hotel, bit out of the way too, only decent thing was the comfy bed. It was very expensive, not good value for money at all.

One of our best hotels in Thailand, such amazing views and staff and tour operator was so friendly.

It's a cozy place but a bit slow service.

If you work remotely or need the internet do not stay here, I could not work for 3 days! Asked to change rooms to get better internet, they never did. Had to keep calling about the internet because it kept going out, kicking me out of video calls with clients, REALLY inconvenient and disappointing. This is a pretty nice place if they would just invest in some quality routers or Wi-Fi service.

Really big hotel but also really old style. The bed sheets weren't clean even when they changed it. There is a lot of choice for breakfast. The hotel is not too far from the city center.

Good location. Good location, 3900 By the way feed delicious… Towels, condos, TV… The food in the room is cheaper than in the markets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Luxury at hostel prices. Very smart room with super king size bed and a proper hot shower that doesn't suddenly go cold. Nice to have a dip in their small pool too. Only a short walk from the corner of the old town square. Wish we'd found this hotel sooner than our 4th and final night.

I only booked one night and I wish I had NOT seen the negative reviews on this hotel. The bed and the size of the room was the best of anything else in this price range. The restaurant in the hotel is OK. About a two blocks walk to the MOAT. I did not like the lack of coffee or tea in the room and had to walk to 7/11 to get a early cup.

Great value for money! Close to the old town. Convenience stores in 20 meters open 24. H. Free Wi-Fi.

Tried to rip us off. Accommodation was nice enough. But when we went to check out, they tried to stick us with an 80 dollar phone call we did not make. Finally had to "settle" to get our luggage back from storage. Steer clear!
