Fantastic hotel, great location! staff was helpful. Food was good and breakfast included. Walking distance from everything in the old city.

We stayed here for 5 nights for the New Year's. This hotel is a boutique hotel located in the old city of Chiang Mai. Close to all main tourist attractions. There is an abundance of great restaurants nearby. The rooms in the main building are dated but clean. The swimming pool was cold so we didn't use it at all. The breakfast choices were sufficient and we mainly ate outside by the pool because the area by the pool was quite pretty. The hotel provided the New Year's eve dinner which was a nice gesture. Service was also pretty good.
