I would rate 5 for their hospitality. Otherwise its as mentioned in previous reviews by the roadside but interior decorated lanna style with lush greenaries. Bit far 10 mins to most market, 30 mins to tiger kingdom. My husband and I suffered a stiff back sleeping on super single joined together to make a kingsize bed. Breakfast buffet is eggs sausages, ham, cereal for as long as you stay there.
