I am sure this was a great hotel once, back in the 1980 or so. But everysinds they forgot to maintain, or even clean it. Fungus everywhere in the bathroom, live electric wires, electric sockets that are just hanging lose from the wall etc etc. The 32 inch flatscreen TV that is promised on booking. Com and other wedsites is actually a very old picture tube TV, 30 years old or so. We stayed four nights and roomservice used a different excuse four times for not having cleaned the room. Reception ws not open when we checked out so the extra money we paid as warrenty to the hotel was not refunded. No indoor pool, restaurant was never open.
But I guess that if you are not afraid of fungus or getting electrocuted this could be a great place to stay.

+ Reasonable price for location and room size + Parking lots are very convenient + Quiet and privacy + Balcony — Room quite bit old — Rest room has no air evacuationer — Air Conditioner seem to be placed wrong position of the room.

I loved my time here. Will definitely be back. From the window we had a great view of the temple across the road. The staff were very good, always friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would recommend lovin sweets for breakfast or lunch, always fresh and beautiful food with good service and on premises. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. (As a side note, the best washing place in Thailand is only a few stores down. It all comes back smelling of roses. )
