THESE PEOPLE ARE CORRUPT, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was evicted without notice for informing them that I was unhappy with my stay and that I would be writing a review… You've been warned…

Overpriced and overrated. I was disappointed with my stay here.

(Please read until the end) First the good, it's in a safe location. As is the case with most all of Chiang Mai. Their smallest unit is 13, 000 baht, a little over 400 USD, which is cheap by U. S. Standards, not by Chiang Mai's standards. Now the bad, everything else. You don't get much value for paying 2 or 3 times what you can get at other locations in Chiang Mai. No pool, no gym, and the Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible. Which leads me to my next point. They also don't seem to be very honest. I asked about getting my room cleaned and the lady told me it was 500 baht. As I was walking past their office, I see they had all their prices listed. A room cleaning was listed at only 200 baht (pictured below). Maybe it was the "Westerner tax"… The Wi-Fi… It randomly sporadically goes out and on one occasion, it was out for the entire evening. No one could do anything about it. I spoke with some people who'd been here longer than me and they said it's starting to happen more and more and it was impacting their ability to speak with their son overseas. If you use the internet to work or keep in touch with family, it's not very reliable here. Next, the cleanliness and overall upkeep of my room (also pictured below). I'm not expecting to be able to eat off the ground, but if you're charging more than the going rate, you have a responsibility to deliver. As pictured below, there was a disgusting brown spot on the curtain right next to my bed.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms and great amenities.

One of the nicest condominium/guest house managed by a chinese speaking landlord/developer. Ask for the bigger room, you can sleep 3 to 4 easily with space to spare, Don't mistake the next block with the same design for the same condo, it is rented out by half yearly or yearly, smaller space and usually empty except the occasion group of loud rowdy china tourist. This condo is very near 2 major shopping center Maya being one and my favourite being kad suen kaew, where there is cheap and good foot massage, children playpen, computer mart, supermart, phone accessories shop and great food center. There's weekly weekend bazaar starting thursday till saturday and it's got everything a family need. But be forewarned, it is not a new shopping center, but stuff there is cheap. The condo 2 minute walk to the main road, so it is not too noisy, yet close enough to grab a public transport to airport which is only 10 minutes drive away.

This place is more of service apartment rather than a condominium. Each room is owned by different owner but managed by building office. If you have any problem you have to call owner directly by yourself for slow response. Room is in nice condition and spacious. It also has all amenities — microwave, fridge and dishes. However, I doubt the cleanliness of beddings. I found a mark on pillow.

Nice staff. Elegant, new place in a good location. Uncomfortable sofas and hard beds.

Nice serviced apartment in a quiet area of town but within walking distance of the old city and two shopping centres. The apartment had a small kitchen/diner, lounge, study area, bathroom and seperate bedroom, there were wardrobes and side tables and would be suitable for both long term and short term stay. Please be aware that only cash is accepted as payment as there are no credit card facilities.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the old walled city and shopping malls and supermarkets. The building itself is very modern and very quiet. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comes complete with crockery, cutlery, coffee, water, toiletries etc. Can't recommend this place enough.
