I lost my purse in somewhere and I thought it doesn't come back anymore but, this hotel sent my purse back to me. I didn't stay this hotel not a guest of this hotel, but this hotel is very very nice and kind So, Thank you so much. I really appreciate. I'll go to visit there someday.

Thr rooms is so louded from the main road, and the towel is seems to be old and the glasses are very dirty. Also the receptions do not pay attention for guests, no service mind!

Awesome prices. I payed $45 Canadian for a big comfortable room. Very nice, open concept, big windows, newly renovated room. Zero complaints.

Modern hotel, very silent, but the smell of the furniture is ‘heavy’

I was here for a fews night. Everything was just fine. Room clean and friendly staff with full of service mind. But I have a little problem with log in to Wi-Fi it keeeped spinning and kicking me out. But anyways overall here deserve 4 stars.

Great hotel to stay, comfortable rooms — however they should take note of what exactly Halal means.

A nice hotel centrally located within easy reach of shopping centres and a plethora of eateries or drinking places. Service was courteous and effective. We had three rooms during this visit for our party. No complaints whatsoever on the facilities or cleanliness. Buffet breakfast is a substantial all you can eat affair. The hotel does get crowded with large parties of coach travellers, which can create chaos at the breakfast area. One or two reviewers have mentioned the aircraft noise. Yes it's true, the main flightpath appears to be over this area of the city. However, it's not such a difficult thing to block out. Unless you live in the outback, people are generally used to this sort of background noise level.

When you travel far from home it is not to find yourself in a Ibis Style that can be copied in any industrial area. As its name implies everything is in Style at the expense of practice and comfortable. The pool is ridiculously small and you have to go through the parking lot to get to the room. For a business stay yes, but for a stopover during a circuit at 10 000 km from France not.

Obsolete. Medium food. I do not advise or for a very short stay.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a busy road and in the flight path of the airport. You think you'd sleep on the street.

So So. Not a hotel for light sleepers, it's near the airport, the road noise is bad and you can clearly here other guests in the room next door. Check in was slow and unorganised. TV reception and Wi-Fi are both poor. Otherwise everything else is expected for an ibis hotel.

Ibis Styles Chiang Mai is always my choice whenever I come to CM on business. Its convenient location is close to public transportation, convenient stores, shopping center, and my uni. The place is clean, modern and safe. The room is spacious and well-equipped for all guests. Best of all, the staff are all friendly and helpful. Ibis Styles is a smart choice for all guests to CM.

I like my staying in Ibis Chiang Mai as the hotel offered what I expected from this chain of hotels. However, I wish to find toilet spray wash for the available toilets available in the rooms. Breakfast was good so the room facilities.

So how to say no windows to the small street side room. So you need the air conditioning all the time and fortunately as the hotel is right in the axis of the airport airstrip and the planes pass over the hotel at 100 meter. Breakfast is not ready in the morning nothing hot in the salty dishes and the toaster does not work coffee is water.

Rooms in the new building are fine and clean… large bathroom and bed. Cleanliness in the public area leaves nothing to be desired. Motivated by personal motivation. And… The hotel is located directly (20 metres) under the Einflugschneisse.

Great place to stay but found the room door doesn't lock when going out if you hold the handle in the open position for more that 5 seconds. I feel this is a serious security issue and there needs to be a notice in the room to check the room is locked when leaving it. Other gripe is its impossible to get warm or hot fried eggs at breakfast time.

An Ibis styles like the others, without reproach to the room level, except that one eats bad eurothai…

The rooms are quite spacious and nicely designed. The hotel has a good view at the lift lobby of the first building. Shower in the room was quite unpleasant with water temperature varying from warm to cold all the time.

One Ibis styles like another. We eat as badly as in France.

It was a cosy hotel where the facilities were in good conditions. The meeting rooms were spacious and it was clean. Its location is also within places of attractions which is awesome. I would rate my stay at a 8/10.

Hotel great, but breakfast leaves something to be desired.

Stayed here recently for a week. We found the property to be very central, clean & safe. We are independent traveller's so we came and went during our stay, reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size. Our stay included daily breakfast, basic choices for the western options but lots on offer. Used the pool a couple of times. Walking distance to the markets, main shopping centre and the main restaurants and cafe's, the laundry machines are found around the back street not on the property. A red taxi away from the old city, 30 bhart pp. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Staff were excellent and accommodating. My room, which was in the newer building of the three was very nice and well appointed. This hotel sees a lot of group tours arriving by the busload which tends to overwhelm the facility, especially at breakfast. Thus I avoided breakfasts there and went elsewhere. One thing I found very annoying is the Wi-Fi set-up. It requires relogging in every day, with credentials constantly changing. It also throttles Netflix, which isn't great since there are only two or three English language stations on TV. Not a big deal if you're only there a couple days, but since I was there 2 weeks it was frustrating. Another not so great thing is the pool. Not awful, but less appealing than in the pictures. For food I highly recommend Tsunami Japanese Thai which is right around the corner. Popular, deservedly so.

NO QUALITÄT The reception, although I used the self-check-in via Accor app, was not informed of my arrival. During my three-day stay, I felt that no one really cares about the welfare of the guests. For me, this includes the manager from France. Free breakfast is offered until 10am. However, around 9h many dishes were already empty or because cold only partially edible. The staff, who are classified for clearing, only clean the table surfaces with a dry rag. My room (No. 1614) had already experienced better times. The general state of affairs leaves a lot to be desired in my terms. All kinds of bugs and dust gathered behind the bed. The dayfront curtain only exists in half and was very dusty. I certainly don't like to report on the state of sanitary setup anymore.
All in all, for me you are much better catered for in some Thai hotels, the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired and you don't pay THB 1, 500 per night!

Probably one of the best value-for-money hotels in this area. Only 10-minute walk to Nimmanhemin bars and restaurants.

So disappointed with this hotel. I booked it early through AccorHotels app but got a terrible and tiny room. Asked to change the room to the new building but been told all rooms were full as they got many groups and new buildings are for their group customers. But I have to say the staff were friendly, I believe they can't do much with hotel policy.

Quiet nice hotel anf affordable.

Nothing great about this Hotel accept the front desk staffs. Have been traveling in-out Thailand for more than 20 years and stayed in many Hotels. They are one of the best! Helpful, friendly and polite!.

The towel provided in my room looks very old and dirty, looking more like a bath mat than a towel. After look carefully on the hotel Facebook I found same issue was complained in April 16, 2017 as well.

We paid for an upgraded room these rooms are very badly lit small windows with no view. Breakfast is ideal for Asians but terrible for europeans.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Nice and comfortable bed. Modern style and rooms are larger than typical ibis hotels' room. The door won't close completely by itself, but there is an alarm reminder. It's an easy fix that the hotel should take care. The breakfast is too crowded with Chinese tourists. อ้อ ที่ฉีดก้นมีแล้วนะ

Modern hotel but lots of traffic noise and a tourist style buffet breakfast.

I spent 3 days at this hotel, first night we ate at their restaurant, they had a buffet with only like 6 options and not really Thai food (options include fries and tomato sauce spaghetti). Also the hotel is very far from every thing, the breakfast is bad (no real fruit juices, only watermelon and pineapple as fruits options). I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, I'm really disappointed.

A rather dark room with limited window. Sounds from the hallway can get into the room and the door sometime not close automatically. Other than that, it is a nice clean hotel.
