Bungalows are clean with new bedding and towels. Shower is hot. Nice little patio with table and chairs to sit to escape the heat of the day or to have a coffee in the morning. Has a washing machine to use but no tumble dryer (go next door if you need one! ) Would have given more stars but staff weren't always around when you needed them and there isn't really much to do? They have lots of space in their garden so perhaps they could add a small pool or something? Maybe we need to wait for Chiang Dao to get more popular with tourists. 10 minutes walk from the Chiang Dao Caves.

This is a lovely place to stay. We had a little bungalow overlooking beautiful gardens — — at night and in the morning there was an amazing orchestra of birds and geckos. Our only hesitation ahead of time were the reviews commenting on poor mattresses, but when we arrived the woman said, "They're all new now! " Comfortable bed, clean wood bungalow, a beautiful porch. The bathrooms for our least-expensive bungalow (400 baht in Feb 2018) were separate and shared; mostly perfect, but on nights the place was more full they got a little bit messier. It was nice that the loos were separate from the showers — — great hot water, good water pressure. There was a self-service washing machine for 40 baht we were glad to use. The common areas in the front are lovely — — really relaxed and nice to hang out in. I really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely place! There are a bunch of bungalos in the beautiful garden. Each bungalo has a terrace with arm-chair and small table. Great view to the garden and mountains. It's a very quiet place where we enjoyed singing birds. There are three restaurants, a bar and a place with several kinds of craft beer right opposite to the resort. There is a laundry-mat. Shared bathrooms and toilets are clean. Good Wi-Fi. Bottled water is being provided every morning. The staff is very friendly. Great place to stay for a few nights or to spend a week.
