It’s definitely a pleasant surprise. Little hidden place but very cosy with friendly staffs. Of course these little things that makes us feel so comfortable like at home. Many thanks to all to make our trip so wonderful. ขอขอบคุณ

Friendly staff, Nice room, Breakfast was pretty nice and Varieties will be recommend this place if you visit Khao Yai Pak Chong.

The electric switch near mirror is damaged for Room 112. Nearby nothing can shop. And the reception female staff has no smile, when I ask her questions, she didnt seem willing to help.

I stayed 3 nights. Comfortable room. Clean room. Good service. But their WI-FI not working properly. Sometimes it may switch off in mid night. Also no clothes ironed facilities.

Stayed in a standard room so it did the job, not much to say about it but the shabu restaurant below is great, had the grill all you can eat, tasty shabu there.

Clean spacious room and beautiful environment :) family mart within walking distance (jz downstairs.

My 1 night stay at Pino was great. Nice, Clean & Peaceful. Food was satisfactory.

New hotel. Clean. Nice setting and surroundings. Water pressure a bit weak, slow Internet. Otherwise a nice stay. Relaxing.

Nice place for budget price. Clean and comfort. Breakfast line is standard, hope to have omlet in the future but the fruit is very fresh. The room is OK with good bathroom. Recommended for budget hotel in Pakchong and very near Khao Yai.

This hotel does not provide toothbrushes… But other than that everything else is fine, although the breakfast buffet has very little selection.

Room is spacious with balcony. Very clean and breakfast was really a spread! They have a steamboat place within the hotel. Nearby there is a great food place but I can't remember the name. It's "something" garden. Walk along the steamboat place and you will find a street side noodle place and you will find a family mart. Cross opposite side of the road and you will find a "zi char" place. Sgd$8/pax meal for 4dishes and 3 bowl of rice.

Nice budget hotel in Khao Yai. No major complaints. Water pressure in shower could be better.

One of the best hotel that I ever stay. Clean and good environment. Breakfast is a little bit limited choice but the vege and fruit are very fresh. Healthy choice anyway. Very near to convenience store, Family Mart is about 10 meter walking distance, basically is just next to it.

Free upgrade to deluxe room for us. The room is big with balcony overlooking the mountain views. Breakfast is average. Would suggest to have more English channel.

We are truly thankful to all the hotel staffs who have lent their help and support during our stay in the hotel. We were travelling with small children & senior citizens and were staying here for a night when one of our family members had a critical medical situation. The staffs were quick to respond, helping us in getting medical help and physically present in lending help when we were desperate and helpless. They have gone the extra miles of providing us with transport to and fro the hospital, assist in translation even in midnight all out of goodwill. Special thanks to front desk personnel, managers, and the security guard of the hotel ensuring we are safe at night. Even without the terrible episode, we would also highly recommend this hotel because it is clean and comfortable. The room is big and staff members are polite and considerate. Thank you so much for coming in all those extra effort and we sincerely appreciate your assistance in every way!

I have stay at the room no. 409. There are furnished with a super king bed. The rain shower is good and the room including hotel so clean. Love it!

It is affordable and there are many restaurants surrounding the area if visitors want to eat an authentic restaurant. It has ATM booth and 24 hours grocery store.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is fairly new but lacks a gym, pool or laundry service. Breakfast options are little and food is average and can be had outdoors in a beautiful garden complete with artificial waterfall and pond.

Room was quite spacious and clean. But the bathroom towels were very small and brownish (which made them look dirty) with only 1 small soap bar for 2 guests. Strange they provided 2 bottle of shampoo. Shower faucet was pitiful: on one side the water came out so strong that it hurt but on the other side the water dripped out. There was no slipper, either. With room rate at 1, 412.87 Baht, hotels in Thailand normally provide slippers for guests. Breakfast was ok. Would have been better if they stopped chatting among themselves and ignored the hotel guests. Attentive when called, though. Check-in staff was found wanting. When I arrived and showed her my booking on cellphone, I was told to wait and she answered up the phone for some time. Finally she asked if I had a booking and I had to show my cellphone to her again. She looked at the booking number and asked my name, then looked through her reservation book. I wouldn't have complained if I wasn't the only customer checking in. One good staff is the bellboy/parking attendantswho were polite and enthusiastic.

Really great hotel… Super rooms and very very comfortable beds… We will visit again… The price is also incredible… great value for money. There restaurant grill is a perfect addition.
