Service was excellent, the Breakfast is little to no Parking, Elevator.

Staff is nice and high service mind. Room is clean and food is very delicious!

It was wonderful stay. We booked 2 bedrooms suite. Which has 3 big bathrooms and 2 big bedrooms and one dining room. Will recommend.

There's park next to the hotel, a really good park for running.

The air conditioning is noisy, as if you are near the factory. You can't sleep. The room is hot like hell. Changed rooms twice, nothing changed.

The restaurant for dinner is recommended with a nice selection with great prices. Will come back 2018 01 13 and already I am back here. Zi 326 nice size, kingsbed, with breakfast for spec. Price 1.000 Baht per night 2018 04 13 was with my brother here.

Kitchen very good, special dishes also good, as well as Thai food.

Nice and peaceful place. Big room, great service. Breakfast is not so many choices but still good.

Great place to get away from the city. Was only guest n love to hear birds chipping all morning so far. Owner says it's here for 2 yrs already. Lots of green around. Mountain bikes provided for guests to venture the county side. Breakfast was too big a portion for just myself n served just at my front door. Only set back is that the kitchen only serve breakfast.

The location was good, situated in the center of town. The room was large. The bed was not comfortable as it's rather firm for my liking. The water pressure was weak (we were on the 4th floor). The air condition did not produce cold air even though it was set to 18 Celsius. There was no business center. The front desk offered to print our boarding passes but later on proceeded to charge us 5 baht a page, not expensive but I'd rather know that up front.

It's a big hotel built for more spacious days. Not in a very interesting area, not many people staying and not much to do. The rooms are pleasant enough but it's all a bit blah. Fine for an overnight stop on a long journey, which is why we stayed there. Go somewhere else in the evening. Breakfast is a buffet, lot of choice. The coffee is awful, but that seems to be the norm.

The pool on the 2nd floor of the hotel is a good place to relax after a gym or as a main sport to spend for an exercise. The place is not so crowded and the entrance fee of 60-80 Thai Baht is just affordable for a serious user.

The rooms are spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is served in buffet style and is delicious. The pool is a plus. Lacks a bit of brightness in the lobby.

First room no internet connection and cockroach. Asked to move to a different room. In lack of a double bed, they've upgraded us to a deluxe room. Big room and very nice but again, no internet connection and this time no hot water in shower. Breakfast very nice and swimming pool as well. Very friendly staff. It's a bit more expensive from other hotels and they need to improve services to justify the price.

I stayed at the Loei Palace Hotel Dec. 17th through Jan. 8th. We've been staying there for ten years when we visit annually. The hotel is extremely well maintained in an excellent manner. I'm also very impressed with the long term staff that's always there every year and very accommodating. The one area that could use considerable improvement is the evening restaurant service. It's extra slow and the food is prepared inconsistently. I would especially like to compliment the general manager Mr Siwa Thongchonlatorn. He's always extremely responsive to my concerns at the hotel. A particular example of this was when I had an issue with the dinner service. He personally came to my door and gave me a free dinner the next day and apologized for the poor service. Any issue I've ever had he has responded too in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this hotel if your in the Loei area. Satisfied customer, Charles M.

A older but well taken care of (and renovated) hotel in the city of Loei. Old fashioned big rooms, swimming pool and good breakfast buffet. Along the hotel is a nice park to walk and sport in the afternoon.

Nice, Clean, Big and Cheap in december 2010 I paid 800 bath for the room.
