This hotel is in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the ferry. The rooms are fine and the terrace is a fantastic spot both for breakfast and chilling in the evening with a few drinks. The friendly staff and management enhance the experience, Graham pointed us in the right direction both for evening entertainment and our excursions. Renting your motorbike from the hotel is the best option for peace of mind. We will be back.

Found this hotel by chance on a FB page, glad I did. Nothing but helpful advice from the manager Graham even before I arrived. Friendly and quick check in service.
Rooms small but elegant and comfortable for a short stay, food and drinks fair price. Will be back.

Amazing stay. We had a wonderful time. The island and the beaches are just amazing and only 30 min short ferry ride from Pattaya. The resort is very well run and the host Graham (hope I got that right) was the best. He checked on us to insure we had all we needed. He kept the bar open as long as we wanted. A truly gracious host in all respects! We will stay again next year but for more days.

Where can I start! Four days was just not long enough.
Great Location, just a short walk from the pier through the quirky brightly coloured roads, with amazing views out to the main land. Lovely to sit out on a night time or sunbathing in the sunshine. We arrived early and sat with drink whilst being given great recommendations from Martin of beaches and places to visit. I have a 12 and 14 year old and they loved it here, really made to feel welcome. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and the service is so friendly. Loads of fantastic restaurants near to try, our favourite was Pookai. Please try the local pancakes too, they are to die for. We tried Nual-monkeys to the left, Samae-clear blue sea and Tian brilliant for watersports. All beaches were fantastic had different unique features but our favourite was the 1km walk to Kayai.
My only complaint is that we had to leave! We will definitely be back ❤️

Wow. Nothing you could fault about this hotel. Martin was so hospitable and helpful to every request and all the staff were first class. We had such a wonderful time.

Nice view from restaurant balcony to the sea and pattaya. Clean room, but view to the roof of next building Not bad breakfast for 1-2 days stay Friendly manager, but gives us old bike and new one for chinese… Too many chinese in thailand now… Everything made for them now… They are very loud and dirty! Disgusting nation!

A lovely clean modern yet authentic Hotel. Hotel manager and staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. Drinks in the bar in the evening and the minibar didn’t cost a fortune. Fantastic outdoor terrace. I would recommend a sea view room. I would definitely stay here again.

The room had cockroach. We emailed them to help us book the squid fishing which they agreed but did not took action. End up the squid fishing tour was full. Breakfast was nice and the owner was very kind in providing us with towels and bathroom for showering after we checked out.

I love this hotel been about 5. Times now great location next to the pier. Thai style rooms. And mills the manager is very helpful. Ok.

Great little Island koh Larn we had a great time, shame we couldn't get sunbed on the beach on a Wednesday day one of Thailand's weird rules but yes they are closed on Wednesday's. But love our Hotel Suntosa very clean rooms in fact they were so clean you'd never had known anybody had stayed there… Staff were very friendly & service was good an all round great little hotel probably the best on the island… & the manger was very friendly & a funny guy I think he does a bit of stand up on his day off, a great guy tho… the seafront
Veranda is great place to relax at Sun down plenty of room for all the guest also… highly recommended place to stay x.

A good place to spend a few days here while you live on the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Of the Cons: a tiny uncomfortable shower, the only window goes straight to the roof of a neighboring house. Breakfast was good. Only 3 breakfast options, the food is unsavory, cooked poorly, the juice is powdery. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Was an excellent hotel the management and staff could not have been better Room spotless, on suite modern and working. Terrace dining area perfectly positioned fot a panoramic view across to Pattaya. Could not be faulted. Thank you Martin.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The Breakfirst made on premises is terrible processed food, the uninsulated windows rattle, little hot water and water pressure, bad TV receiption with mainly Asian stations. Overall not sure why they consider themselves a resort. Very overpriced and little value.

Clean rooms. Great food. We bought some food at a local market and the hotel staff prepared it along with some hotel food. Recommended.

Marvelous view, wonderful room, excellent service, and most of all what a great manager "Mr. David". I call him as the people guy cuz although we have just met, he was real friendly. Good, clean hotel with a nice view. Good location. Martin was a great host.

The place had so much potential and after paying so much for just one night we expected a lot. The room was dirty when we arrived and many things were broken or not maintained. After speaking to someone at reception we received a shrug. They said someone would come and check the air con but this didn't happen. It is much better to stay on Samae beach and pay 500 baht for a room there. Suntosa is a waste of money.

We stayed at the suntosa in August we had a fantastic time, our room was very clean & had a great view over the sea. The patio was really nice to sit out on & have a drink in the evenings looking out on Pattaya. Wonderful beaches easy to get to on the Bart bus. The manager & staff was so helpful & friendly. We would stay here again next time we come to Thailand.

Very friendly staff. Bathroom could be much cleaner. Hotel is quite pricy for its comfort and cleanness.

Super nice view and feeling of the place. The owner was really nice and location was good. I would have wished that the. Rooms were cleaner and maybe that they should throw away the old textiles like super worn towels. Overall I recommend this place.

They did'nt know about our booking which we made on Expedia. After I insisted that they find a solution, they showed us the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen: There was hair, sand, stones and dust on the floor. The bathroom was filthy, the TV broken, the Internet did not work and there were ants everywhere — even on the bed. Speaking of which: The linen had holes and yellow stain on it. The towels were that worn and dirty that I would't even dry my dog with them. The fridge was sprinkled with dirt and the tap was broken. It is the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen and it costs 65 € a night. Don't go there.

Good resort. Owner is from Uk, interior designer. Friendly and nice. Only problem is that you can not go there by taxi. All approaching streets are narrow. Though its near the pier but in case you go there by speed boat, then it will take you to the opposite side of koh larn. From there its hard to reach at this resort. Especially for old aged peoples. other than this, its a nicely decorated resort.

My Wife and I have been to Koh Larn several times as it is a close and quiet place to visit from Pattaya, We stayed at the Suntosa Resort and were not very pleased with the facility. It was very run down and over priced, We feel they charge High Season Prices in the Low Season and my Wife became very sick with food poisoning the last day. We would not recommend this resort and will not return.
