Nice place to relax, helpful staff, recommend.

We were so enjoy over there. It is very nice place with stunning beach front and Staffs were very friendly. Special things that I love are breakfast because they have champagne every morning ❤️and Thai bath tub. It reminding me think about myself when I was kid we love to take shower like this. It was cool and fun with all nature … so All are beautiful only one thing that they will be more perfect if they accept American Express😂. Joop& Andrew Phoenix.

Excellent services with well organized since day one. Hotel facilities, room aminities were great. Very friendly staffs. There are plenty of trees, green surrounding which making us feel likes home. Foods are varieties, simple but delicious. There are beautiful places for people who like taking photos. It was nice for family, all pool villas here. Good and happy to be here. Thanks.

We stayed there 2 years ago. Very good service choices, and the rooms very nice, clean is good everything until very impressed and to go back to another before Songkran ago, but this time, not like last time. The staff is not good service like mA before everything had to ask for 2-3 times, the old will not. Spain why. Ever boast in my lot here, very well, if friends, we'll blush.

Very good atmosphere, quiet and nice room. We recommend dining on the Bird’d Nest with a special dinner course. All the dishes are very delicious. Through out our time at the resort, Khun Chalee treated us very well.

Season bar is very nice atmosphere. Good Italian and Thai food and friendly staff especially K. Charlie (ชาลี). She gave a good recommendation about local attractions and some local Thai restaurants.

Perfect location. Excellent service.

Perfect place to relax and wind down. Staff is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much bother. Outstanding service from before check in, even. Very spacious rooms, the bathroom is bigger than rooms in other hotels. Beach access and beach is not overcrowded. High Season is not cheap but it's great value for money.

Low season trip at High Season resort. This is my 2nd time here, everything is still perfect! Although this is low season, who cares. Sea and sky are so special and very charming. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Every season is high season here ;)

Great stay! All you want for peaceful escape is here. Clean and comfortable accommodation, very nice staff with superb service mind. Surrounding with crystal clear sea water, stunning view and the birdnest dinner is terrific. Also the Season bar where you could have a perfect chillout. Again the hotel is totally perfect and kind of luxury within affordable and reasonable budget.

Fantastic resort right on the beach with a large pool and spacious villas. 5 star without a doubt. Best on the island.

Loved my stay at this fine establishment in the less populated island of Koh Kood. Excellent amenities, extremely professional and helpful staff as well as unrivalled views of the ocean. Definitely worth another visit.

Expensive but it’s very nice place. I gave only 4stars just because the restaurant was open until 5 pm. It was the low season and the only two guests, my partner and me, were at the resort. The staff are impeccable and friendly. The beach is amazing.

1 Star for the good place, good view, room service good but restaurant service is very bad lower than 3 star hotel level.
— No any information for the first visit from front staff
— Reception staff need to check every time with leader for all of question
— Restaurant lunch, dinner waiting time more than 1 hour
— For restaurant service process no serve water, dish, fork customer must be ask when food ready.
The hotel and resort main response is service.
So no need for next time.

First time visiting Koh Kood and stay at High Season! We have an awesome time staying here. The room is fabulous, everything are convenience. The food; especially the breakfast is great! The outdoor pool is splendid so relaxing and the beach is fantastic! Blue, crystal water, sandy beach, clear sky and services around the hotel are superb! Don't forget to check out the beach bar, all the cocktail are excellent. Love it herr.

First time at Koh Kood We chose this resort because of Beachfront pool villa which was very big and comfortable. We wete happy for our villa. However the management and service of the hotel was still far from 4-5 stars hotel. They have a potential resort but they will need to train their staff and improve the quality of the service. We asked for the private trip to the island around here. They couldn't give us the information. We had to search for the trips by ourselves. We went to have a drink by the beach bar. It took too long to get a drink. By the way, they had a very good chef though. Chef Eed cooked us many nice dishes. We enjoyed eating here because of him. Actually, the staff themselves were nice but just needed to be trained properly. I hope they will be better because the resort was very beautiful and had potential to be one of the best resort in Koh Kood.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful structure, paradise, you feel like alone in the world, manager and staff smiling and friendly. The beachfront villa suite is clean and very spacious, beach, pool and private pontoon. High-end breakfast and fresh juice squeezed by the minute, everything was perfect except a small downside for a waterfront villa suite a pity that we don't have an exclusive service like the other hotel chain, I think with an exclusive service you'll be on top! It just lacks this little negative we will come back its safe and with the whole family!

Nice place, maybe a bit too touristy but it depends on the period. I think the best month to visit is January.

This is a truly unique resort. I am quite impressed by the attention to detail put into the design and construction of the rooms. I do wish the private pools would be more private though. For some rooms the private pools we're facing the main walkway of the hotel leading to the beach and the lobby. Overall, It makes for a very memorable stay and it is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are also excellent. You can always tell a hotel has great staff if you remember them individually. This hotel is no exception. They were really helpful and responsive. Seems like the hotel staff have good team work and communication because everyone seems to know what changes or requests we made. This is particularly impressive since we were there during peak season. The only weak point of this place is the F&B. But I fully understand this is a challenge being on a small island. Getting great food on Koh Kood, from my experience, isn't that easy. Most of the other restaurants weren't that great as well. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel highly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I love all everything here. Good View… so romantic. Good accomdation… and very comfortable. Very well trained and aervice minded staff… lovely. I wish I can come back again here.

We stayed at the Beach front Suite Pool villa which was super beautiful, luxurious and complete with everything you wanted in both the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom, private pool. We had an amazing dinner and everything was more than perfect from food, drinks, atmosphere, services. the staff were absolutely wonderful in particular k. Yod (manager) Spa was wonderful and relaxed.
We will come back again for sure.

It was a perfect getaway from all the worries in the world. I wish I could stay longer! The staffs are very nice from the first moment until we say goodbye. My boyfriend and I had a great time (even though it was raining on the last day and we have to wait for staffs to bring us umbrellas and later rush us while having breakfast to get to the pier) Besides that it was amazing. I love everything there, the beach, the pool, the room, the pillows, the salt scrub and the food And the birdnest is a must! Give our thanks again to Toby, N'Tua, he's so nice to us during the land tour.

Chill out in Paradise absolutely recommended for all those who want to really let the soul dangle.

Lovely place right on the beach. We love to go there for lunch or dinner — the restaurant has beautiful Thai food (although last time we went the quality was not quite as good — I think they maybe changed the chef). Relax first on the little spring netting beds on the beach and enjoy the perfect sunset with a cocktail (they have a happy hour). Just beware the sand flies though who's bites itch like mad!

Very nice resort, all pool-villa suites, nice beach, large main swimming pool. Cocktails on the beach was great, dining on the bird's nest is once in a lifetime experience.
