We love Elephant Bay! We have stayed here twice now and already want to come back. The staff are so friendly, Dee, Som and Go and the others all work so hard. The owners, Remco & Anne, cannot do enough for you and are such nice people. Of course, our furry friends, Charlie & Gogo make it extra special too. All in all, I never want to leave!

I am pleased to be in this beautiful hotel and recommend it without a doubt, fantastic customer service with the staff who are willing to help you every moment, their comfortable rooms and those dreamy sunsets every day, it is the dream of each person and enjoy this beautiful place. Without a doubt the best of Koh Chang and Thailand.

Friendly bar person. Good food. Massage and restaurant yards away. Lovely spot to swim in the sea. Bar lounge. Area has comfortable sofas, pool etc.

Elephant Bay Resort was really the best place to be on Koh Chang! The staff was nice and the room was clean. We really liked the room, the lounge, the swimmingpool and the beautiful place to see the sunset at the beach every day. Most of all I want to say thanks to the owners, because they are so helpfull! They were also helpfull after our trip to Thailand. You were great! I would really recommend this place if you want to see Koh Chang. The island is beautiful. But be carefull if you want to rent a scooter!

Great pool, very friendly staff who create a relaxing atmosphere. The room is somewhat old but clean and the bed is amazing.

Everyone liked it, except for a night of music distributed through the water with the hangout beach.

They are so. Helpful very freindly and they are make the best pad thai.

This little resort is just as lovely and peaceful as it gets. Luxury lies in the nature around as well as in the athmosphere, created by the staff. If you don't mind having a gecko or an insect in your room, once in a while, this lovely resort is absolutely perfect for you.

Good rooms with a pretty good view. The location is quite good with a village with some restaurants and a supermarket near by. The owners are also nice and were always pretty helpful.

Relaxing seafront resort. Great pool, hammocks, free pool table, great laid back vibe, perfect place to unwind. Strong menu boasting both thai and western food options all reasonably priced. Lovely communal area and bar. Cheap rooms with fans available, as well as rooms with ac for a little more.

The Elephant Bay Resort is simply excellent. When we got here we didn't know how long we'd stay for. It ended up being a week, the first time in three months we really settled down after travelling through a few countries. The atmosphere in this place (even during the rainy season, which is when we were here) is probably one of its biggest assets. It is a great meeting place for long-term backpackers and regular holliday-goers alike. The Cambodian staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hosts Samir and Evelyne are always around for a casual chat or advice on travelling the island. The communal space is spacious and relaxed. The pool table makes for lots of fun and so does the pool. Sitting on the shore of the beach there really isn't anything more we could have wished for in this place.

From start to finish this place was amazing, we arrived and were greeted and instantly made to feel welcome if you're looking for a place to meet new people and hang out on the island but with a relaxed vibe throughout the day then this is the place for you.
