Beautiful hotel The atmosphere is quiet. European and Thai fusion cuisine are delicious, panoramic swimming pools with a variety of orchids. Full fitness centre-up.

I stayed here for one week with my friends and their dogs. The hotel was amazing. It’s situated right on the beach and every night we had an amazing sunset. The rooms are very nice and service is impeccable with prompt cleaning and turn down service. The pool is very nice and enough chairs and view of ocean. Swimming was amazing with the ebb and flow of the tide. The breakfast is all day which is unheard of and a very nice feature. The menu selection for breakfast was the best I’ve had — again fast and easy. The staff are very nice and helpful. We ordered lunch to go for a boat ride and they prepared promptly and delivered to the lobby and ready to go! There were no issues at the resort and highly recommend for families, pet owners, or individuals/couples. It’s also close to great restaurants including El Barrio and Fin. Thanks to the staff and mgmt for a great home away from home!

Is our last day in this wonderful resort and we can’t compliment them enough for the GREAT service, and the wonderful time we have had at The Chill. The rooms are spotless/clean and well maintained, the pool and the public facilities and restaurant, are incredible as well as the service and the team super professional and kind. The best hotel in koh chang!

It is the most wonderful resort. The staff, the spa, the amazing pool, views and facilities were all superb. Best holiday ever. Thank you Mr Vee and your staff.

Very good food and modern atmosphere. Very good and friendly staff with food to die for! Quite reasonably priced overall very good.

It's a great boutique hotel. Small, but with great staff. You want to go back to this hotel. The only negative is the rocky beach.

We wanted to enjoy the sunset, have a drink, and swim in the pool. But no! The hotel's rules do not allow you to swim in their hotel! What nonsense, broke the evening.

After a long flight we had booked a night at a hotel in Bangkok. The next day, it went a bit drained further to Koh Chang. Here we had only reserved at YuYu Golden Beach. This facility was nothing for us, so we immediately looked around for something new and came to the chill. After a short, very friendly phone call it was clear to us that this will be our resort for the holidays. And that was the best decision. We were greeted very friendly, then we were shown the very nice air-conditioned rooms, which we immediately fell in love with. There's really everything here. From hygienic articles via hair dryer, TV, air conditioning to the Save everything is available, even a really nice balcony with comfortable, padded couch. There is a room service twice a day if desired. The incredibly friendly staff really cares about everything. It is also very good to mention that it is extremely clean everywhere and is taken care of every day. There is also a nice, clean pool from which you can look directly at the sea.
The restaurant is really very good. You can really eat breakfast until 19h. The evening a la carte menu is also insanely great and extensive, so highly recommended.
The spa offers many different massages and relaxation packages, which are performed by the well-trained staff also very professionally.
The beach is not "very" big, but we really like it. We are in low season (26.04. — 04.

Green territory, atmosphere of rest and privacy, small number of holidaymakers, assortment and preparation of dishes for breakfast, beautiful room, gym, staff, compliments from the hotel (dinner, massage, cake for birthday without a reminder).

We were close to a week in this great hotel and completely satisfied. The layout is just as or even more beautiful than in the photos. We had booked a room with access to the pool. Especially for families with children this is just perfect. However, it had smelled a bit moldy in our room, which we asked to change the bed linen and check the whole once. This was also done immediately. The next day, without further demand, the extremely nice hotel manager came up to us and offered to change the room. Actually, we didn't really want to, since the room still liked us well, but when he showed us the suite upstairs, we were going to and away. A great large room from whose balcony you have a nice view of the sea and a huge bathroom with jacuzzi.
The whole resort, the super a la carte breakfast from 07:00 to 21:00 pm, the never crowded pool and the beach, the great beds by the pool, the friendliness and the breathtaking sunset have made the stay for us almost perfect.

The hotel looked nice and had a nice layout, with long pools outside the rooms that ended in a bigger pool at the beach. And I did enjoy my time there. But there were a few problems with this resort that did not meet my 4 star (or 4.5 on TripAdvisor) expectations. First, it was incredibly pricey for what it was! $230/night in January (it's now $300 for Feb). There are other hotels (Dewa) that are comparable in quality, though a bit less intimate, for $150 cheaper. Second was the food. While it was nice, in theory, that they served breakfast all day, they had a limited food menu. So if you wanted any variety, you had to leave. I was only there for 2 days and was already tired of the selection. I was also hugely disappointed that they didn't serve fresh squeezed orange juice at a 4 star hotel in a country renowned for it's delicious oranges — that you can buy literally everywhere. Also, some of the staff at the restaurant didn't speak any English — so made ordering a bit awkward when he always had to bring someone over. I found this strange, again, at the most expensive hotel on the island. And finally, the front desk staff were not very helpful. After several days at their resort, we had to move to another resort. They wouldn't give us a ride on the hotel shuttle even though it was 3 minutes away, and even though they provide complimentary transportation to the boat (30 minutes away), which we didn't use.

This is a very nice boutique resort. Superb breakfast, super to relax, staff is very friendly. And they even get and bring you with their big nice car for free.

Very stylish boutique hotel with excellent service! The staff was amazing and always smiling / helping. Especially the reception staff was wonderful in arranging a rental scooter (including handling the ordering of the mechanic after a flat tire) and also booking a snorkeling trip (we chose Mr Kai which was very good). The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. It can be ordered the whole day and it is a-la-carte which means that you can order as many tiny portions of delicious international and thai foodplates as well as traditional breakfast (including very good pastry and bread). We especially loved the fresh fruit smoothies. The seafood dinner which takes palce once a week is a little bit pricey, but of excellent quality and directly on the beach with lovely staff. The turn down service which is provided in the evenig (including a scented candle) is something very welcoming and cosy and we were amazed by it! Thanks a lot!

Lovely hotel. Scenic surroundings. The service was perfect and the breakfast was the best we ever had. Value for Money. The only problem was the high humidity in the rooms.

Awesome place for family vacations We stayed in The Chill for a week of a family vacation. We got a room with direct enterance to the pool — fantastic possibility.   Rooms were very clean and good size. Atmosphere of the place was very good, although there were also not so many guests in the hotel at the time of our staying. Hotel restaurant served excellent breakfest and good dinners. The pool is really big, with great water. The only downside is location — it is far from party locations (requires use of taxi).

Take and do not think! "Great hotel! First the pros. Breakfast is not a good time. It means, how much he wanted in so much and stood up. Can compare it to Virgo Chang, but the pool is better but the entrance to the sea is much farther. Now cons. I counted two:). The entrance to the sea is 500 meters to the right (6 minutes of quiet running) to the cliffs and you are in paradise. We were in May on the beach, no one in the sea or soul-a fairy tale! We turned the minus into a plus. Walk along the beach and sunbathe! After the sea you can opolosnutsja under the shower, it is right on the beach when entering the Cliff Beach Hotel grounds. The second minus is the gym, it's tiny. And he doesn't need it.

Stayed there once but in our eyes its the best place to sleep and the breakfast is beautyfull.
