Quite an Oasis in the middle of lively Pattaya.
Great Service, Great Staff, Great Ambiance, Great Food and Great Recreational Facilities with a Great Pool (one by the beach and another in the middle of the hotel) and multiple Tennis Courts, and not to mention large lush surrounding gardens.

Property is absolutely serene, relaxing and architecture is beautiful. Antique collection is impressive. Staff and everyone else is exceptionally courteous and helpful with warm welcoming attitude all the time. Food is deluctably amazing! Thanks for the great experience. Till next visit.

This was a great hotel with an excellent location. The walking street is just a couple minutes walk away. The room we had overlooked the pool and was a good size with a nice balcony on it. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurants on site were very good. The only downside is that there is no beach access available but if you would rather just sit at the pool then this hotel is great.

Overall my experience was Good but there were quite a few red flags that I just couldn't let go which led to my review and complaints. As far as the negative things I emailed them twice before I stayed there about having visitors and if I need to pay money to have them stay there over night. Well it costs 1000 baht to have visitors which is $30 USD. I talked to them about it and worked out a deal to make it only 500 baht but still that was very unpleasant because I emailed them TWICE about it and never got an answer. When you look at the bridge pictures it basically takes you from the checkin area to the pool / older side of the hotel. What you don't see is the sewage canal it goes over. If you stay close to this area you will smell it undoubtedly. The food / drinks are over priced but thats every hotel… I get it, The reason why I didn't feel as comfortable in my room is because of the plumbing. The water would go from hot to cold in a matter of seconds. It really started to get on my nerves and out of no where this VERY LOUD noise would just come and go maybe every 2-3 hours, eventually it didn't happen anymore but for my first 3-4 days it kept going off. And lastly one of the security guards made one of my guest very uncomfortable Those are my main things I felt were wrong. If you didn't know this hotel is at the end of walking st which is super convenient.

The hotel has got fantastic ambience. Service is also good except guys making eggs on breakfast counter are in panic most of the times and there is a long queue. I enjoyed rest of my stay and was very happy with the pool view room and assistance from staff at check in. People at reception are polite and they do take care of you. Nock is the lady at the tour desk. Is really polite and she organised elephant safari for us which we enjoyed a lot. We will come back here again:)

Such an amazing hotel with great ambience and great everything. Perfect resort. The only bad experience being the guy checking us in (Mr. Nai) was super rude to us. We booked 5 rooms for a nights stay. While checking in, he showed no respect and was literally disrespecting with his attitude towards us. When asked why he was so angry, to which he replied coz he’s hungry. Thats so stupid. Don’t expect such behaviour from the staff of a well known 5 star property.

Resort is very good. Beach is disappointing. Can't swim there because of too many vessels parked outside. Pool is a delight, rooms are very good. Amenities are good. There is one dirty stream crossing the resort, which I initially thought would be a hindrance but it really didn't bother much. Food at the sunset sunrise is good.

Very great hotel. The service is super. All very worthy! Let's go back here again. It's a big area. I recommend it.

Although a very big property but still lacking the chik. A big nullah passing through between the property oozing bad smell is a big drawback. Slow room service is 1 more reason for me to give it a 3 star.

A luxurious hotel in the best location of the Pattaya pedestrian street, it has a great spa, pool and breakfast. The comfort of the room is also good.

Loved it. It's a place where you can stay with comfort. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff here are good and courteous. It is almost in the heart of the Pattaya. The sea beach is only at10 minutes walking distance. Food is good. I liked the greenery here.

Like this place. The hotel rooms and service are good. Every day you get free 2 bottles of water (but don’t threw the bottles), free cookies. The breakfast is complete perfection, really with sushi several meat dishes etc. The only imperfect thing is that there is a kind of bad smelling river going directly through the hotel land. But we are here at start of 2018 and looks like smth going on here, seems they want to take care and construct some normal canalization for this river instead of just open air bad-smelling water.

This hotel is very good. I have stayed here many times in the past. However, the only current drawback is the fact that they are working on the sewer which goes right through the middle of the property, and the aroma is prominent, because you have to cross the sewer Canal to get from the lobby to the rooms. Hopefully they will fix this issue soon, although it will least be a few months.

Good hotel, normal breakfasts. As for the location, it is not the most successful: there is no beach, there are always crowds of tourists, because the hotel is next to Volking Street. But there is also a plus in this location — 2 minutes and you are on the pier, from which ferries regularly depart to Koh Lana.

Awesome location for this hotel. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and kind. Room service was surprisingly really good. I've stayed 3 times already. And will return if I decide to visit Pattaya again.

The hotel within walking distance to pattaya walking street and right beside the Balihai pier. It was really nice. Breakfast selection was awesome and good quality too.

Service a little lacking in terms of information and speed to address requests. Good breakfast, Great pool with 2 for 1 drinks from 4 — 6pm. Massive resort so can be a lot of Walking. Located at the quiet end of Walking Street so the location isn't the greatest but it is close to the pier so easy access to ferries. Check-in/out counter seems small for the size of the resort so the process seems to take a little longer than expected.

Very good location (inside walking street) Good breakfast Courteous staff 5 star level ambience. Only there is actually no adjacent private beach as you will find photo in internet. Beach is after the walking road.

Good resort spread over large area with lots of gardens and natural beauty of its own. I would specifically recommend the services of the tour agent inside the hotel Mrs. Nok Nok who provides excellent service and her aim is not to extort money from tourist but to look after clients benefit in all situations. Hotel itself is nice and one can spend time in its gardens. Good for children too.

Great place. Clean, elegant and unique. Interesting bar. Restaurant is nice, air-conditioned. Or can sit outdoors, at the end of Walking St.
The Thai food was tasty. The beef sandwich, not good. Beef was tough, and nothing tasty about it. Would recommend. But maybe stay with the Thai food.

Good place and great location, right at the start of walking street. Good food too and nice rooms. They do not provide a shuttle for the bus stop though. The cabs available with them are too costly and they are hand in glove with the drivers. But People in Thailand are Rude.

It's a big hotel on a huge property, rooms are great for the price paid. Very clean throughout, shower and seperate bath is nice, water hot. There is everything here, large pool with waterslide, fitness gym, 3-4 tennis courts, plenty of parking. It's located on the south end of the Famous Walking Steet, just by Bali Hai. Even though Walking St is full of bars and nightclubs, there is NO noise. The breakfast's in the mornings are pretty good, wide variety of foods for all. *Each time we have stayed here, we have not seen large tour group types staying. * a good diverse type of tourists staying. Definetly not dominated by one country! I would recommend Siam Bayshore & Spa.

Best 5 stars Hotel Resort in Pattaya, better than Dusit hotel. It was my daughter's 9th birthday and they had a complimentary birthday cake wait in the room. All the people was really nice and professional. Room was top grade and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful 2 days. Will stay again when I'm in Thailand.

Mesmerizing experience. Don't miss out at Pattaya. One of the most popular and famous 5 Star property just at the starting point of Walking Street. They have 2 super fine pools, one inside and other just beside sea. Restaurant is superb with quality foods. Complimentary breakfast is awesome and huge. Rooms are very good with all the modern amenities like bath tub, capsule bathing. Safe, minibar are there. Rooms and suites are having pool view, sea view and garden view. King bed, double beds, tripple bed options available. Service quality is excellent. They have room service, pool side restaurant facilities also. In one word just amazing. Strongly recommend for family stay.

A big hotel spread across a large area with many trees. The hotel is right on the seashore and walking street. There are several clubs close to it. I have not stayed in it so I cannot comment on the hotel rooms, staff, service, food and pricing, There are tennis courts near the rear set amidst trees. The swimming pool is really good from the looks. One can see the Bali Hai Pier from the hotel on the beach side. You can, also, see the Pattaya City sign from here.

Wireless internet is very bad and constantly knocking Turkish guests at foreign doors.

Very nice hotel, but had a bad experience here. Booked room rate with 2 breakfasts, when we got to the hotel they informed us the price was only good for 1 breakfast with the room and had to pay extra for the second but breakfast was excellent so it made it worth the extra money. Room was on the Walking Street side of the property and had very loud music till 2AM. At check out we were accused of taking things that we never saw in the room and were asked pay for them. Once we confronted them about this they backed down. Very nice hotel but the whole stay was frustrating. We will not be returning to this hotel, there are plenty more to choose from.

Very good, it is located close to the area where there's a lot of fun and nightlife with discos and nightclubs, the only flaw is that the sea in pattaya phuket is not the sea, but you can always stay in the hotel pool, however I recommend it without hesitation.

This is a great hotel, the amenities are great.

Convenient for moving to Larn island and the Walkers Street.

Normal hotel, with good food, a small private territory. Very nice atmosphere inside the hotel. A big plus is that it is a two minute walk from the pier. One of the exits from the hotel directly overlooks the most famous street of Pattaya.
