To live in Atlantis Athena Resort S building was the best experience of my life. The whole management and housekeeping staff are so behavioural. Each and every facility provided from Resort was classed. I will always recommend my friends and relatives when they visit Thailand they must have to stay in Atlantis Athena Resort. Beat property in Pattaya.

Perfect location to see the sea, Clean and Hygiene also family atmosphere, friendly attitude to guest, last of all a beautiful swimming pool with nice decorations.

It's an ultimate point to get pleasure and HOSPITALITY. All rooms are suites category. The swimming pool and gymnasium are spectacular no doubt that I have never seen so far. I always recommend all my friends to visit this place. Really it deserves the four star category.

The room is so dirty. The sheets are stained, and the walls have coffee-like stains. Even the curtains are stained. The lights keep flickering and even after calling for assistance, the lights continued to flicker the next day. The pool is very big and beautiful, however, I recommend swimming with goggles because the water makes your eyes sting so much. It’s like beach water. Disgraceful.

Great appartments for families about 15 20 min from pattaya city but good restaurant and jamatarin beach 5 min walk.

Excellent Place for Family. Safe & Secure. Self Cook home food, great pool which my daughter loved a lot and just can't stop talking about. I enjoyed my stay as this place is very near to beach, almost all tourist attractions are near by still very nice, clean & full of peace of mind.

Swimming pool is osam kids enjoy very much. Room is OK, 5 minutes walking distance from beach location is good. Sofa cum bed is not for sleeping not comfortable. Staff is good. Some suggestions to owner plz change towel and bed sheet and pick the garbage daily. The little service is given the 5 star of your condo only one star is missing for little thing.

Well below expectations. Really need to check sofa because ours had really awful smell and we did not notice it when they gave us a viewing of room. Beds need better sheets and room had no spare blankets nor towels. That was the lesser of our troubles before finding a coach roach in bed room.

By the sea pool Access's room is very dirty, I have to stay for another two days … God, no cleaning, no hair dryer … Not next time, only the pool is good for the kids.

Great location. The condo is a 5-minute walk from the tuk-pomace road. The rooms are spacious. In every room on Konderu, which is very convenient. The fridge is large. Microwave, stove, utensils, kettle all in stock. Great pool. 24-hour security. 7eleven in the condo building. A little tired complex. But in comparison with 7seas or Amazon in my opinion wins on location and well-groomed territory nearby.

Amazing place for kids. Built around an incredible central pool that wends between the buildings, with slides and various depths to the pool. There are numerous (good) restaurants across the road, and a 7-11 within the complex. Unfortunately the 'ship' with a built-in bar is no longer here, but my three-year-old cried every time we left the pool area; which is a good thing…? Condos are small but functional, and the staff polite and responsive. Would probably be good with slightly older children, but a great family venue.

Gorgeous condo, huge pool tinted for families with children, Spa Jacuzzi, interesting children's area, a gym with professional equipment, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary TV, mikrovolnovka kitchenware, fridge, a great place for families with children.

Unfortunately the pictures are too old! This place is pretty dodgy, not maintain at all (a lot of broken stuffs in the pool area and the condo itself! ) in a pretty bad neighborhood and with pretty old furniture! This would have being a nice place to stay but after 2 days we decided to leave and search a better condo. It is pretty dirty and not nice as the pictures showed (even the boat at the swimming pool is broken and there isn't not restaurant inside, also a lot of the swimming pool chairs are broken). Do not stay here, there is far way cheaper and nicer condos in the area.

Dirty, old, and lack of maintainance, smelly neighborhood, very disappointed! Be aware of fake reviews.

It was close to the beach and just far enough away from the busy Walking Street to relax.

We stayed here 3 days. The place is fine clean with security guards but its far from pattaya downtown. Also its difficult to find a parking spot if you get here late evening.
