Nice Hotel.

Very nice staff at this hotel! Attentive, polite, caring, professional. The sea view rooms on the higher floors have great views. Breakfast has lots of options and food overall is good. I can recommend the green curry with chicken. Spicy (Thai strength, of course) but well balanced. Yum! A great place for a weekend away from Bangkok with the family. No need to go to Pattaya, but if you want to go there, there is a free shuttle Cholchan-Pattaya City a few times per day. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Outside the hotel, there is a promenade along the coast. Well prepared a lit up after dark.

A very Chinese style, besides the hotel is full. The breakfast is good, the pool too. There is a great Thai restaurant to the right of the hotel on the beach.

Lovely experience with my in this private beach resort… Staffs are very friendly. Away from hustle bustle. For indians less variety of food in breakfast too… But rooms are super clean. View is 100 out of 100… shuttle bus to city Service is remarkable… Will suggest everyone to this resort. Pool and jaccuizi is worderfull… Stay here and enjoy urself to fullest.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, great if you visiting for a daily trips, not for those, who want to swim in the sea. Water so dirty, all drains from surrounding area and a close to container terminall.

An old, location hotel located far enough away from the center. It is aimed at undiscerning lonely travelers or couples, who in general spit what is happening around them, as well as Chinese tourists who are brought to the hotel by huge heaps. The staff at the reception is trained to check-in and eviction, but to decide any questions can not, or does not want, it was not possible to find out, because after a few insistent requests, the night manager just ignored us. Be prepared for paid transfers, breakfasts for an extra fee, sheets instead of duvet covers, noise and din from the crowds of Chinese tourists, forever beaten by them the same elevator and indifferent staff. The hotel may have everything to get 4 or 5 stars, but I never will go back there. The pictures look better then what I experienced in reality. The hotel is old, my room had a bad smell, carpet was sticky and the walls and ceiling did not look clean neither. Most visited I saw came from chinese tour busses. Since my first expression was negative I did not even try look or restaurants.

I am stay at cholchan pattaya resort from 22 july and 23 july room no; 1028 my money was theft in my baggage 10000 inr, 40 singapore doller, and 10 chinese curency by room cleaning people so anybody wants to go hotel please safty your money yourself hotel home service people are not good charecters, sivanesan v s, madurai, tamilnadu, india.

I loved everything of it, the view, the room, the facilities, food, massage, pool, shuttle service except they couldn't help us to reach to bus terminal after check out and hailing a taxi is very difficult from the hotel. However an online taxi service was prompt more than enough to avail at an urgent time.

I stay here in bussines trip near pattaya. Room is good, clean is good. I get room with sea panaroma Swimming pool is beautiful, specially if you swim in the morning. Before 6.30 AM. And there's jogging track along the beach so you can exercise. Minus : 1. I get trouble to connect Wi-Fi at room, need more 3 hours before it can used properly Tips 1. Breakfast before 7am, because a lot of tourist group 2. If you in bussines travel, you can ask hotel manager to get private room at restaurant. 3. There's restourant outside hotel, but is not recomended. Need more 0, 5 km to main street if you want fo to convenience store or food hawkers.

Stayed at this hotel for 12 days, great experience :) Friendly and helpful staff, good Wifi and a big swimming pool (s). Free bus ride to pattaya city 4 times aday and back. Few restaurants and massage places nearby, a couple 7/11 but a great hotel to stay at if you want to live outside the busy city, all tour/excursions you book online will pick you up from this hotel, will definitely come back.

Hotel is just ugly and expensive. Food is ok but not delicious. Staff can have arguments in front of customers, they just don't care about customers! Bedrooms are clean but no free Wi-Fi. TV is not HD quality. No beach, just rocks. Sea is brown and dirty. Do not even expect to put any foot in the sea! Nothing around the hotel, very boring. The only good point is the big swimming pool.

The hotel is good, only the sea had failed, but you can ride to the Islands.

March 2014 the hotel is nice, only the sea is dirty, up to the center of 15 minutes on a tuk, the rooms are cleaned every day, there are two kinds of rooms overlooking the sea and the garden, better on the sea, there are no balconies, but there are no window. The grounds are small, just around the corner from the hotel there are three cafes, the tastiest and not expensive "memory" caters to the dude of incomprehensible sex, but very welcoming and fast. Not near anything in Pattaya. Teenage staff does not know how to clean, set table. Too few staff for the volume of customers.
