Right in front of Alcazar, near from shopping centre, food stalls, and the beach. They have nice breakfast. But the rooms are old enough and little bit creepy. And they don't have lift so we must take the stairs to bring our belongings.

Worst place to stay. Place is crawling with rats. Broken furniture no room service available. You have to go to reception for anything you need. Very dirty rooms. Staff is friendly but manager is very rude.

Any update from this hotel?
I have booked for 2 nights in this hotel at the end of this month but reading the negative feedbacks here put me in doubts.
Please, share your thoughts if you have any experience with them lately. I highly appreciate it!

Budget hotel with great facilities. The room is spacious, with fan and aircon available, wardrobe, table and chairs. The bathroom also comes with a bathtub. There is also a shared swimming pool.

Economical, situated very close to beach side and walking street, ok type of staff, food not good, hotel not maintained properly.

This place needs to be burnt down. It's horrible. Below 1star rating. Rooms are disgusting with mould n mildew 50 year old crappy mattresss, cloudy pool and in need of desperate TLC n paint as with the rest of place… Did I mention the ants n mosquitoes hmm my. Forget this place, for the price get better around the area.

Very nice hotel to stay. Rooms and other areas are very clean manner with complement American breakfast. Inside swimming pool is very good for the relaxing and sun bath… the beach is very near Very good for the tourists with cheap rooms and best service.

The hotel is so so good only because of the price and location. If not fussy then you can and stay here. It's better to find something else.

Great hotel. There are many different facilities at the hotel: laundry, ironing, massage, swimming pool.
The rooms are simple, but to sleep the night and walk away, everything is there!

Disgusting hotel with its appearance and horrible staffs. The staffs are so rude, not bothered about customer satisfaction. Rooms and washrooms are so old and pathetic. Broken tiles, dirty roof, teared towels, poor quality water, small rooms. Room was filled with smoke and they done nothing to avoid it. Ac is too old. Totally pathetic hotel. Never ever book here.

Not so clean facility, and best location as everything is in walkable distance. Walk to Art in paradise, Alcazar show, Pattaya beach, street food etc from this hotel.

Guys Condominium old hotel. And a lot of Hindus. They stink and burp.

Places dirty and rundown needs a lot of maintenance and repairs not recommend it Stay should only be a one star as it did not even have plug for handbasin tried to get one people just said place to old no plugs.

Cleanliness of Whole hotel and rooms could be better. More soaps is necessary. If you go to this hotel remind that only one soap for each exists which should be used for shower and toilet. However, you can go wherever easily because it is located in a very good place.

Moderate restaurant cum resort. Not very catchy but at the same time it's cheaper. Room service, receptionist and other staff are very supportive. Breakfast is free and has lot of good options though breakfast time is very strict. Small massage parlour is also available. Pool is good. Wifi is very poor specifically inside rooms.

We stayed in this hotel in September. There was a lot of bad reviews, I was terribly upset. When drove up to the hotel, was upset even more because of its appearance. But when I came to the room, I was glad! The room is nice, clean, no old collapsing furniture as written. The room we had was two storey. Every day we cleaned, brought water. I've seen cockroaches, but only on the street. In the room cockroaches, to a huge happiness, was not. The staff is nice, always smiling. Yes, the breakfasts are the same, but it did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, even cozy. Now I review the photos and even miss the hotel. No kidding, I'd go back there again. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Near the beach, near shops, cafes and even its walking street) in general, cons, of course, there are, but they are minor. Overall, the hotel is very decent.

This place has a mix of good, average and bad. The overall decor, pool, location and class of people who check in here is good. The room is average. And the breakfast & service is bad. All in all it is a budget and satisfactory stay.

Good evening. I would like to leave my review about the hotel. Dear tourists! Be vigilant in this hotel, the safe is checked every day. I was robbed the first night, went out for 2 hours for supper. He's back, and there's no money. Good part took. Then he set the control, and every day the safe was opened.

Quite a normal hotel to stay in. Reviews of the hotel read after the purchase of the voucher. And rode with a small child (2 years), in rastroennyh feelings. But my fears were not justified. Yes, the music from the Rock Cafe thunders all night, but, with the closed window and working air conditioning it does not particularly interfere. Yes, with Wi-Fi problem. But it works not only near the pool and at the reception. In my room also worked fine, though periodically disappeared. But we drove to rest, not to hang around on the internet:). No complaints about the cleaning. Breakfasts. Yes, monotonous, but there is a choice. From the hot: fried eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, rice Thai and pasta, daily varied.
In previous reviews read about rats and cockroaches… Little lizards running around, and rats and cockroaches have not seen.
Beach. Not for bathing… Went there to have a child on sand played. But I do not advise to swim. There is a nice beach near the hotel Centara Mirage. Disgusting first appearance and impression at the Reception. There are much better new small resorts and guest houses just nearby even with lesser room rents. You may not have a swimming pool there in all of them but who cares with the ocean beaconing you around the corner! Had to struggle to communicate with the receptionist in english. The room didn't have the phone. The battery in the remote didn't work. We had to walk all the way to reception for any requirements and they didn't seem to care had they understood it in the first place! And would you believe that we actually saw big rats running around the pool area! The male receptionist there in particular was very rude. Didn't know to have the least etiquette and manners to deal with the customers. The overall appearance of the place was one of very cheap types. Maybe many years back it was a good place to stay but with the emergence of new nice hotels and resorts around, it would perhaps be one of the poorest in the area given the price range. It was overalls a disappointing experience to stay here.

Prime location… Opposite to alcazar in Pattaya… Nice pool… Neat rooms at affordable price.

Old hotel but good location.

Lived (say "rest" does not turn language) at this hotel in early February 2016. Worse hotel in my life met! Got it on roulette. Sane on their own would never have chosen him! No pluses at all! The hotel is dirty, old… And you know it immediately when you enter the hall… All the shabby, dirty, from the walls to furniture. The rooms are small and dark, regardless of the presence of the balcony. Mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. Smells of damp! The room dirt. Under the bed had not been cleaned in YEARS! A layer of dust and debris that could literally plant potatoes! Huge cockroaches in the room and in bed at night! The horror! The curtain in the bathroom I'm scared to touch! Bedding and towels for 10 days is not changed even once! The territory is dirty (like everything else), running rats. I think they are in the kitchen! The pool is filthy, the reshotka river canal, not seen cloth never! Sun beds dirty and shabby. Garbage everywhere. Dining room — a separate issue. This is unsanitary! Wonder how no one had food poisoning! At Breakfast, only scrambled eggs, toast (butter or jam), soy sausage, coffee and couple of slices of pineapple. All! The staff is absolutely not friendly, pretending to not understand neither Russian, neither English nor sign language. Hotel guide Christina (coral travel) appeared at the hotel only on the first day vtyuhat all the tour and never appeared. Not even left your phone number in case of emergency.

I'm not going to describe all the complaints about the hotel SEASHORE RESORT PATTAYA, except for some, where is the alleged new built hotel, an older hotel with cracks in the walls, where three days no water! Where the walls are like cardboard and you can hear everything what the neighbours! where nudebritney Breakfast three-course cold. In the beginning I was offered a very poor room without a balcony and a safe (non safe), and I had to wait 3 days that would be given as promised in the beginning. In the room were not even the soap! No curtains in the bathtub to close, and the floors were always in type! that hasn't been wiped! And I showed my voucher which was written about Christmas dinner, but I stubbornly said no, and then half-drunk owner of this hotel is Indian nationality, I have promised to return the money, as they do not do dinner at the hotel, for what reason wasn't clear. I do not recommend here!

Pleasant stay at very reasonable price. Staffs are very friendly and helpful with local knowledge of the city. Highly recommended.

Excellent 3 star hotel, walking distance to the beach and close to all the major attractions in Pattaya. Superb service at an affordable budget. Will definitely come back and recommend Seashore Pattaya Resort to all my family and friends.

Happy staff, always so nice to come. Already the fifth year in a row. Awesome location. Towel Art gets so happy. Surprise roses in a vase this year. A large refrigerator. A large balcony. Good air conditioning. Good shower. Bed mattresses could be better. Bed linen could be renewed. We ❤️ to be in Hua Hin — Citin Loft❗
