Really good alue for the money. Grat location, clean rooms, excelent breakfast, close to beach, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The staff are happy and obliging, rooms are clean & tidy, house cleaning I give 100%. Located just a short walk to beach, shopping mall, 7/11stores. Was originally here for 8 days extended it another 10 days. Pool very clean, gardens kept well.
Will come again.

Great hotel with great pools, restaurant and bars. Stayed in the superior room, very clean but I think it's time they gave these rooms a coat of paint and upgraded the air-conditioning units. Then it would be all good.

Good price reading ratio. Quiet and central location. Clean swimming pool. Mixed European and Asian audiences.

This place is in a great location. However don't expect too much from the rooms themselves. They are fairly budget with low lighting, no tea/coffee in the room. Would be ok for a night or two but not my ideal hotel room. There are some families here with young children but bear in mind there are also some Western men with their Thai "meaningful holiday relationships! " Supermarket, food, marts, pharmacies are all within 5mins walk. Breakfast is ok, nothing flash. The best things are probably the location and the two pools. I have just come from a fabulous resort in Naklua which cost less and provided more so if you are here for a week or more I would suggest staying somewhere else as there are better options nearby and for the same price.

Staff is good and rooms are huge. I would recommend it. Planning another trip to pattaya and staying again in sabai inn.

Nice gesture shown when travel agent (Vacations T & T Bhopal) denied to intervene for early check in (though he promised) at hotel. We were shocked by travel agents attitude. After 1 hour of waiting the hotel ppl informed one room just vacated and they r allowing us early check in. Facilities r excellent that includes swimming pool.

Hotel is well located far from the center noisy of pattaya, very spacious rooms and quiet with lovely pool, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice location. 5 minutes u get to the beach. Nice staff and lower price than hotels around with a pool. The furniture is old but I don't mind.

Great place to stay very good.

Had a great stay, nice pool area. Good selection of bit western and Thai food. Only problem was the noise at night but that's unavoidable when the hotel is in such close proximity of noisy buissnesses.

Old, worn, stinky hotel. ALL rooms are smoking rooms and stink of mold and cigarettes. So badly that I had to leave after the first night and was denied a refund. My "window" looks onto another hallway so must always be kept closed and it's very dark and dingy inside. There are no plugs for your phone beside the bed! The aircon has no temperature settings so always had to wake up to turn it off as it's so cold. Then wake up again in half hour to turn back on. Not a good sleep on the hard beds and stinky rooms. All my clothes need to be washed now. Only good thing was the pool across the street and a decent location. But I found a MUCH better hotel in a better location for 200B more.

I love Sabai Lodge the best hotel for me next to the beach and the staff are so great!

I have stayed at the Sabai Lodge more than 10 times. It is great value for money and unpretentious. The rates are amongst the most reasonable in Pattaya. This hotel has attached to the Wing has a total of 4 pools. It is situated in a quieter part of Pattaya but still within easy reach of many bars in the vicinity. I shall be staying there again. Second road is virtually around the corner with many bars close by as well as the big massage parlors. Drinking street is a 10 min walk up the road with many bars. There is a huge new supermarket open in second road which has many options for excellent Thai food.

Decent place to stay close to beach, bars and shopping.

Great Place to stay on a budget. Nice rooms. Had a big bed, and the TV had awesome channels to watch. Bathroom was nice and clean. The two swimming pools were very refreshing. It is in a great location. Near the shopping places and the beach. Laundry shops are close by too. Overall, it is a nice, cute place to stay. Definitely recommend.

Have stayed here many times. Is a well run hotel. I have stayed in every type of room here. I have never had a problem with staff, always good. The only thing I dislike is having to ask maintenance to adjust air-conditioning temp. Only need a remote to do.

Nice size room and very convenient as it is close to the Central Marina Mall. But very noisy and the room is dark.

The location is great. Very close to the beach. A huge number of massage salons, shops, Edalyn.

Very nice hotel. Good price for the quality, different kind of rooms. Good food. Nice roomservice. Rooms are clean and big enough. Nice swimming pool not to big but good enough to cool down again. I was there a couple times I like to first floor. See you one day again.

Well priced hotel close to beach road and marina cental shopping centre. Can use pool at Sabia lodge 20 metres across road. Clean pleasant older hotel.

Great place to stay close to all attractions and beach. Good shopping close at Central Marina.

I usually go to this hotel. The price is really affordable, around 1000 baht. You are close to most interessting places. You can hardly find cheaper. However this hotel is so greedy when my stay was over 50 000 baht, they dare to make me comeback because they forgot to charge me 50 baht of water.

Polite staff, room is dated, ensuite needs a make over and looks old, bed is rock hard. Buffett breakfast us ok. Overall you get what you pay for. I should gave paid more and stayed in a more modern facility.

Fairly comfortable, but our room smelled a bit musty since there was no exhaust vent for the shower so all the steam would get into the room over time. Also we booked a standard room with the pictures showing a bath tub. When we got the room and found no tub, they said it was only the superior rooms which had them and we needed to pay more. They didn't accept any fault of having the wrong pictures advirtising their rooms.

Nice place, close to the sea, shopping, laundry service, massage and beach road. 3 free pools, pool towels included, nice breakfast buffet with individual eggs, 24 7 reception. Clean rooms with ac. Quite and far away enough from walking street to not notice anything of it.

Only one flaw-there is no possibility to adjust the air conditioning temperature. Therefore cools as ošparenyj.

Location for 900 baht/day. Breakfast 100 Baht. Large room, good atmosphere. Most to stay in Pattaya or stay for a few days. Located 100 metres from the Beach Road.

It's near the beach, the location also good.
