It's the only place where I would stay in pattaya. Staff great and Always Remember you when you return. The manageress is a lovely woman who has great staff.

What a perfect located area this hotel is in, on Soi Buakhoa, 1 minutes walk to all night life, cafes and bars. This hotel employs the friendliest staff ever.

Love this hotel, repeatedly there was cooled. The ideal location in the city centre. The rooms are large, all overlooking the sea. Nice pool, beach towels to take there. Everywhere in the hotel and in the rooms you can smoke. I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't say anything. The only negative disadvantage of the age of the hotel and the renovation may not be lucky with the plumbing.

Excellent location, nice breakfast, no more, service at the reception desk is fine except for one elderly clerk who is nervous and not sympathetic. The rooms are large and spacious, an excellent swimming pool.

I have used this hotel loyally for over 13years (it has been the only hotel I've stayed at in Pattaya for a minimum of 4 times per year, every year for this period) and maintained my Hotel Membership scheme throughout and also use a Cash Security Deposit facility of around THB 10, 000 with the Hotel for every stay. I know the staff (particularly the Manager — Ms. Chiraporn Somwang and the Reservations Team: Ms Supattana / Ms Mariam). Last month, I was invited to stay at a friend's villa for 3 days and emailled the Royal Twins Palace Hotel to enquire if I (only) may use the swimming pool — indicating that any discretionary charge would be acceptable. I received a terse reply " … swimming pool provide for hotel's customer only. ". No consideration of : — 13 years Loyalty to the Hotel, — 13 years Hotel Membership scheme (at a cost of 350 THB / Membership period), — Management and Staff Gratuities given (gifts and financials), — 13 years of THB 10, 000 Cash Security Deposit. I emailed indicating my disappointment with the reply to my enquiry and requested that my Cash Security Deposit should be made available for collection immediately. On arrival at the Reception Desk, I was refunded my Cash Security Deposit and advised that neither Ms Chiraporn Somwang, Ms Suppatana nor Ms Mariam were available to discuss the matter. i won't be back!

Nice place nd good staff but the breakfast not much good.

Staff tried to tell my wife I had a prostitute and caused problem all night and ruined vacation. Nect day apologized as mistake due to room number after I argued but no discount or offer. Hotel is a whorehouse. Do not bring kids here. Full of 3rd world johns. All females are asked for id each time like prostitutes. Horrible staff.

Stayed here 4 times now. All the staff and security welcome me when I come back and try there best to get me the room I want. Ask for a pool view. Rooms are large nice big beds and clean. Excellent service very friendly staff who remember you when you return. I will use this place again. Clean and tidy good room service. Good tip is to become a member and you save money on the room. Very nice pool area. Full size snooker table. Nice bar in the lobby. And it has a Christian sunday service if its your thing. Also in a good area. 711 one minute walk from hotel. Security on the entrance and in the hotel. Has safety deposit boxes behind the reception for extra safety as safes in rooms are not safe so this is a plus. Only have good things to say about this hotel. Reasonable prices. Food is ok to but many good place to eat with in walking distance. Walking street is 5 mins walk beach is about 3 minutes walk away.

Encounter Church holds a Sunday service every week, on the second floor of this lovely hotel. It is always clean and nice. The staff are friendly right down to the car parking attendants who always greet us in a friendy manner.

Great for the money. Clean spacious rooms, great view, attentive staff.

The hotel is not bad: located in the heart of the city, Nice, although the old renovation, the sea view, although half, there are all the rooms, breakfasts are delicious. A few downsides: Wi-Fi is free only three days, safe is only available at reception.

Good Hotel with good avialablity of rooms no need for advance booking may be couple of days earlier in high season rate per night Baht. 1500. . Regards.

Great location, staff friendly, great big pool and excellent value for money. Restaurant/room service menu is limited and Wi-Fi completely unreliable.

Excellent in every manner walking distance to Walking Street neat and clean property with good non expensive food also very good security. Staff very polite worth staying.

I just stayed here last month as I like to try somewhere different. I have visited The Land of Smiles for about twenty years. Sadly the smiles stop at the Hotel door. The service is only what I can call comically bad. Think Basil Fawlty and his natural contempt for “guests” who dare to interrupt his day. Every time you ask for something, a map, directions, a taxi, the contempt is palpable. Yes a taxi. Well that’s a first. One morning as I walked to reception I was met with scorn and suspicion from the reception staff enquiring as to if I had a key? Clearly being Pattaya at 6:00am any lone females are immediately under suspicion. Damn you morning walk, you will have to wait until I have been interrogated by the surly one. As an almost 50 year old I can only say thank you very much for the compliment. On the upside at least their derision for us Farangs is not hidden behind the polite Thai facade that I have come to adore. It is an open and honest contempt and you can’t argue with honesty. It is clear by the staff that they are not managed well and it’s not entirely their fault. Clearly the owner and manager are the catalyst for their uncooperative idleness. On the upside the rooms are big as it is an older hotel. The lighting and electrical in the rooms need updating badly as I saw sparks every time I plugged in; but the bath is very big and the view is beautiful. The breakfast from room service was great but the pool stung my eyes badly. Swings and roundabouts.

I like this hotel a lot. It's kinda old school. Nothing new and fancy. But super friendly staff. Security is very good and hotel has a massive car park. Hotel is set back from the main road, so therefore much less noisey than other hotels in pattaya.

Nice staff, big room, good and quite location, nice view from balcony… but old building and furniture… but still I enjoyed my stay in the hotel :)

Very clean and had a nice view. The staff members who helped with the extra bed were really friendly. Worth the money I paid. Can't say anything about the food as I skipped the breakfast.

Been there for 3 days and I feel this place is very vintage.

Staff rude as garbage, manager is absent and GM lady speaks terrible English. What are you guys doing running a hotel. My friends were here for movie shooting and so when we visited this place, the guard has no manners in terms of talking and got in the way of a lady to stop her. It isn't wrestling. Total shit hotel. Not recommended unless other hotels are full. Notice night duty staff. Let me know when you feel you are in hell already. Never ever coming here again.

This place is ok and affordable, especially if you have the member card discount. The rooms are big, but the hotel is starting to have a tired look now.

The hotel itself is nice but at the reception and at the checkout there are two middle-aged women who allow themselves to yelling at customers. And the cashier always walks with bleak, evil person.

Relax in this hotel, we liked it! The main thing is clean, rooms are big, fed нормально. Находится in the centre on the second line from the sea, near shopping and entertainment centre, Royal Garden Plaza and many not bad bars and restaurants.
