Second time here and very happy to be back! Good atmosphere and friendly staff in a very beautifully designed space.

Thank you Soo much for the warmth welcome. The rooms are clean, staff are kind and the food is superb! will definitely comeback soon.

Great rooms, fine foods, good service a nice place to equip your family, friends.

Very clean room and so close to the beach plus we love the pool.

The hotel location is in a central location. Walking street is far away. But if you give 10bht you can go everywhere. The cleaning is fine. The employees are always friendly. Breakfast in the morning is very nice. The pool is big and clean. The Wi-Fi is very bad though. I have never seen such a WIFİ in my life. Highly recommend.

Mould visible on the ceilings in the hallways. Power will not work without the key being inserted. Breakfast buffet is aimed towards Chinese. Not much choice for westerners unless you want to eat noodles for breakfast.

Good location. Good breakfast. I had ask for a double bed but they put two single beds together and over night they split apart. Furniture a bit run out. In the holway the paint start to come of walls (this is 8 floor). Arrived in the evening and I need a iron for my clothes and the hotel haven't provide one and all the laundrys around have been close.

Basic hotel equipment can be the only best department bathroom no active flowers in the sun but the price of flat traffic is convenient.

Home away from home… very courtious staff and they really pamper you. Gym, pool, in house restaurant, bar good breakfast. Loved it here. Must stay here for a relaxing time in pattaya. 5 minutes walk to the beach road.

Amazing hotel free Wi-Fi good food cozy rooms and clean and germ free rooms. Every year I have seen an improvement in this hotel and I must say they have worked hard to keep this 5 star rating. Must stay here and enjoy the amenities in here. A gym for the fitness freaks as well.

1. The whole is not new, but it is very well maintained.
Staff very friendly and attentive. 2. The room is big, but during the Songkran festival only provide a room card, and plug in the room card only power, resulting in a chamber will feel stuffy, damp, feel uncomfortable. I was surprised that the bed and pillows were too soft and the sheets were dirty the next day but not updated.
Large deduction points.
3. The breakfast was very varied and there was no room for surprises. 4. The swimming pool is large and quite deep (170 centimeters), the water quality is not clear, the ointment.

The hotel is nice and at a walking distance to amenities. I stayed here coz I intended to visit art in paradise pattaya. I can walk there from the hotel — about 10 to 15min leisure walk. On the way I passed a mall and Chinatown Pattaya.

Modern Hotel but that is getting old very bad. The paints crumble, moulds everywhere, finishes to be revisited. But overall it's clean and the bed is comfortable. The pool however is on the roadside, and in front of the restaurant, so everyone is watching you during dinner… There are a lot better hotels around.

Cheap and clean room is also large, the hotel attached to the breakfast is delicious, the dinner of a bunch of flies on the top fly, eat and spit and pull, it is estimated to eat bad belly.

A pleasant stay in Hotel Vista with family. 5min walk to the beach road/central marina. The quality of breakfast needs to be improved.

Hotel has good spacious rooms with very good service. The breakfast choice is also good. The only issue is that you don't get to see the beach from here. They will be kind enough to give you pool view room though. Please avoid the complimentary cocktails in the bar, I will suggest to go for the beer instead.

Very clean place, staff is friendly, walking distance from beach and action, we had superior room and was so comfy, don’t recommend breakfast buffet cause you can have almost same for half price by walking couple minutes,

Nice hotel. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisey with the traffic but not bad. Fairly quite street with a few great little places. Wifi could be better. Food is really good and room service is 24 hrs.

Good place to stay, had balcony facing to the road side, walkable distance to the beach, very convenient location to visit places.

Breakfast is delicious and clean and spacious room. Hotel is just a minute walk to the beach and you can ride tuktuk for only 10 thb going to central festival plaza. Bar, spa, restaurant, atm, convenient store and tour agency are near from the hotel.

We had buffet here. Good value of seafood. Too many tourist during our visiting.

A bit old interior, the aisle walls significantly 壁癌, the room has a strange taste, similar to the star toilet water.

Nice location, well maintained rooms. Suit rooms are worth the price. Bath towels looks aged, — that was the only short fall. It's located few minutes walk from walking street.

Great price for where it's located. It's like a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and modern rooms with good staff.

I do not think this hotel can be rated higher. It is very old hotel and strongly need renovation.

We arrived 1000 am wait for room until 1400 PM, we ask for early checking, but room is not available. Waiting in the lobby more than 4 hours. Not good experience! Hotel very clean staff was kind and friendly. But a lots charges. We want billiard 200 TBH per hour. Mini ber items are so expensive. Anyway nice stay good hotel, Location was good, I recommend this hotel in Pattaya…

Staff very friendly and staying place very nice and comfort. Nearby have many convienent store and foodcourt.

It was a nice stay near the beach road. (2mins walk). You can find the center marina where there's food stalls & fashion.

The bathroom design is weird, so your roommate can see you bathing. Also the breakfast staff is not friendly, he didn't allowed me to enter to the restaurant with my wife and 2 kids. He didn't asked me I already bought the extra breakfast. Anything besides those case, this hotel has a good location near beach and night market. Also the breakfast menu are nice.

Lovely location. Not so near to beach crowd clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Room service in just few minutes. Awesome beach and health club. What else one would ask for than welcome drink and few more drink vouchers for free. Quite Big rooms and the hotels itself smells great. Three cheers.

Area is very quiet, but we stole the money from the safe.

The staff were lovely. Rest there is basically some Turks. In the pool, you can Tan just before lunch, after lunch he goes off into the shadows. Rooms are not very bad.

S82, top roof, with 2 king size comfortable beds, 46 inch Samsung Lcd tv, Wi-Fi fee! Not bad.
