It is toally far beyond my expectations from the helpful&professional reservation and front desk team. Rooms and all areas are well managed with proper hygeine. Beakfast was excellent at its level but all guests rest assured on proper hygeine and attentive to details. Will definitely come back. Thumps up! 👍

I never seen a holiday inn like this, me and the wife loved it great view great looking rooms and the people were so accommodating. If you go to pattaya this is the hotel for you.

Highly recommended for family vacations & Honeymoon. Beautiful place just near to the beach. By special request you can get room on the top 26th floor. Staff is really friendly. Breakfast is also very delicious and vegetarians have many items to eat.

Overall all these staff was great, including the concierge who managed to organize everything to our needs; sorry bro, didnt manage to get your name. Ms. Pu who check us in was great too as we didn't know we came to the wrong wing, but still check in was done and then they sent us to the other. HolidayInn Pattaya, recommendations to friends and families are top on the list when they go to Pattaya. Keep up the good work to all.

Ocean view pool is awesome. It also has kids pool where we enjoyed. It’s a photogenic spot of ocean view over the pool.

I booked King Kids Suite room but when I checked in the hotel gave me another room type and mentioned that the room type I booked is unavailable. The way manager treated me is unwell and very disappointed. I requested for refund and checked. Bad experience.

One of the best hotel in Pattaya with awesome view and good breakfast buffet option. A bit on expensive side but worth every penny. It's really a decent hotel in the centre of Pattaya. Definitely worth considering if you wish to experience luxury.

This is my dream place for holiday. Pattaya beach is so beautiful. Holiday Inn is at a great location which is right at front of the beach road. There is 2 building which is executive and Bay Building. I was staying the Bay Building. The check in is smooth. The room 22th is facing the Pattaya beach with amazing view. We also enjoy the facility and restaurant, night band that offer from the hotel. Overall an amazing place for holiday and great fun!

It was the best. It had good service and good rooms. There was a place were kids would play. There was a swimming pool. If you wanted to go somewhere they would send a driver for you immediately. It is the best. And I love it a lot.

Very superb place. This is my second stay. Next to Hilton I prefer Holiday Inn. Pattaya beach view is really awesome from rooms. Also the beach is nearby and also the restaurants shopping malls and walking street is surrounded. It is very Walkable to the beach. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. Asian corner is available for the breakfast.

A very comfortable stay. Very clean and well kept rooms. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Too many people during the breakfast time and had to wait for quite long for the table. Otherwise great hotel!

Beautiful hotel, the view from infinity pool is so pleasing, specially in the morning and at sunset. The food was good, the hospitality was amazing and very close to the Pattaya beach. Loved your service, thank you guys.

I was not a guest just visiting someone there and had food at the restaurant. Hotel has easy access from Beach road and second road, hotel staff professional and helpful. Overall the hotel very welcoming.

Stayed in the business side of the Holiday Inn Pattaya and the welcome staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The room was clean and had welcome fruit and water in it. Happy hour was great and the service staff was nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location near the beach.

Clean place. Nicole, part of staff was a great help. Used her to book day trips. Easy and fare price. She speaks English, German, Thai, Lao, I think even Chinese. She is A great asset to the hotel.

I had been to Holiday Inn Pattaya in March 2018 and had a wonderful experience
The hotel staff was very courteous and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking
Loved the swimming pool and the kids play area as well
Was touched when the hotel staff sent me a lovely card and drinks just because the room was not cleaned in time

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and close to the seaside. The hotel itself has a swimming pool and a lot of games rooms and swimming pools for kids to play with. Breakfast was good. The gym has just been renovated for a little taste.

Clean rooms with excellent view of the bay, if you stay in the beach road tower. Clean rooms with balcony. Good breakfast buffet by the pool. Nice lobby environment with The Flow gathering place.

Staying in Bay Tower, the overall facilities are a bit old, but the pool and sea view rooms have a superb view. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. A good place for a vacation.

Great hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea. Spacious room, all equipped for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom also has a panoramic window overlooking the sea (in my room there were some maybe not).
I will not even write about the service-the highest level. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice location! there are two towers, we had the room in executive tower means the new one which is not at the beach front, but the pool and some rooms can enjoy the sea view. The service is excellent, appreciated the help when we in need!

The room to the beach is not the quietest but with a breathtaking view of the boardwalk of Pattaya The rooms are as usual clean and always in a good condition as you are accustomed to.
Internet is normal and throttled.
If required but also modifiable just short of asking and it will be all right.

Very good hotel. Kids love it, we love it. Food is great, buffet is great. Staff are very nice and helpful and the rooms are very clean and modern. Out of all the hotels we have stayed at in Pattaya, this is the best one for us.

Perfect Hotel but no family in Pattaya.

The rooms have been partially damaged. To 90% Asian guests who then behave accordingly. In Germany it would be a normal 3 star hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is only 1, 25 me deep but to the sun very nice.
From the Baytower the view of the bay is great! Of course you have to accept the noise from the crappy road.

Awesome location & look & feel. Fairly opulent in all respects, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the ocean facing rooms. Had the most pleasant check-in experience with prompt & personalized service — with exceptional efficiency. No aspect of the hotel or its facilities have given me any cause for discomfort or inconvenience. The spotty Wi-Fi too has got fixed post-haste — with minimum fuss. Impressed!

I have stayed at this place many times and enjoy it very much. Good for business or pleasure. Great location on the beach just at the beginning of beach road. Shoot for the bay tower-city view to have the best views. The executive tower is behind the main building and not so good.

Great place and location, the views from the sea facing rooms are stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful, they added up to the whole experience. Tones of outlets are near by, malls and restaurants are just a short walking distance.

Stayed three weeks due to working locally in manufacturing. The staff are excellent and has all the mod cons you might require; probably aligns to 3.5-4 stars for Western hotels. Be prepared for a couple of things though; — The nightlife is still noisey even this end of Beach Rd. Well recommended to get a room near the top. — They are very keen to get any laundering done early. Remember to use your Do Not Disturb sign or be prepared for a doorbell at/before 7:30am, including weekends.

Good location. Nice relaxing ambience. The room is tastfully decorated, clean, large, has great view if you are on the seafront side. Have good bar outfront. Only downside is the pool is small and gear mostly towards kids.

I was the first and last time there. This hotel has always wanted to test. The breakfast buffet is very good for me personally. Unfortunately, too few places. At that time was when I was there. You're not alone in this hotel! It has so many people. O. K. Maybe it was a snapshot? The not so fit me!

I like the pool view and sun set over the sea seen from my holiday inn room balcony… Indian menu not up to mark… go for the room and other facilities… plz don't expect Indian food… try Thai cuisine it tastes great…

Im working here in thailand two weeks a month up an till march next year and find this hotel fantastic awesome view great food and very helpful and fantastic staff will be bring family over and will definitely be staying here. Holiday Inn keep up the great work.

For the third time, I spend my holiday in the Holiday Inn. All the other "good" Hotel in Pattaya are considering all the criteria, minimum 1 to 2 stars worse! Highly recommended is a book in Germany! Up to 2/3 cheaper than here locally to check in!

I love this place, very good, clean and kind.

We stayed way up high on the 23rd floor with a magnificent view overlooking the water and what seemed like the entire Pattaya City and beyond. The entire experience while there was absolutely amazing. 1 night was barely within our budget. We were able to not checkout of our wonderful room the next day until 1400. When we checked-in the day before I think it was before noon. The wonderful staff even brought my wife a chocolate cake on the house because she told them while checking in that her birthday was a few days ago. It was great to just sit in the room and take in the incredible view especially when the Sun was setting. It was the Kings birthday so we knew there would be some fireworks going off and indeed they did and it was as if our room with the small little balcony was a front row seat to view everything. The breakfast buffet was very excellent and is a huge difference from the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn in Chiang Mai! The lobby is really cool as well with the Macs around the corner and a wide open place just nice to chill out in and checkout some literature. There is a kid center that I want to go back too and visit again. We ordered room service food and it was very good organic and nutritious food. My point is, that we did not even have to leave the room or the hotel. If we could afford it, we would visit Pattaya just to stay in the Holiday Inn just for 1 night because it was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
