Best place for family /solo travelling. Its by the beach. Their top floor dining space is by the beach view. Completely scenic. You will enjoy your stay best here. Rooms are descent and full of air and the spacious.

The place is very nice, good location, there is a gym, pool.

My partner and I stayed at the Baywalk from July 2 to July 6, 2018. It was an easy bus ride from Bangkok to Pattaya and an easy ride from the bus station to our hotel in one of the ubiquitous song tows (pickup trucks with two rows of seats in a covered area in back). I had booked the hotel on Agoda and it was simple and easy. Also, the room price was quite reasonable, especially considering the hotel location right across from the beach in the heart of Pattaya. You never know if the room photos come anywhere close to the actual room but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was ample and nicely furnished. It was a comfortable place to relax after being tourists during the day and a nice place to watch the FIFA World Cup on TV at night. The room included a free breakfast which we had on all but one morning. Free was a good price for it. Minimal selection buffet with the cheapest items. The fried eggs were good, however. On the other hand, breakfast is not why we stayed there. We were a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The weather was partially rainy and not conducive to laying on the beach but that didn't bother me. I don't do relaxation well and laying on the beach under an umbrella and drinking for hours is not my idea of a good time, but maybe it is yours so take my opinion for what it is. There is one episode I want to mention. One evening, we were going to dinner and it was raining quite hard.

The hotel is located just next to Ripley’s believe it or not. Pattaya beach is just opposite the hotel with one minute walking distance. With respect to location, it is in centre if all the buzz including walking street. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage even after checkout at no additional charge as our flight was at night. No comment on the food as we did not try anything there. There were plenty of food options (including Indian) throughout Pattaya. The hotel has a small swimming pool on it’s terrace which was under maintenance during our stay. From there, you will get to see the beach view as well (only if you are in standing position). Overall a very good place to stay. Will surely recommend if you are not looking for a luxury stay.

Pretty good spot and hotel. Only bad things were restaurant was closed and wasn’t informed about pool being closed on our few nights there and still paid the same rate.

2 years ago I was here with my femily and it was ok. I came here again 3 days ago and see that the hotel situation is bad. First — the lady that clean the room wake us up early morning to cleen the room but she didnt chek were is the room keay. The swimming pool is not clean. Not the water and not the area aroud The internet is week badly and have to change the password every day. Hotel Location is good rooms are clean and the breakfast is tastey and rich.

More of a motel then a hotel, very basic but clean. POOL… boring and dull, such a shame because they have the climate to turn it into a lush garden with tree's and palms. BREAKFAST… don't bother, they charge 220 BAHT It's really poor, turn right outside the hotel and walk down TK Empress about 500yards for the same money take a look at what they offer.

Quite close to walking street. Good supportive staff. Beach is just across the street. Stayed at their nouveau room. Nice. The rooftop restaurant serves only breakfast. You can go up in the night for drinks. Place enjoys an awesome view. Rooms are maintained well.

Great location! Nice and helpful staff. My only complaints would be the cleaness and not providing wash cloths. Was lots hair all over the bathroom floor. Washing with a hand towel just don't work well.

It is kind of a budget hotel. Fine for the price but breakfast isn't good when it comes to hunting for vegetarian food. Location is very convenient, bear walking street and Royal Garden Plaza Mall. Cheers.

I loved this hotel. The location is fantastic and the room is very spacious. The breakfast is quite good for Thailand standards. The only problem is with the internet. It kept disconnecting and we had to go get a new login everyday.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Right at the centre all the buzz. Opposite pattaya Beach on main beach road. Fabulous breakfast with seating on terrace and beach view. Spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Got 2 nights for 4000 baht with breakfast.

Hotel conveniently located close to all shops and a very lively pedestrian street in the evening.

Location is good. Very near to walking street. Breakfast not very good for Indians. Be very vigilant with housekeeping, get everything checked before leaving the room. They charged for the towel although we have not kept it.

Value for money, It is 5 meters from the pattaya beach. Swimming pool is on 7th Floor. Restaurant is open from 7: 30 AM — 10:30 AM, Awesome breakfast buffet. No Lunch and Dinner at hotel. A lot of food court and restaurant surrounding the hotel.

An awesome hotel with a very big room. The staff here is friendly. The Royal park mall is next to it which has Ripley's believe or not. The beach is only 10 steps from the hotel and Walking Street is 5min walk from it. The breakfast is also good. Please note that they charged us 30 bhat for a can of coke for nothing so be careful.

Excellent location with clean rooms and bath rooms but the best part rooftop pool and awesome breakfast on sea facing deck.

Rubbish hotel that lacks running water! On the surface, has nice pool BUT. It lacks basic human necessities such as running water. The water runs at a dribble most of the time, and they even switched off the water for hours at a time. Then I rang the receptionist and they told me that they CANNOT HELP THE ISSUE. I have attached photos to show you how much water runs at maximum. Very very poor service. Wasted my money. Never again.

This hotel seems to be an old apt complex turned hotel? Seems like it,  maybe, maybe not. It's basically a suite with kitchen sink, fridge, but no stove or microwave. It's quite comfortable, large. Didn't like the bathroom. Poor shower and water took some time to warm up. Location, the more I stayed here the more I hated the location. The walk to walking st is not long distance wise, but the crowd, traffic, and touts make it a long journey. If your goal is walking st, I advise to stay closer to walking st. Pattaya beach just isn't that great so being next to the beach was not as good as I hoped it would be. If you walk across the street at night to the seawall sidewalk, there is a call girl about every 10ft towards walking st. Just look past the families and kids,  you'll see them.   Overall I wouldn't stay again mostly due to the location. The baht bus makes it possible to be more flexible with location. It's probably  better to stay further north or south instead of being in the middle imo. But it's an ok hotel apt thingy whatever it is. May be better with a group or family rather single or couple. I had way more space than I needed as a single male. Felt the price wasn't worth it. The restaurant was OK,  good views.

Baywalk Residence is a perfect place to stay in Pattaya especially for the young crowd. It is in a very convenient location. It will take 5 minutes to go to walking street by foot. Money Exchange, street food, shopping, and restaurants everything is in very close proximity. View from the restaurant is superb. Room size was large. I did not like the architecture of the hotel but the service I received was really good and I do not have a single issue to complain. They stuff were very helpful. Choice of breakfast is ok but the number of items could be increased. It was a perfect vacation on Pattaya and I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fantastic 3 Star Hotel! I have been here several times already. Huge rooms with large wardrobes and drawers, good location, friendly staff and a good Breakfast. All that for a reasonable price. I think the best choice for the money is a superior room with balcony. Next week I will try the junior suite with Seaview.

I am staying at The Baywalk at this moment, having stayed here many. Times, The food has dropped in quality, all the western food, bacon etc, is cold, It is in dishes without cover and no heat underneath, I have complete a complaints form, but no change over past 5 days, still 5 to go, I will stay again, friendly staff etc, but NEVER INCLUDE BREAKFAST again, It is better to go to small restaurant close by, where HOT food is served, I am doing that now, having paid for breakfast at hotel, O one good point toast is hot,

Nice hotel. Even standard rooms are bigger than normal. Very clean. Ideally located on the beach toad.
