Perfect for family vacations during COVID-19 Separate rooms into unfit bungalows.
The room was very nice and the view was great.
The most important thing is that the staff is very nice and lovely.
I'll definitely bring you more parents.

Awesome place, eat at the restaurant quite often. Food is reasonably priced but the breath taking view is what we go there for.

Lovely setting. Everything else getting a bit dated now. A bit pricey for what you get in the end.

Very nice venue staff very pleasant and helpful, but could be a bit slow service at the outside bar.

We had a great time staying in this resort, the view was beautiful, the swimming pools lovely. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The style of the resort and the vegetation make it extra special, you are surrounded by nature. The rooms are a little old but everything was working perfectly. The staff was very friendly. Our whole family loved it and our kids even cried when we had to go (they fell in love with one of the friendly cats). They want to go back!

Great place for vacation in Pattaya City Area. I don't believe there is a resort that quiet like Sunset in Pattaya.

Great place for a very relaxing holiday. Minus is enough distance from "civilization".

Nice place for relaxing and bring your family here. Calm and cozy room. Delicious food, easy access to beach. However it is 20 mins from Pattaya walking street.

The receptionist is very helpful, management speaks English, The rooms are spacious and clean, and yes they had HOT water! The breakfast has a beautiful blend of both Thai and American. They welcome you to bring your kids and or it can be your romantic getaway.

The room look great with a nice decoration but a bit old so some room functions may not work properly. Hot water is not work as expected. The water is not clean. Maybe there is no water service around here so groud water is the only option. Taking a shower with a small roof maybe great if you do it in summer but not a good option when it rain outside. The bed has a smell and you can feel that it is not clean to sleep on. Not a good experience for me here. Only one visit is okay. The place was nice but a better room maintenance may raise the quality and the satisfaction. Dont stay here if there are a another options with mostly the same price.

They got an extra star for the friendly staff and the beautiful view. Sadly, these are the only two good things about the resort. If you want to be a 5 star resort and charge 5000+ per room you have to act like one. Clearly the owners are just milking cash out of it, letting the resort deteriorate. … Holes in the lobby roof so the staff had to place out towels all over the floor. In our room the A. C. Gave the same temperature no matter if we set it at 20 or 30 degrees, there was a gap about half an inch when trying to shut the sliding doors to the porch AND beneath our villa was a dump site for cans, bottles and other garbage. The restaurant… Even if it's low season you gotta have fresh food. The pizza I had was the worst pizza ever, looking like a frozen pan pizza. And if me and my wife were the only guests in the restaurant, why couldn't we get our food at the same time? This resort has so much potential but not with the current owners. Sell it if you aren't committed.

Friendly staff and great service. Good location right next to the beach and it has two swimming pools. The rooms we stay were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. I'm not very keen on open roof shower room though! Beware of mosquito don't leave the door open! Various choices of breakfast which I prefer a bit more Thai/Asian food (well I'm not coming to Thailand to have full English breakfast lol). Be careful if you go in the sea in front of the resort, I found sharp coral sand underneath which hurt my feet!

Good for family. Private and safe.
