I take a room in december and I come diner few times in march on the front terrass. Good meal and sympathic personnal.

To pricy, decent food and service, need some improvement. But that's pretty much what u get on beachroad…

Good hotel, for tourists who do not sit at home, but only spend the night-a perfect option. Plus everything you need in walking distance: The money to change, shop 7-11 side, as well as you can eat a tasty and inexpensive meal at 150 meters from the hotel, if you go towards the military beach.

The worst hotel I have stayed in Tai. Located on an abandoned, narrow and dark street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Intolerant of Russian tourists. Do not understand any Russian or English language. Or pretend… Lobby bar on the floor not working, no air conditioning on the ground floor, in the elevator. The room was on the last 7th floor-no balcony. There is a clothes dryer outside the window but no exit!. Tenants 2-3 et. Complained of mosquitoes. Very old linen and towels in the rooms. There is no kettle and tea utensils. As usual, leaving the room, the maids demanded to pay for non-existent beer. The room was missing a few packs of cigarettes-a trifle, but a fact. Breakfast was very good. Constantly resting on this beach. I will never go to this hotel!

The hotel is adequate for 3 stars. Not all rooms have a balcony. If there is a desire to drink tea, or at all to boil hot water, the kettle is not present and it is not given. The towel is changed often that pleases. The view from the window is not very. Outside the window where you can hang dry clothes, wet green floor.

You can live. The air conditioning is dripping, but that's probably fine. The door to the balcony barely opens. The rooms don't get much cleaned. Some of the staff are not particularly friendly. There are a couple of Russian channels on TV: the first and some Russia.

I've used this place for breakfast for many years. I like the German one for the bread and pate and I've got to know some of the lovely staff well. I've just come back after 10 days away and took the co-author of my latest book to listen to the Thai food ordering language. The staff had changed and when I came to pay the bill, I was asked for a full 70 baht for the cappuccino when normally they add a small amount in lieu of the coffer. I explained this to no avail and was then verbally assaulted by 3 staff, the last, presumably the most senior, referred to my co-author as my girlfriend and then accused me of lying! I teach Marketing and Customer Relations Management and see that the culture here has a serious problem. Instead of learning from a customer engagement, they chose to insult the customers involved! We ate a great ice cream. And coffe was very good too. I recommend this place.

Close to the sea and from the tuk-fertilizers to the center, Nice, varied breakfast. No Chinese. Wi Fi was karidore to catch to Viber talk, 100 dollars deposit.

The rooms are very clean, the bed linens are not changed in 2 weeks at all, towels are poor quality of washing, in rooms very poorly works Wi-Fi, only in lobby well.

Very good seafood buffet for 59th — THB per person. Beautiful ambience, good views of the beach (unfortunately with street in between), pleasant upscale service, napkins made of fabric, sinks in the restaurant for hand cleaning after the meal!

Next to a long beach，room is big and quiet。

Very good and special ice creams at the Grand'Italia shop connected to the hotel.

Dirty room, air conditioner does not cool.
