The rooms are spacious and family friendly. The water park is not big but it is ok for the kids as a whole, it is very ok, the price is not expensive.

The food was good. All the receptionists, especially Kunhong. The restaurant is very nice and very good.

Great for your children, cool swimming pool.

Think the structure and vision is good, rooms are spacious and every amenities functioning well, pool is good and partial sea view from my room, pool bar service was very good. Would love to visit again.

The hotel is excellent but it's a long way from the main area. A 1 way taxi can cost as much as 500 baht. The hotel has a shuttle but it drops you off in the middle of nowhere and you still have to walk to get a cab or a jeep.

Awesome experienced, beautiful hotel, kids friendly. The kids club was there and swimming pool was sooo good. Friendly and Co operative staff. We had a great great time there. Breakfast was also very lavish and Mr. Tang makes the best cheese omelette in the whole world.

Very nicely decorated especially the lobby. The resort is a bit far from the Jomtien beach but learnt of ongoing discussion with front property that can add tremendous value to this property. Staffs are very good and friendly. We did not like the swimming pool but surroundings are lovely and has very good landscape.

This hotel is neat & very clean. It has got all you want, restaurants, spa, kid's playground, swimming pools (one suitable for kids, one for adults). We usually take a vacation every few months. Over the past few years, Centra Maris has been our choice for vacationing. We have tried a few other Centra, Centara, including Centara Grand, but none matches the quality of Centra Maris. Kids love this place. The location is a little hidden from outsiders, but not very hard to find. Google map helps a lot. There are many good restaurants around the place. Some are very well-known to tourists and locals. The seafood price seems a little too steep for locals, so we usually go a little further out for local foodies. If you go on the main road, Sukhumvit street, you will find many cheap and tasty food along the street. It takes about 3-5 mins drive to get to the main road. Overall, great services & superb hospitalities. Our kids' favorite place for school break vacations. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Good facilities. However a relative got stuck in the elevator. There were notice about intermittent power during maintenance which were supposed to end at 3pm. However, they were not done with the maintenance and did not surround the elevator door with a warning nor did they disable the elevator.

Clean and cozy! Love the swimming pool so nice! Staffs are friendly specially the guy in the reception area I forgot the name he always ask if we need anything or if everything is ok.

Friendly and attentive staff are a positive at this family friendly hotel. The free form swimming pool is nice with a toddler friendly area off to the one side. The hotel is a bit isolated. They offer an hourly shuttle to Central Festival Pattaya. The on site restaurant, Coco & Rum, is very good, but a bit expensive.

Good for kids. Far from anywhere so you need a car or bike. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff really friendly. Good for a weekend stay.

It's a good place for meeting or seminar. Wonderful decorated garden in the middle. One poor thing is, There is no direct access to the beach.

I like everything on the level, but I do not draw a 4ku. The second coastline, but there is no access to the sea, everything is blocked everywhere, only to go, even if you want to walk half an hour on the waterfront. Not a bad pool with children's frog, but also blocked from the sun by a high-rise, warmed by parts. The whole territory of the hotel is covered with this high-rise, even to get a lot of places not enough. There is not a big gym, a spa salon and a children's playroom. The Russian language is all tight!
We had a lovely meal. Not to say that I liked it, but we had at home under minus 40, so that the bones warmed well:-)

Written 13.01.18 + — Very friendly, always smiling employees! — Comfty clean rooms with big bed, balcony, TV, AC and a big bathroom — very good and large breakfast buffet (both thai and international food) TIPP: don't book breakfast in advance, you can easily buy a voucher every morning and its about 150 Baht cheaper, don't ask me why^^ — room dining service available — big spa — — — to get to the beach, you have to walk a long ~20min way around the building. There is a short way but it's blocked due to a big fence. As written in the "Pros" section, the resort offers a shuttle free of charge (runs every full hour until 8pm)

Overall, a below average experience. One complain I have would be their breakfast. We were told breakfast was ready at 6am, but half the staff weren't even there. The place was also crowed with tourists, so by the time the food was ready, it was already 7am. Good thing the room was new and clean. The hotel staff are friendly, the pool is nice, but that's expected at this price point. We've been to many hotels in Thailand, but this is by far the worst in this price range.

Were guests of this hotel 14 days and all 14 days were delighted! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good…
The buffet-was only on (breakfasts varied all delicious, lots of fruit, there is a good taste for coffee and tea, separately for 70 baht you can buy ice cream!
Every hour there is a shuttle bus to the beach and 2 times a day to the center, no problems with transport, when returning Doimoj late took a taxi, if you speak English to explain with the driver will not be difficult, if not give him the hotel card.
The only minus of the hotel is the Chinese they are noisy and there are many, very much and so everything is excellent separately want to thank the hotel staff friendly helpful, especially the receptionist Dew a good guy solved all the little problems! Thanks for all the good luck!

Hotel is not very easy to find, nearby has not been developed well. Near the beach, the environment is good, the pool is very good, the room is good, there is a balcony is very good. Breakfast is also available.

Big swiming pool and good atmosphere. Their restaurant is big and has nice seafood buffet.

A really nice hotel with beach access. We have enjoyed very confortable rooms, a beautiful swimming pool and great dinning.

Very slow service! Check-in time is 3pm which is later than other hotel. Still we had to wait for an hour to get our rooms! Try another shot at Spa next day, starting with no staff at the reception which reception said spa staff are in the meeting… weird meeting time on Sunday. End up waiting for another one hour waiting for spa. If you are looking for a ROOM ONLY, this is the place because all services you have to wait for an hour to be served.

Pro: Good staff. Reasonable price. Nice and friendly at welcome. Willing to help and service. Soft pillows and clean room make it so comfy. Big pools and fancy sliders. Cons: Pool is not clean around the bar coz I saw it not so clear under the pool. But not too bad. Overall is okay. Breakfast was okay but just staff outside felt not so fresh to give a service not giving a smile. Overall if I have a chance I will go back.

Super big room. Great choice for family with children, group of friend/family and seminar.

Very good hotel, swimming pool is great for both adult and kid, rooms are so clean, stylish, new and modernized. However, lobby is sometimes crowded.

After our tour, we arrived in the evening with the Bus after a long tiring journey in the Hotel. After checking in we went to our room and were very pleasantly surprised. We have spent a very pleasant holiday at the Centara Maris Resort Jomtien. The food was prepared very well and tasteful. With the Service we were very satisfied. The room was large, nice and clean. In sum we were very satisfied and have spent a wonderful holiday. The Hotel is highly recommended. We will come back again. :-)

This is a new resort which is very family friendly and has nice restaurants. A little bit too far from the beach…

Perfect for family time. There are many toy and pool for kid zone. More breakfast.

First of all, a terrific hotel in appearance and design. The food at the poolside restaurant is quite OK. The rooms and the hotel looks terrific, and the bed very comfortable to sleep in! But we would never stayed in this hotell again. A major problem with English skills to the employees, unimaginably bad. The people in reception understand English much better. Follow-up by the pool and in the hotel restaurant is one of the worst we've experienced on holiday. Here you are either ignored, where the employees are keen to talk to each other, or stand on there mobile phones. One is never followed up on how the food tasted, or if you want refills on drinks. Get the bill either in the bar or restaurant can take as much as 20min, then the employees seems little trained on both menus and payment system. The breakfast certainly not for tourists from Europe, with the nearest recognizable for breakfast is toast and eggs, everything else is noodles, rice, and hot dishes. It feels like you get dinner served for breakfast! At breakfast you will neither get greeted, poured coffee, or get accompanied to the table. Here you have to help yourself, the only thing you have is all the flies around you at breakfast. In the hotelroom we have not had hot water in the shower once, and at times it smells very sewage in the bathroom. The hotel is deserted, which gave us challenge to local taxis to manage to find the hotel, and there is nothing near the hotel, at all!

New hotel, clean area, good service, good breakfast but no walk way to the beach and far from the city, no publish transit around here.

The location is great. It's good to have a shuttle on the beach and twice a day at the festival.
