I have been here twice because of good location. First time booked via Agoda (no breakfast included), with 2 nights stay it was just fine. The second visit was worst, booked directly through hotel with higher room rate, but included breakfast. The room was dirty with dust and hair underneath the beds. Then, the breakfast was nothing interesting, very few options (boil rice, boil egg, bread, and not enough for guests as staff didn't care to fill up foods and let it empty. Pool also was not clean. I think the owner let this place managed by staff without care of service. Not recommended for sure.
Spent 3 nights at this quiet hotel. The rooms assigned were clean and new looking. Great budget hotel to stay at. 30 to 45 minutes walking distance from bus / train stations. 5 minutes away from some convenience store. Satisfactory stay.
