The pool layout from our 2 bedroom villa was beautiful. We enjoyed that a lot The resort is in desperate need off an upgrade. The entrance, the roofs all the outside walls the walking paths are terrible. So first impression when you arrive is so so☹️

If you are looking for isolate, quiet, peaceful but yet big hotel standard this is best choice in Pranburi area. Room is enormous and well maintained. No need to leave the hotel cuz you get your own big pool. The beach is ok but cant swim.

Lovely place, the age of the property shows and adds to its charm. Makes one feel like they stepped back in time but with 5* amenities.

It is a very relaxing place. Quiet atmosphere lovely staff very good breakfast I had to find time to go back and stay longer.

As a MB Titanium Elite member, we were upgraded to the 1 BR pool cabana for the weekend. Really impressive suite. Was a really spacious with a large swimming pool and outdoor bathtub. Breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. Their Thai restaurant Luna La Pran was much more impressive and every meal we had there was full of authentic Thai flavours. Beach is in walking distance but no sand. Staff are nice and friendly. Really peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall a perfect getaway not exceedingly far (3.5hr drive) from the hustle and bustle of BKK.

The facility might be disappointing because total villas size is so small; therefore the main pool is so tiny to enjoy. Fortunately all the facilities of Evason located right next to Pranburi Villas can be shared. Except the facilities, everything is so nice. Beautiful lotus garden, kind and helpful staff. Above all the restaurants are absolutely fabulous.

Private villas are beautiful and very friendly service. The grounds are also nice. Great fitness center. I would have preferred more plants/trees around our villa as the view towards the public road was not so nice.

The resort offer good escape from busy coty life. You basically has all facilities inside. The restaurant beside beach was awesome. The western selection is unique and asian food is authentic as it can get. I highly recommend the sundry squid (Jul — Aug Menu). It was really outstanding.

Villa is very good… people who just want to relax in d property should choose this one as there is nothing near by and also they just have 2 restaurants. Food is ok.

Tho we didn't get the room yet but the arrival experience was overwhelming already. The staff was super nice. We arrived early and had the time to explore surroundings. A great escape from Bangkok.

We arrived late at the resort after heavy rain and was welcomed by the warmest smile at the reception! Luckily we brought the Sun from Singapore and weather was fantastic throughout the stay. The staff was friendly and very attentive. As we needed to check out super early to catch the flight, the hotel even called us to make sure we were awake (we didn’t arrange for morning call) & packed the breakfast to take away as the cafe was not open. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The villa is just like heaven for escape from Bangkok. The only catch is the public pool which is near the road and could be bothersome.

Brilliant. Private villas are very well secluded from one another. Ideal for couples and families that want to "get away" and reduce interactions with other guests. The private villa BBQ package was phenomenal: all the food was very delicious. Shuttle service to Bangkok available via Hua Hin city Sheraton. Staff were all extremely courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Other than very remote location, the hotel is the best. We have the best staff to assist in helping us in every way, espcially Pairs from front office and one bellman whose name we have forgotten. If you wish to stay in this hotel, be prepared that you might need to use at least 20mins to go to city Centre or back to hotel and the fee is quite costly. But the hotel facilities is great overall, especially the pool.

I stay at pool villa room. The room size is very big. Private pool is also biggest in this area. Outdoor Jacuzzi bathtub is a little bit too small. Room is clean. Price is very good. However, Pran Buri area is quite difficult to find the good restaurant.

This resort is best suitable for those who want to spend a whole week staying at hotel, it's located near the sea but seprated from the beach by a road, but since all villas have private pool, who care about the beach anyway?

I do highly recommend this resort if you want a get away place from Hu Hin proper for families & couples. It is about 30 km from main Hua Hin but resort do provide a charge shuttle costing 159 BHT per way. The Resort has 53 individual private villa, each with private pools & jacuzzis. They serve a good selection of buffet breakfast items till 10:30am. Overall service is top notch. They also have nice gym, public pool, small fame room and have a very nice lotus pool setting around the main restaurant & lobby area as well as if you are embraced in a tropical forest as you walk to & from your villa.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. BUT
15 min wait for reception.
1 hr wait for the room.
check in 3.00 pm but 3.30 room was not prompt.
check out ่just 12.00 but check in was late from hotel.
shower rinse too slow

Vintage hotel that I've ever seen before! Quite, Cozy, Comfy… Reception and every personnel are welcome and active. Environment and facilities in villa and room are comfortable. Nothing to say except "If you wanna leave you social behind, this hotel should be on your first selection! " I really really recommend you guys.

Quiet place! Good for relaxation!

A bit far away from city center, but the silent and nice villa hotel have its obvious advantages. Food and services are superb. There are two restaurants inside the hotels, good chef there. Live music aside the pool, it could be the best activity for the whole night.
