Very friendly and helpfully staff. Clean rooms. Nearby the train station. Short way to the sea. Quiet neighbourhood.
The whole site reminds me of an american Motel where you can park directly in front of your room. Rooms are nice, large and very clean. Very friendly and helpful owner. She also has Motorcycles (125cc) for rent for a very reasonable price.

So pleasant, well managed and well design spaces and pretty convenient if you re traveling by train, about 600 meters walk or tuk tuk only 30 bht. Lady at front desk is very helpful and speaks English. Serves simple breakfast and feels very homely for those who understands the value of a good place to rest and relax without checking into 4 star hotels. We liked it for the price range as we only stayed one night to continue our train journey. 10 minutes walk to the beach area too. Tip. Ask the lady bt the local pineapple cheese biscuit.
