Beautiful historic hotel that has maintained its charm. The rooms are old school glamour and class and my balcony looks onto the sea so you get a wonderful sunrise. Friendly and welcoming staff, a great breakfast and right on the beach — what more could you ask for? I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Excellent! all of service, place, F&B, all facilities and all people in here. Really lovely service from all staff and management team.

Not for babies — got “hell kiti” camping bed without mattress. They said that it is the only one they have. After 3 hours insisting — we got one (not great but with mattress). A lot of mosquitoes in the rooms — high ceiling so you can’t even fight them by yourself.

The staff especially housekeeping staff makes staying here a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. The only thing making it not perfect is the beach, which though is public, is not good for swimming as water is murky. Sand though is excellent which is white and soft.

This was our third stay at Centara Hua Hin. Every time I am impressed with how well presented this hotel is. Its lovely to have a low rise hotel which opens up to allow a lovely breeze. The gardens are beautiful and a relaxing walk. The staff really made our stay though, nothing was too much effort — thanks we will definitely be back!

On 3 occasions I've stayed here, 2nd time I proposed to my partner. And 3rd time married on the beach at this hotel. Would like to say there wedding co-coordinator khun mint was fantastic making sure our special day was picture perfect, the food my god was some of the best we've had in thailand. Great service, friendly atmosphere would 100% recommend to anybody thinking of staying here.

Wonderful hotel! Very friendly staff. Unique breakfast buffet, something available for every nationality. The service by the pool and the rooms girls very friendly and always strives to satisfy the guest all wishes. Plant beautifully maintained. 4 pool s, for Thailand from the deep rather unusual (deepest point 2, 6 m), could be cleaned more often, however, because by the many trees near the beach very small foliage is washed in, and due to the high temperatures in the water light algae infestation was present on the tiles
Beach in front of the hotel beautiful. Depending on the moon, however, the water retreats very far.
What I didn't like was that some European older gentlemen with young Thai girls in this resort have gone wrong. I know that can't be prevented, I still don't think it's okay.
By and large I would check into this hotel again.

Very well maintained hotel, starting with the gardens and the pool in addition to the rooms. It captivates with his style from times gone by. However, there is no shortage of modern amenities. The staff is only friendly and courteous. The service is really writ large here. The food on offer is plentiful and high-quality. There are no complaints whatsoever. The hotel certainly didn't see me last time.

Excellent location with direct beach and town access. Good restaurants and facilities. Staff very professional and attentive. Beautiful grounds with lots of topiary interest, manicured lawns and water features. Separate children's pool. Late cocktail bar with live music. Not much storage in room for luggage and clothes compared to other hotels. Expensive.

Great hotel in the centre of Hua Hin, very spacious and sprawling complex. Tee times for all golf courses can be booked at the golf-desk in the hotel and the green fees are paid via the hotel bill. Service and cleanliness are perfect.

First class Hotel with 3 swimming pools, uncredible Breakfast Buffet, quiet and next to the BEACH very easy to access, several Restaurants, probably the last really 1Class Hotel in Hua Hin.

The breakfast in the Villa area simply lace. Very nice service. The hotel as well as the villas are located in a spacious well-tended garden directly on the wide long sandy beach of Hua Hin. A hotel for guests who value a perfect, upscale service and want to spend their holidays in a tradition-rich luxury hotel with history.

Great service, excellent breakfast, super-kind staff, close to city centre still very quiet and relaxing, very soothing to not stay in a concrete block like all the other hotels.

Great hotel, excellent service, excellent breakfast w. Good mixture of expected world classics (bread, egg chef etc. ) and local selections. The house is a real historic surviver from the 20ies (railway station hotel where the king could stay) but technically on the newest state in concerns of water, electricity etc. Since there is the classic spirit without compromise I consider this as a real gem. Although there is some premium or royal self understanding all people act strongly customer oriented and never showed some arrogant attitude. The placement is pretty central — if you leave the entrance there is the real Hua Hin live with excellent food trucks, restaurants and a great service infrastructure. Hardly anything is missing, just by foot only. Great, absolute recommendation — this is THE place in Hua Hin.

Great hotel and as I learned from my guide, still the best in town! Great breakfast and nice garden. In the pool and near the beach there are plenty of sun beds with parasols. You are right in the village and still live very well in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Numerous shops, restaurants and night markets are within walking distance. Great location.

But were shocked by the service in the restaurant which is located on the hotel beach. For dinner we were given lobster which was spoiled! It was the smell of the missing-rotten fish! It's a total shock! 5 stars Hotel! I was afraid that everything I ate before could have been spoiled too, and I would have a stomach problem, and I had to drink medicine for Proffilaktiki. Of course the chief Cook apologised and made dinner for me free. But the next day on the beach I ordered a natural mango juice and I first brought the mango juice from the package, tried to convince that it is natural. When went to redo brought the same juice and top beat a little mango. I brought him back! and decided that I will not go back to this restaurant! To go to eat in restaurants outside the hotel! Although this is very uncomfortable.
The sea is not much more transparent than in Cham. But there is another problem: lots of jellyfish dangerous and rocks all over the beach in the sea. This makes bathing very dangerous.
Stones the hotel could have cleaned up! We didn't get to go to sea as a big risk.
-There are no mosquito nets in the rooms. Have to sleep with closed doors and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi works very poorly! Although we were assured that intrenet is very good on all areas of the hotel!

Beautiful environment, excellent service, — Europe and the United States and more people, in the hotel pool can see the sea, busy one not private beach, a door more noisy.

Liked this place. Went with the family (6 adults) & had a great time. We stayed in the Villas which were comfortable and quiet. Free cocktails and Canapes were offered in the evening. Not much to do tho, they had night markets and shopping villages as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Worth a visit to the khao sam roi yot national park and the phraya nakhom cave.

World-class, especially Jan, the German Manager and the right Hand of the hotel Director (that's what I feel at least) it has done to us. First-Class Service. To recommend the Premium Deluxe villas. This is pure relaxation. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. We are always happy here and for us there is no better Hotel in Hua hin. The Spa is also unique. In the case of my German friends, I'm in for this Hotel is always advertising.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we went to the afternoon tea. It's highly recommended if you like to travel back in time to eat and drink colonial style.

Very nice hotel which is right on the beach and still centrally located. The hotel staff is always eager to meet the needs of the guests, always friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a large and well maintained garden and several pools, should the hotel be booked out, then this almost does not stop, as the hotel complex is distributed over a large area. The hotel is certainly one of the top hotels in Hua Hin.

Old fashion charm, excellent service. If you come with a young family or a couple craving privacy, the villa side is highly recommended. Many villas have private pools, and are located very near Hua Hin beach.

The Christmas dinner is not cheap, but there is no better place to go in Hua Hin! Great ambiance, beautiful light jewelry, gorgeous food and a super big band, what more could you want! We enjoyed Christmas Eve very much!

The hotel has a unique outdoor complex. The rooms are spacious and usually have a very good view of the green areas.

Awesome, just awesome. Probably the classiest place in Hua Hin. Coast restaurant is terrific and Elephant Bar is the place to end your evening.

Just perfect… The staff leaves nothing to be desired… The breakfast buffet of the eye-catcher so what I have never seen such a large selection. The food in general is excellent… for the eye and palate. The room comfortable furnished I even had my desired canopy bed. For us a perfect holiday… Thanks to the whole hotel team.

Really great place, very helpful and polite staff and the surrounding are breathtaking. Location is in my opinion very good, very close to Hua Hin city center and good communication to the Hua Hin Market Village and Blue Port. Close to Tuk Tuk for transportation. The pool is great and other facilities are very good, for example the gym and the Club. I never tried the Spa but I heard from other guests that it is very good. Food is very good, the breakfast selection is really good and the restaurants are good. The Beach Restaurant has very good Thai / Western mixture and very good specials Really nice hotel!

Chic colonial luxury. The staff can't do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as can be. Breakfast overlooking the gardens just doesn't get better with a great beach a step away from the coast bar and restaurant. Don't forget to have a drink in Elephant bar listening to the great in house band.

Very old hotel in 1923 building. Its atmosphere is present. Everything is clean, beautiful. Reminds me of an ancient manor house with three floors. 209 rooms, 3 buildings, 3 pools, 4 restaurants, a gorgeous garden, a huge area in the centre of Hua hin, plus collection of Antiques and shells from different places of this planet. Who love history and antiquity, I recommend. Direct access to the sea, the city beach, so the sunbeds and umbrellas there. By the way, in the centre there are no hotels with its own beach. Swimming pool with sun loungers right next to the beach so not a problem. Well-trained staff, the boys are dressed in traditional Thai costumes, shorts sarong (datisi knee), with white powder on the face and on the hair gel, security at the exit to the beach, chasing dealers, so they are unobtrusive offer to buy scarves or ride a horse. The symbol of the hotel elephant, the Bush cut in the shape of elephants and has a bar which serves drinks in glasses in the shape of elephants. Funny. The rest are mostly overage Europeans. The peace and quiet. Sabay sabay, as told to the Thais!

A hotel in the style of the railway hotels. Very tastefully decorated. Staff where the guest is the focus. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good pool facilities and breakfast is very good. Only downside is beach as we could not go in the sea due to jellyfish warning. Overall I recommend this hotel.

It is a five-star hotel, good service, friendly attitude, well-equipped, good at home, but your pocket money to prepare some more, because the price is not cheap, but the quality is definitely worth the price.

Energetic, friendly and professional staff who ensure comfort and relaxation. Wonderful location on the beach and in the city centre. Four times to Hua Hin and Grand Centara made this the best so far.

Perfect hotel. Staff great nothing too much trouble. Facilities excellent. We loved the resort and would recommend it 100%. Close to restaurents all with goood value. Hotel a little quiet in evening so maybe needed more entertainment.

The pool villa's are fabulous well placed fantastic staff. You can have a leisurely breakfast, spend the day chilling by your own pool and your only 5 minutes from the restaurants and 15 from the night market. The other side of the hotel is based around an old colonial building. One of my favourite hotels and locations.

We were there for a dinner, so cannot comment about its rooms. But the French buffet was great, well-priced. Appreciate a good selection of cheeses, which we did not expect since it's far from Bangkok. We also like the renovation of the dining room's historic interiors. Carefull done with appreciation of history.

Went for drinks and to use the pool. Ordered our drinks to be delivered to our sunbeds. Once we had started drinking we were informed that the sunbeds and pool are for guests only. This information would have been useful before we spent almost 700 baht on two drinks. Was never once mentioned to us before. Poor service. Pool and grounds look lovely though.

A fantastic hotel. I have not seen such a well-maintained and designed hotel in my life! The food is extremely tasty and the service very friendly.

I did not stay at the Centara but enjoyed the Afternoon tea.
Every afternoon, from 15 to 18 hours, is possible to enjoy an afternoon tea. Whether it's weekdays for a classic formula or the weekend for a buffet, everything is perfect.
The colonial-style setting is beautiful. It is possible to sit with seen on the garden or on the sea. A harpist plays with pleasure pieces of all kinds. Having a large repertoire, it goes from table to table asking if one wishes a particular piece. So it was with joy that she played for me Zorba the Greek.
A magical moment.

Diner at Suan Bai Salathai Restaurant. Wonderful setting, service to small onions, but to 3 with cocktails starter dish dessert we get out of 3500bahts, which stings a bit. Honest and tasty dishes, but not a gastro.
Note that the Thai buffet on Wednesday evening offers almost nothing vegan. Price 990 Baht.

Looks like a very well appointed resort. We stopped by for lunch at the coast restaurant and bar after walking to them down the beach. Food was excellent.

Fantastic hotel. Sea views, location and service. We stayed for 1 night and the staffs are very friendly and accomodating and they took care of everything we need nd asked for. Service is personalized. They even offered us to stay at the vicinity after we checked-out at 12nn as our way going back to bkk were late in the afternoon.

The Hotel is one of the world's best Hotels! The Hotel is very classy to: every Day there is the 5 o'clock tea. The front of the Hotel in the direction of the street, the garden is very beautiful: the lawn acts as he would with the nail scissors have been processed. The trees are trimmed so that the shapes of animals. In the year 1984 the Hotel as the backdrop for 'Hotel Pnom Phen' in The Film 'The Killing Fields' is used.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. This hotel is absolutely the best place to come to when your in Thailand. The people here are so friendly and willing to help at any cost. They have a respect for everyone that stays at the hotel no matter how bossy or nasty you are. They have nice food and drinks and a great selection of beers and wines. Come here if you want to enjoy your stay at Thailand.
