I had quite an enjoyable stay here save for some uncivilized guest from China (I assume). Details below! Hotel staff were friendly, checking in didn't take too long. The room I got was quite spacious, bath and toilet too with a lovely huge bed! Cleanliness of the room wasn't too bad, the rain shower though was not too appealing, the mold was very obvious. The only amenities provided are towels, bath wash, shampoo, soap and a shower cap. Toothbrushes are not included. The room also has a small safe to keep your valuables. The facilities were great, they have a gym, a lovely pool and free parking! The only reason why I rated this place three stars is because to me it doesn't really feel like a hotel, more like a very nice, well managed condo. Now to the uncivilized guest, I know this is not the hotels fault, but I just wish something can be done to curb further incidents from happening. I was happily relaxing in the pool when this man just decided to clear his throat of flam and spit it out while swimming, his flam and saliva was just left floating on the surface. He didn't even have the decency to push the water out into the drainage by the side of the pool.

The service was really good and helpful. Also, the room was very clean and cozy.

Very nice resort. Friendly staff. The landscape are amazing and comfortable.

The environment is beautiful and tranquil, the swimming pool is open until 10 o'clock in the evening, after dinner, you can take a break to swim. A 10-minute walk from the large shopping malls and food court, very convenient.

Enjoyed my 4 days stay very much. Very friendly and helpful staffs thou their English needs work. Stayed in the jacuzzi room which have direct access to the salt water pool from the balcony. The jacuzzi which is located on the balcony gives a good view of the pool. Breakfast is at level 3 of the mall side. Standard Thai food and English breakfast selection. Hotel is located near the Hua Hin Market Village Mall (about 5 minutes walk) which have a hypermarket (Tesco). Opposite the hotel are massage parlors and small dining places. There is also an traditional Thai snack shop just opposite the hotel. For getting around, there is motorcycle rental just opposite of the hotel. Or you can ask the staff to help call for taxi.

There's a little sun stand out there! A hotel will have ice towels and cool water to provide a friendly and polite hotel attendant ~ free of the open-air swimming pool ~ Restaurant has connected car to the Hua Hin night market and the beach!

The hotel inside the city, the accommodation room can see the hotel swimming pool, there is also a balcony can be used, go to the market, night market, railway station, other attractions are not far away, breakfast is delicious plus points.

Hotel location is good, very convenient, near the mall, massage shop. Hotel breakfast style, delicious, pick up…
Seeing the waiter's cleaner is to smash the food of the previous guests to the ground, hoping to improve it. The pool is very big, the water quality is very good, and then to Hua Hin want to stay again.

Ideally a bit closer to main part of Hua Hin but really enjoyed our stay. Great staff like most places in Thailand.

Room space is very large, staff are very kind, but the hotel bed is hard, air conditioning is more loud… There are some delicious Thai restaurants in the alleys near the hotel, the prices are very fair.

Check in was done thoroughly and efficiently. Rooms are very comfortably well appointed. Long pool is fabulous as was the breakfast. Location was perfect for my needs. Great live music 4 minute walk away as well as great restaurants and etc.

Staff Genuinely helpful, check in was done nicely, rooms are big, clean and very comfy. Loads of restaurants, couple bars with rocking blues and roots rock bands that smoke very near. Great pool.

The staff were very helpful and very helpful. The rooms are modern and spacious, well insulated and with a sun bed on the balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, our room is very well cleaned. I can't do better.

Nice design hotel, breakfast buffet 1 type of sausage, cheese, salad to put together; But also Asian breakfast buffet; And Eispeisen are prepared directly on request. So something for everyone.

Decent facilities, breakfast. Gym could use more weights and weight equipment. Nice pool. Staff's English surprisingly weak on average for a resort focused on foreign tourists (sorry, guys), but they try to be very helpful.

I had a very good time staying at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. The pool area and the bar are also very nicely done and offer a relaxing atmosphere. There are many shops nearby and it's very easy to reach the Night Market or other popular destinations in Hua Hin. I would recommend this Hotel to my Friends and I will be planning on coming back in the future. The Staff was helpful and friendly and spoke very good english.

Relax to stay at the room with private jacuzzi. Feeling good to sit at the poolside view to enjoy the starry night. Btw it is close to one of the shopping malls (market village). Safe to have a short walk from the market village to the hotel.

Wonderful vacation hotel, so that people do not want to go out to eat things are also very convenient ~ Service staff attitude is very good, but also provide assistance to communicate with the locals, super thanks.

A very good and hi class hotel, new age rooms and good service. Near the beach, market village, kitesurfing school and a few more markets but if you’re into walking street and bars that are around the Hilton hotel, it’s a little far by foot and you’ll have to take a taxi. For a chill high class vacation it’s a perfect resort.

This is one of the three most expensive hotels we live in on this September 2017 trip, which is a soft bed, the most comfortable to lie in, and the most comfortable bath and shower, the pool and the gym's largest and greatest.
The location is very good and the living function of this room is also very convenient. The first floor of the non-hotel-operated shops, there are restaurant bars, supermarkets, nail shop and coffee shop, the alley in the right lane has a number of massage shops, a number of rental cars and rental locomotive shops, and two laundries, every day, clothes are directly thrown to them. There are many restaurants, bars and convenience stores in the alley. Turn left and turn right on the big road less than five minutes, is Hua Hin two big department stores. The opposite alley walk less than three minutes is the public beach.
The hotel has feeder cars, a fixed time to free passengers to and fro night markets and beaches, not a fixed time, as long as the car and drivers are free, you can also pay for them to take to the nearby attractions.
This function is very good, the atmosphere is leisurely, is the vacation good choice.

Very nice, comfortable and good hotel, can't find anything negative to say about the stay, the rooms have a good seize and the relaxing sofa/bed on the balcony is just simply clever. The pool is simply fantastic, no other words needed. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. 7mins walk to Hua Hin Market Village shopping mall and Bluport shopping mall. 10mins drive to Hua Hin Night market and Cicada Night Market. Room is clean. Free Breakfast. Reasonable price.

Amazing place, with an amazing staff. The rooms were clean, definitely will come back. And you will experience thailand at it's best. The one downside were that it was a pretty long walk to the downtown. But the hotel have everything you wants, so it's not a problem.

This is not sea-side hotel. There are nice pool and rooms. Staff is quite good.

Great hotel with great location, a little pricey but it is worth. The 'mall' is actually just a small convenient store, restaurants (2 restaurants when I visited), and some shops (2-3 shops when I visited). But beside the hotel, around 400m (5 mins walk), there is a decent mall. The hotel offers free shuttle.

Was on business in the conference room, everything looks decent and clean, I dare assume that the rooms are also on the level but can be mistaken as the rooms were not.

Nice hotel with great location, comfortable spacious rooms, large balconies with sunbeds. But! The hotel is already very tired and not worth the leneg that ask for it.

Very impressive! Nice services. I love almost everything at the G HuaHin. The only little thing that disturbed me was a smell of cigarette in the restroom which made my asthma getting a bit worse.

Enjoyed and had a pleasant stay at G Hua Hin. Staffs were friendly and service thumbs up! Room was hugh and my children loves it so much.

I just want to change the date. (When I book this hotel they never said I cant change) But the staff had lie to me, they said no manager can talk with me. Really impolite. Pls dont say your hotel have 4 star again.

Very satisfied with the framework and the reception staff who would have merited 4 stars; much less of the "rest" of restaurant "The finger bar" either for the offer, the quality of the offer, the service for a quality / mediocre price. The 94 announced Pier restaurant is closed without that one has been informed. Finally, the quality of the cleaning of the room is average. The Party criticized the opinion is instead of 2 stars.

Staff are nice and friendly. During our 2 nights stay at G Hua Hin, we enjoyed the facilities such as swimming pool, fitness centre & the children playground. All these facilities were in good conditions. Choices of breakfast menu were acceptable. The water pressure of the shower was very good, but the floor near the glass door became very slippery after using the shower. The environment around the resort was quite noisy as there was a construction site nearby, but it was ok when we close the room door. In conclusion this resort is value for money, for its location & service.

Hotel located at a very strategic place (town area) where transportation is very convenient. It surrounded with pharmarcy, 7eleven, mini markets, etc. Room is clean and staff is helpful. Breakfast is awesome and I will recommend this to my friend in future. Will be even better if hotel can provide hourly transport to certain locations instead of just 1 time at 6pm.

Like Good location, clean and big room, great attention to detail of the area plan and surrounding (big pool, garden, playground, garage, shopping store), decent breakfast (variety to choose) and great service (staffs were very attentive and helped like coffee, bring eggs to table when ready,. ), smiling and helpful staffs at the counter desk. Some feedback — Wish to see some more trash cans around the facility like at the elevators, reception. — One of the toilet bowl in the bathroom may have an issue. It is smelly. We had to flush it 2-3 times/use. — There were some ants coming to get food we left behind. If possible, try to use other methods but not the DDT. Would have been nice if access way between 2 connecting rooms are just the door inside rather than the access through the balcony. Overall We like the place and plan to stay there if we come back.

The atmosphere of the resort is very serene and nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable with nice view. It is within a walking distance to the clean and fine sand beach. We were surprised by the special decor and cake for celebrating our honeymoon! We strongly recommend this resort.

Good location, service. The pool is nice and not very crowded maybe due to low season. I staying at the ground floor Jacuzzi room and it is convenience for me to go straight to the pool whenever I feel like it. Toilet is clean. If really want to pick a flaw, I will choose the breakfast buffet. The choices and taste of food is average standard but definitely will fill your hungry stomach if you are not choosy. The staff took awhile to clean the table but it was not he/her fault as it was quite crowded in the morning. Overall, great hotel and definitely will come back again.

Good service of staff, Good Safety, Cleanliness and Good tast food. Please adjust for welcome drink practise as a routine and control prepare receipt to correctly. We planning to come back to join with you next time. If you have good promotion same as this trip. Thanks you for good service.
