This is a wonderful hotel where you want to return again and again.
We were in it in May 2019, it was very quiet and happy day for my family holiday! The staff is attentive and polite.
I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation with kid's! Have a free good transfer to any place in Hua Hin from 9 to 22

There are huge cockroaches in the room, they even can fly! We requested to change room, unfortunately the reply was the manager was sleeping so they cannot make the decision. On the other hand the swimming pool is very small, we absolutely do not have a feeling of a holidays.

We booked room & pool access, I love this place. Nice facilities, Nice staffs. Everything good for me. Breakfast fair average with the price.

In general this hotel represents reasonable value for money at around 1000b per night depending on room type. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. Stayed 2 nights, here’s the pros and cons: — Rooms facing the busy main road are a bit noisy at peak travel times. — No Wi-Fi at all and average/poor 4G coverage. — Checkin insists on taking copy credit card for security deposit rather than cash. — Room rate doesn’t include breakfast, not good value. — Very long walk and cross dangerous main road to beach with nothing there. — Nothing much to do here. Almost all TV channel all Thai. — Pool is average and not very well maintained. + Free shuttle service to city centre. + Some of the staff are friendly.

It was ok. Not the best Hotel for me but when you stay only 1 or 2 days its fine. We stay 4 days and it was to long also because the shuttle was only till 9 in the evening.

Hotel nice and clean but the staff could be a bit friendlier and the English was very bad.

Nice hotel especially if you stay in a room with pool access. Breakfast in ok, nothing special. The location is a little bit far from everything but the hotel offers free rides to and from Hua Hin centre.

The room and environment are great. A little far from the city and beach, but they have free shuttle service (find below for the schedule). However, I can only give three stars because the staffs’ English is so poor that I was driven crazy for communication and it makes easy things become difficult. For example, Missing the shuttle and have to take a tuk tuk to the hotel, wasting lots of time for booking a van and eventually I have to go to the station myself. If they hire one or two staffs good at English, I will definitely give five stars.

Very nice and good staff. But a long way from restaurant bars etc. And no smoking on your own balcony. I wouldn't recommend it if you smoke. I had a scooter so I didn't feel trapped at the hotel. Sorry I wouldn't stay there again because of location and smoking rules.

My room and hotel in general was fantastic. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of choices. Only a couple of things stops it from getting 5*. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible which is surprising as it's not a particularly big hotel. And the outside area where the pool is is very run down. If these things changed it really would be a perfect hotel.

No bar, no tour information, can't even bring washing to room — cannot recommend this place at all.

Not recommend to stay this hotel. Bad service. Too much rules to stay. And the reception take a photo copy of credit card … it's weird. Also not allowed to dry clothing on the balcony… how are we supposed to dry our swimming clothing? Also if you order food from restaurant, expect it to arriva late and be tasteless. Hotel staff incompitent, unpolite, ignorant, almost zero skills in english and dont know anything about hua hin and dont have any suggestions for tourists.

Very Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Very good service. Very good value for money. The only negative point to note is that this facility is relatively far from the Centre, which can cause delays in peak times. It seemed to us also to hear (d far enough) some airplanes er helicopters. On foot this will require you more time in order to get to the night market or other. That said with some baths you will have a nice TucTuc.

Hotel is good but the bad thing is, you'll have to pay additional 500 baht for an extra blanket. Be it additional pillow or towel, you'll have to pay for it. Overall, it's a good stay. And smokers do take note! Do not smoke in the room/toilet! My friend was initially fined 5000 baht after checking out. The chamber maid reported to the receptionist that someone had smoked in the toilet. My friend admitted he did smoke in the toilet but the fine was ridiculous and we managed to reduce it to 1500 baht.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and although I like the hotel (and the shuttle service into town), it let's itself down BIG-TIME outside where the sun loungers are with broken parasols trying to stay erect but failing miserably, the cushions on the loungers dirty and marked badly needing replaced. It's the only area in the hotel that is VERY disappointing and for this reason only I give it only a 3 star. If this area was rejuvenated, it would definitely receive a 4 star from me.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel and the courteous staff! Excellent hotel with the perfect view one could dream of. Free shuttle service to all major locations was an added attraction.

Nice hotel. But Nazi owner. You get fined 4000 Baht for smoking outside on your balcony…

Nice pool access room & not expensive.

Good clean hotel, but is a bit far from all the activities in the city. Without Tuck Tuck nothing works.

The pool is too small. Better stay in the Pool access room. The room is clean. Breakfast is okay.

Great place to rest! The hotel is nice and peaceful very close to a main road but that doesn't bother, it has a swimming pool and area to sun bed in! Very quite, very green, breakfast is nice, the staff super friendly! I would stay here again even thou the hotel isn't central, that is tackle simply by a free service shuttle bus to main tourists spots or just rent a scooter for 1100 Baths for 7 days!

Recently stayed there for 3 days 2 nights at the pool access room. Love it there. Room and the pool was clean. Just some of the staff is not so friendly. Breakfast provided and its good too. Walking distance to 24 hours convenient stall. This is smoke free hotel. Only can smoke in the designated area. This hotel provide free shuttle as well (on selected location). I would have rate it 5 star if all the staff were friendly.

Nothing to complain. Good clean and large room. The jacuzzi is so so and I would not book it because there is one.

Had shuttle to night market/beach/plearnwan. Breakfast is nice! Garlic bread!
