A small green oase between the streets of Ayuthaya.
I slept in the bungalow with en-suite bathroom and a small balcony outside. There's everything you need for two people.
The person who runs the rooms is exquisite to say the least and left us his house while we had to wait a couple of hours before taking the train. We left him more than willingly tipped.

We could not settle down late at night, on the phone could not agree on a meeting. I had to look for other options quickly.

Very clean and nice hotel for some days at Ayutthaya. The service is top. But don't expect a high class or luxurious hotel.

An Attentive Host. Free Bikes. Very small cabins but with a nice Veranda. Tea and soluble coffee is always ready. In the morning, the host also provides small pastries on the counter. It was beautiful.

Great host, great room. There are bikes and a lot of information to make a great tour.

The Hotel is placed right next to a Wat. With the bicycles you can rent for free all sights are easy to reach. There is a big bed inside of the room as well as a TV and air conditioning. Other than that the room is very small. There is no bathroom inside but right next to the room. The bathroom is not very clean and because of mosquitoes showering is not very nice. Service was very good and everyone was really nice and helpful.

In the center, to the main temples on foot, quiet, small hotel, very friendly host, very clean. Next time here will stay.

Home pleasant. Place clean, but the room shabby. Bathroom and separate TOILET room. Not practical. A bit expensive for the performance.

Looks better on the internet than it is. Priced probably OK. But the shower curtain doesn't need to be moldy. And the furnishings should be cleaned a bit more often.
The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful. Dear and helpful service. Bicycles on site. Super maintained small facility. Rooms partly with bathroom and partly with private, lockable bath compartment opposite the room door. Super and very central.

Wonderful place with a perfect location, owner was amazing with us and so helpful.

Perfect to stay for a few nights while sight seeing in Ayutthaya. Even though we arrived very late around 1030pm, the owner was happy to check us in. It's been renovated into a nice guesthouse recently, so everything was clean. Each room, small but sufficient, had A/C units to cool off. The lock for the room was a bit lose, and the shower rooms were shared. Strongly recommended for backpackers!

Very quiet and calm. Ideal to relax. During the night it was a bit noisy as there are other houses nearby. The rooms are very clean. There's a balcony on the 2nd floor where you can just lay down and take a nap. The main lobby is also beautifully decorated and you can just lay there on the bean bags the whole night. Free coffee, tea, and cookies.

Us a very nice super clean facility. The location is ideal as a starting point for visiting the temple and bicycles can be rented. There are a variety of free drinks and snacks. The owner is incredibly nice and makes the stay unforgettable.

Very nice and relaxing Hostel in Ayutthaya with super nice owner. There are tea and coffee free of charge. And it is just 500 metres from the temple ruins. Bicycles can be rented directly at Niwas. ☺

Very friendly staff. Rooms are relatively small, but the lobby, garden and balcony make up for it.

Quiet and clean, downside no shops outside to get food and drinks. Personal toilet outside of room.

Reached the city late at night, with their Google maps to find the hotel, nice and clean.
