Careless staff, non professional. No carpets — very noisy if someone uses luggage with wheels or just walk in corridor. Absolutely not 5* as they are positioning … just good 3* with beautiful area and beach.

Stellar service, great location, food was amazing and our room was clean. The only con was that the mosquitos seemed to run the place so take some misquote repellent for the room and your body.

สะดวก สะอาด ปลอดภัย (ใช้คีย์การ์ด) บรรยากาศดี พนักงานทุกคนยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการช่วยเหลือเต็มที่ มีทางลาดสำหรับผู้ใช้รถเข็นเกือบทุกจุด เข็นง่าย ห้องกว้าง (45 ตารางเมตร) ปลั๊กไฟรอบทิศทาง มีระเบียงกว้างๆ พร้อมชิงช้าส่วนตัวไว้นั่งชมวิว ห้องน้ำแยกส่วนชักโครก ส่วนอาบน้ำ อ่างอาบน้ำออกจากกัน พื้นห้องน้ำจึงแห้งสะอาด ระบบระบายน้ำไหลลงเร็วดี ไม่ขัง ยาสระผม ครีมอาบน้ำกลิ่นหอมชื่นใจ หมอนหนุน หมอนอิง นุ่มกำลังดี เตียงนอนกว้างนอนสบายไม่ปวดหลัง แสงสว่างภายในห้อง เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติก็ได้ หรือปิดม่านเปิดไฟก็สว่างทุกจุด (ห้องน้ำสว่างสุดๆ) สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่มากๆ บอกระดับความลึกตั้งแต่ 80 cm 1m 1.2m มีสไลเดอร์ให้เล่น (7:00-19:00 น. ) มีมุมให้เด็กเล่นหลายจุดทั้งระบายสี มุมนั่งเล่นตรงข้างห้องอาหาร รวมถึงบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ครบถ้วน อร่อย (6:30-10:30 น. ) ทั้งข้าว ก๋วยเตี๋ยว American Breakfast ชากาแฟ (โบราณ) น้ำผลไม้ น้ำเต้าหู้ ไอศกรีมโยเกิร์ต ข้าวโอ๊ต ผลไม้ ขนมปัง หาดทรายข้างโรงแรม สะอาดไม่ค่อยมีสิ่งสกปรก หรือขยะ เดินเท้าเปล่าได้ น้ำทะเลก็สะอาดน่าเล่น Comment อยากให้สระว่ายน้ำ ปิดดึกขึ้นอีกนิดนึง (ราวๆ 21:00 น. )

มาพักหลายครั้งแล้ว พนักงานสูงวัยที่นี่ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส เป็นกันเองดีทุกคน ให้ความช่วยเหลือเกินร้อย อาหารเช้าหลากหลายมากๆ แถมอร่อยด้วย เป็นหนึ่งในไม่กี่โรงแรมในหัวหินที่อนุญาติให้ครอบครัวของเรา ผู้ใหญ่ 2 เด็ก 3 นอนด้วยกัน ขอบคุณมากๆครับ

Love this place! Stayed with family for 2 night. Kids love the pool and the playground. We love breakfast here! So many choices. Staff are very very polite, helpful and Nice! We had connecting room and it's great! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This hotel is a bit of a odd mishmash design and layout with great facilities popular with middle class Thai families. Spacious rooms come with a balcony (includes swing couch), excellent bathroom, mini fridge, TV and safe. All the staff are polite and helpful. There are two big pools with a water slide and pavilions with a beach view. Great breakfast buffet with Thai and international options. In the evening there's the customary Thai covers band doing off key versions of 80s pop songs. On the beach in front there is shade and seating with the beach itself being quite clean. The only thing that stops a 5 star review are the mosquito problem (not too bad if you have spray or mozzie coils) and noisy kids. I'm a teacher and a parent so I like kids, but I don't think they should be able to run and scream in rooms until 11 pm or listen to ipads on maximum volume in the restaurant without parents or hotel staff saying something. However, for 3000 baht a night and no need for a deposit it's a good deal. My parents got a free room upgrade too which was good service. Recommend this hotel.

It's a great place. However, I didn't stay there just made a visit to friends.

This is a quiet resort, it has nearly everything. You do need to travel to get to restaurants. It often has good golf stay packages.

Just beside the beach, kind hotel staff and good service. If the shuttle bus service was frequent more, then it will perfect.
