Nicest hotel with pool on Cha Am area, closest to beach. Not much of a beach as full of people and umbrellas, and vendors.

Good place to stay. We stayed here for the second time. Took into account my wishes for a choice of villa and it is very nice. The hotel is made a trendy renovation. Beautiful. I'd like to paint a rusty bridge. The pool is unclear. The hotel is not empty. Every day tenants are inhabited and 90% are Thais with children. Therefore it is necessary to be ready to squeal in the pool and more from the early morning and after 17.00. It's almost quiet during the day. The cleaning is good. The restaurant is delicious. For breakfast I would like to see at least juice, but not diluted colored chemistry. And the fridge in the villa was very noisy.

Very good hotel, lovely staff, rooms and pool very clean. This is the third time we sejournons and the hotel is always as well maintained. I recommend.

Perfect location, in the center, opposite the beach. Nice breakfast, wonderful rooms, magnificent bathroom, and great pool. What can I say? To be recommended. We have the Deluxe room, the Villa are nice and directly on the pool. More privacy though for the Deluxe room.

We spent 13 days at bann pantai and we had a great time. The reception and staff around the resort are always friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh. We had breakfast lunch and dinner at the resort and the only issue I had was with some of the restaurants staff who looked overworked and tired, the breakfast is very disappointing and after day 4 we looked elsewhere for something to eat. The rest of the food is good and very affordable. The pool was excellent aswell.

Best hotel in cha am beach. But the staff in the restaurant need some training if you decide to eat there they will stand up in front of your table watching you.

One of the best hotels in cha-am. We stayed twice best for families and kids pool is very kid friendly. Breakfast is one of the best very next to beach but can be crowded with cars parked but for it is very good.

This is a very good hotel. The pool is great for kids. The breakfest is good and rooms are large. The negatives are as follows. The beach is below average lined with Thai vendors and its a bit of a trip to Hua HIn. In ending clean and good for the family. Would recommend it to anyone.
