Great location surrounded by shopping center and convenience store, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice especially K. Joe who tried to send me off to Taxi point during busy period of ASEAN submit.

Great location, great staff (especially K’Joe who is super service-minded). The room and bathroom was pretty compact, but clean. The bed was so soft that I got a good rest every night.

It wS short stay but comfortable and specially staff very efficient and cooperative.

Good room but a bit small deal with the price we paid we should say alright.

Main reason I’m here because of the concert. Great choice if you’re on budget. Room is clean, bed is so comfy. Bathroom is a bit small but I understand that ibis is more like a budget hotel. I’m satisfied with the services while staying at ibis. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle services from ibis to surrounding shopping areas. For muslim travelers hard to find halal food around ibis Impact and if you’re fussy when it comes to toiletries please bring your own. I’m enjoying my 3 days 2 nights stay.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is super awesome if you are there for Concerts. Guests are encourage to fully utilised the shuttle to get around and and spend some time strolling around Cosmo Bazaar. Impact area is huge! Though I suggest u stay they on the night of the concert itself as Impact is a bit far from the city and I spend most of my time travelling back and forth into the city. Pls made halal food more accessible.

Inexpensive hotel near the Impact exhibition hall. Free shuttle to and from hotel to the exhibition center during the Architect Expo. Location though is isolated in a way. Aside from the restaurant in the hotel, the closest convenience store and restaurants are at least 10 minutes away. Satisfying stay overall. Nice staff and clean hotel.

It's a decent clean and fairly new hotel with reasonable rate that is walking distance to the impact hall. Now during architect show it provided free shuttle transfer too. Its also building a pedestrian bridge fr hotel to hall. The only slack part of the hotel is it has fairly poor acoustic ambience and poor room insulation. I can even hear my neighbor showering! When the Chinese groups talk (yell) in the lobby and restaurant… The hall seems to be an amplified noise.

Electricity system is too bad, I will never come again. So crowded with Chinese tourism, but all staff have a smiling face although it's just a performance.

My first time stay with Ibis as Business issues on the other day at IMPACT. First arrived was impressive as never expecting kind of that level. Understand of the location not close to any convenience store. However the food there not that level you can't reach. Food presentation at the lobby bar was amazing and beyond my expectations. We stayed for a nice room was comfortable and bed really impressive plus pillow quality. Bathroom function and amenities accepted with the prices we paid. Better to have toiletries shop around the hotel for more convenient some of urgent require. The parking space were accepted. Overalls my experience were meet. Thank you.

This is my first time to stay with ibis hotel. I stayed for 8 nights. I am impressed with the quality and services. The service of staff is also great. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. You can always see their smiles and greetings. Everybody has service mind especially staff at the restaurant. I had an absolutely lovely time at the ibis Bangkok impact and I would definitely recommend it to people who are looking for work, exhibition or concert near Impact. I will definitely stay here again and have no complaints whatsoever.
