Nice, clean resort with beautiful view of Kwae river. Staff here is very nice and helpful. The facility is kind of outdated though.

Hotel in the jungle. The view from the balcony is a river and a cliff. Pool with fountains and slides. The food is very tasty. Rafting on the river is impressive.

Pros: This is a very good place for a relaxing family or individual holiday. Equipped area, spacious rooms, fast Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, beautiful river views, spacious lobby, carved teak furniture, bars near each building with places for socializing and sunbathing, 4 swimming pools, lovely Swimming infrastructure; Near (0.5-1.5 min by motor boat), on the opposite shore, spa with thermal water-if you come in the middle of the week in the morning-can be a half day to be the only visitor (the main stream of tourists-on the weekend), in the spa quality massage from certified Specialists and mud masks for extra. Fee The hotel staff and spa are friendly and attentive.
Organization: The majority of visitors are brought by groups within corporate (residents of Thailand) or mini-tours from hotels on coasts (foreigners) by buses. Bangkok has a hotel office. Taxis for two in February 2018 from Bangkok to the hotel cost 3500 baht (would like to be able to join the bus tour for a smaller fee).
Complexity-the hotel is removed from the settlements, it is impossible (except by taxi) to get to the supermarket/pharmacy/market for fruit, so eat that you can order in the restaurant; Many employees are poorly understood in English, because this hotel is largely oriented towards the inhabitants of the country, and Russian-speaking groups come with a guide-interpreter, so the single tourists are more difficult to explain.

Heat. It's beautiful. Comfortable rooms. Additionally there is a bar in the fridge at affordable prices. In the evening candles burn at the table. The kitchen is delicious.

A little disappointed we cannot get Wi-Fi in our raft room. We have to come up to reception to get internet to keep in touch with family back home. Music around resort is a little too noisy for our liking when trying to unwind and relax. And only one TV station in English. But beautiful situation on River Kwai.

It's quite noisy airconditioning in the River Wing room. This resort is quite private and difficult to go out to the shop or else where if you don't have your own transportation so make sure to bring your swimming suit and your books with you. After paying 50% of room fee as deposit one month earlier I was taken aback when rather than hello youre welcome the resort asked me to pay the remaining cost of three rooms for five nights when upon arrival and checking in so please be aware. No welcome drink just 'Credit card please! ' The trees and garden is beautiful and their swimming pools are great though. Honestly it was splendid once upon a time but a bit 'tired and needs updating. Good Wi-Fi if groups out on trips.

Stayed at this hotel by visiting a two excursion on the River Kwai. The hotel itself is made up of two huge complexes, new and old, we stayed in the old one. But I can say that he is in excellent condition not looking for years. The rooms have wooden furniture, everything you need to relax. The territory amazes with abundant quantity of plants, greens. Very nice hotel. The breakfasts and dinners are a bit modest, not many dishes, Thai food is not much, mostly European menu. Appreciate on good, one night great option!

I was here in a hotel survey trip for my office's activity, so I didn't spend a night here. My review is only what I saw. Pros. — The hotel have it own area which very verg large. — They can provide many kind of group activities. — The river view is gorgeous. — The new building is very clean and new, and have its own pools separated from the old building. — Large outdoor dinner area. — Large conference room, the capacity is about 200 people. Cons — The old building is very old, even TVs they still use CRT TVs. — The view from new building is quite far from river compare with old building. — I didn't see any dinning room with a/c. — They still use normal doorlock that require physical key instead of keycard like others hotel.

Quiet and peaceful place. The hotel is in the midst of a wild jungle on the banks of the River Kwai. The hotel has two swimming pools. On one there is an aqua slide. There is a beer garden where you Can dance in the evening.

Beautiful hotel, picturesque places near the hotel, silence, wildlife, river right in front of the hotel. Not a bad choice of dishes (buffet)

The location is very good. The rooms are large, beautifully drawn, and in the hallways, the furniture made from the roots and the tree trunks. Lots of green and water, there are a few swimming pools, one of them with a roller coaster, fun!

If you come with family it is good choice they have many activities.

Good clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Nice buffet. WI-FI is free and very fast: YouTube flies. In a mini bar, drinks are cheaper than a bar. In the hallway, it's funny talking magpies.

The old hotel is in very good condition. The rooms are very clean and the room is clean and comfortable. There are three pools, one of those with a roller coaster. The furniture from the teak tree, it looks very expensive. The kids here have a very quiet rest.

The hotel is very good. Big panoramic windows with a best voice view, but at night, there's a bug spiders out, and we've even got a little lizard in the room. In the territory, beautiful birds make noises and even talk. As long as this is the best hotel I've ever had.

Suite for family activity and big group friend.

Quiet hotel, excellent location for relaxing, lived in a small house on the water, a wonderful relaxation, good food, though monotonous. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the Russian language does not know but many understand. Evening show. In General, price-quality matches. Large area, all in green.

Nice view but really bad Wi-Fi.

Quietly and calmly. River in 5 ft from the balcony. Complete relaxation after a long day of exploring, elephants and rafting on the river days. Great and friendly staff. A little bit crude Hall in the restaurant, but the kitchen is quite decent. Like its exoticness mini concert of the national musical creativity. This in my opinion is the most worthy of all tried in Thailand, Thai massage!
