The boiler in the room is broken and the staff did not let me change the room. They said I had to lift up the faucet very high. I did lift it so hard that it was also broken. Still they did not let me change the room. Very frustrating.
Very good hotel and worth the extra cost!

This has a super location right on the river. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Staff are very friendly and have good English. Overall a very relaxing peaceful experience.
