So nice, the people here, maintenance and services they have provided, and specially their international buffet for breakfast is awesome, almost same every day but not boring some of the items they changes, policy is like 11am to 11 am. Maintained very nice rooms is also good. Nearby metro station is there, but for food have to walk a little bit to find good food choices out side, elegant and good for family stays.

Neat and clean hotel with clean and very spacious rooms. Staff very professional and polite. Good breakfast with wide varities of options available in food and drinks. Hotel located very near to Sinsuvarn (Bangkok) Airport. Free pickup and drop available from airport. 24 hours service available. Local markets nearby. Overall good hotel.

It was a functional hotel that China Eastern Airline provided us when they changed the flight schedule (a 7 hour delay) without telling us. A dinner was included, and the food was fine for what it was. The room was good enough, and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient.

The rooms are great except for the bathrooms… They are extremely bad and müffeln quite nice… But if you let the ventilation run all day then it goes. Short distance to the airport and one is quickly in the center or in two major shopping malls. For our short stop of three days before it went on with a domestic flight but completely okay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and supplied well. Over all for the price pretty good.

Only 5 minutes to the airport. Large rooms. Good for the price and for a short overnight stay. By taxi only 10 min to a big shopping center.

If it wasn't for the power going out the morning of our departure it would have been a good stay. The location is somewhat sketchy as it is hidden in a back alley off the main street. Couldn't complain with the price and the workers were extremely helpful.

Affordable and the airport very close to the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport free of charge. Room a bit rocked off but for the price (900bath) the night for a double room all passable.

Good for a quick transit, however they didn't provide a toothbrush in the room which they should for a transit hotel at 4* especially… They could also improve by doing 24hours room service. Since it is a transit hotel and people can arrive late. Staff were helpful and shuttle bus was good.

The hotel is 10 minute drive to Suvannabhum airport. It is very convenient for transit or short stay. The night market is 5 min walk on 100 m dusty road. So it may inconvenient for walking. The room is comfortable to stay.

Hotel correct but one can old notably restore it and the bathroom slightly damaged. Cleanliness was respectable and the little Plus was the anti mosquito on every outdoor table at dinner which we save a lot of liters of blood.

Good Clean Hotel. The staff were uptight and friendly in a very false way but it didn't take away from the fact that the food was good and the Hotel was clean. They even had mosquito repellent on every table in the outside part of the restaurant. A thoughtful touch. If you don't mind the uptight staff, it's a good place located less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Second time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and pomenjavshiisja. On arrival we were charged for breakfast for a second child, although we booked through Agodu for four. At the check-out we were tried to make pay 2000batt for another night of accommodation. Ostensibly they have a check-in and departure from 12nochi and not day. When we realized that we will not pay, we are not late on the plane, as NM in any way took the number and said goodbye. With such a brazen attempt of fraud in the hotel we encountered for the first time though we travel very much.

It's a great transit hotel with amazing Thai street food and massage palours in walking distance. Got the Bangkok experience even while on transit!

Location is great Dont except much for the price Room is smelly but clean Front office staff not the friendliest.

It was OK for a one night stay but no more. Quite noisy due to nearby airport and not maintained field full of frogs and other insects next to hotel. Breakfast was fine. Room was moderately clean with a bit stinky bathroom. AC worked well, transfer to/from the airport worked. This was max 2 European star hotel experience. Staff helpful.

It was an amazing experience staying with Sinsuvarn Airport Suite. This hotel is very near to the Bangkok Airport which and has very neat and tidy rooms good place to stay with your family or friends will visit again.

Slightly shoddy down the side off a pothole Lane. 10 mins from airport. Good little restaurant on site. Swimming pool. Adequate for one night.

You get what you pay for in most cases. This hotel was low cost but expensive for what you got as an airport hotel. Cannot be recommended. Unable to print a boarding pass till 9.00 am ( ("the office is closed"! ). My flight was at 8.00 pm. Totally unhelpful. Clearly was not the first time the staff had the same problem. Totally uninterested in helping. Clearly not something the staff could solve but as a management issue, I could not recommend this hotel. Totally unsuitable,, Was told I had to get it printed somewhere else! Less than useful!. Avoid! Steve.

Great place for short stay since close to Bangkok airport. Friendly staff, free shuttle bus to airport. Value for money.

The Sinsuvarn Airport Suites is a good value staging point. Handy airport location, efficient shuttle service. Room was fine, bathroom pretty basic. Reasonable food available in hotel restaurant. Good cold beer.

The hotel is located near the Suvarnabhumi Airport for a maximum of 1 day. There's a free shuttle that drives from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

The location is good. Near the airport. There is a small pool, a parking area, a nearby market, a nice restaurant, and a very nice hotel.

The room and the price were good, the breakfast excellent, but the 3 bus loads of rude tourists detracted immensely from my enjoyment. Also, be warned in advance of unscrupulous taxi drivers that linger nearby. They refuse to use the meter and try to charge the unwary twice the amount of a metered fare.

The cleanliness is not very lofty…

Super Hotel. Sauber with many facilities. Free shuttle from the airport and back. Strong Wi-Fi. And despite close to the airport super. Der located price unbeaten.

Total scam. Pictures are not even close to what the hotel actually looked like. I don't even know how these photos online were produced. Hotel is in an alley and surrounding a trash dump site. It may be close to the airport but the area is not worth the stay. I didn't feel safe to step outside. The hotel looks like a prison. I'm not overexaggerating. False advertisement at its best. I reserved with Expedia for 4 days. Because of a flight change I needed to only book for 3 days so I asked the front office attendant if it was possible to change my reservation for 3 days instead. She said it was fine as long as Expedia is fine with it but I had to pay the full 4 days fee and refund for the last day would be fine after speaking with Expedia. After paying I called Expedia and they said that it was up to the hotels discretion not theirs and they would call the hotel. The hotel said NO and I was upset they took the whole full 4 days payment knowing that it was under their discretion not Expedia. It would had been fine if she said no refunds initially but she manipulated me to get the full 4 days payment when I arrived. The place was so bad I left the after checking in after 15 minutes.

Very disappointed with level of service by Sinsuvarn restaurant/bar Staff. Hotel Room was not clean but not bad as per their rates. I did not mind the level of cleanness and bed was not stable. But when I went to their restaurant/bar for Lunch and they not gave me fresh food. I did request to the staff if they given me by accidentally than please change the salad and chicken. I did have only one bite and told them its can make me sick. They charged and said this the way they cook in Thailand. After that I went to street restaurant just around them and they gave me very fresh same dish. Sinsuvarn restaurant/bar staff should not blame to nation for their mistake.

Clean, cheap and close to the airport and the Airport Express. Plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard available. Underground car park no more than 190cm height. Only 8m long swimming pool. Breakfast was not good.

A great option for a long layover. The price, especially if you book it online, is great (I paid about $20usd for a clean private room). They include free transportation to and from the airport. The best feature for those on a layover is the late check out: $100Baht per extra hour after noon. The location is far from anywhere you actually would want to be and is the main reason for the less than stellar rating. There is a small charming market nearby and staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean, polite, cheap, AC, good free breakfast. Otherwise, not too impressive. Good place to stay near the airport for a night.

Very friendly and only five minutes transfer to airport stayed there many times and will again.

Ok for cheap layover. Standard match the price, ie low. Hidden in back alley. No shops or restaurants around, besides the hotel. Friendly staff. No safety box.
