Great place to stay… great hospitality from hotel staff… feels like stay at your own home…

Awesome! Nice hotel peaceful!

Breakfast was decent and has an average variety. Room was spacious and bed was good. Cleaning was good but could be better as bed sheets weren't changed throughout a week. Has Tuk-tuk service to BTS and other points.

Lots of positives. Close to Victoria BTS station, and Ratchaprarop railway link. Helpful staff. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Many recommends.

Clean room, location in the middle of the road, 20 minutes away from the BTS, not very convenient, swimming pool under a lot of chemicals!

We liked it very much, very large rooms, all clean, perfect value for money. Pool on the roof, here you can relax in the evening. The location is a bit off but for a little money you can get by taxi anywhere.

Great, between pool upstairs, nice rooms, rather well located and a beautiful and efficient decoration I would recommend this hotel. You have the free taxi to take you to the Metro which then will direct you to the airport.

Great hotel all wood in authentic style. The décor and staff got me a lot more in this hotel. The rooms were very spacious clean with everything you need. On the other hand it is the breakfast which is disappointing. Indeed the food is really formatting for the Chinese. For a Frenchman like me there is not much to eat apart from toasts at breakfast.

Everything went well except the taxi service which is unreliable. We had ordered the day before a taxi for 9am to get us to the station of the minivans, at the scheduled time the taxi was given to another customer and no taxi arrived. We were forced to fetch a tuk tuk in the nearest street, no taxi wanted to do this race. Luckily we took our minivan to Hua Hin.

Excellent… Super Excellent… The most amazing hotel. Big rooms, with safe, wardrobe, hair dryer & coffee maker amongst other things. Clean place & excellent helpful staff. Lots of Wood in the structure, which makes it BEAUTIFULLY ATTRACTIVE. Very Good Wi-Fi. Free drops to Victory Monument BTS by their tuktuk (in house carriage/vehicle), BUT prefer walking. 7-8 minutes walk to Victory Monument BTS OR Phya Thai BTS. Many places to eat from around Victory Monument with ALL kinds of food — fancy & street food & ALL Yummmylicious. Phya Thai BTS will take you to the Suvarnabhumi Airport at just 45 Baht, in 30 minutes flat with suitcases. The Airport Link Train is not in the BTS place, but it's in the lane next to it. It's the lane next to the LIFT (which takes you upstairs to Phya Thai BTS). All in all an excellent stay, will definitely be coming back.

Check your accomodation booking out properly for kids etc as its not clear on charges for them Also dont expect too much for info from hotel staff on atttactions etc around hotel.

Great hotel in the center of the city. Proximity to BTS, klongov. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are new, clean. The technique is new, modern.

Beautifully designed hotel with very clean rooms! The pool is not very special but the view from it is nice. The staff wasn't very warm and therefore 4 stars.

Lage: Das Hotel liegt in einer lauten Seitenstraße. In der Nähe sind teure Malls. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert und geräumig. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, einen Wasserkocher und einen Fernseher (keine deutschen oder englischen Sender). Es gab einen viel zu kleinen Schrank und Nachttische ohne Schubladen. Insgesamt zu viel zu wenig Stauraum. Es war hell genug. Es gab leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Bett: Das Bett war zu hart. Wir haben nicht gut geschlafen Bad: Neu renoviert. Sehr eng. Die Seifenspender waren leer. Pool: Der Salzwasserpool wäre erfrischend, wenn man ihn benutzen könnte. Die Öffnungszeiten sind von 9:00 bis 19:00. Da ist man unterwegs oder im Büro. Es gibt keine Handtücher. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Sonnenschirm. Und das bei einem Pool auf dem Dach. Das Wasser könnte sauberer sein. Frühstück: Buffet. Recht grosse Auswahl. Alles war kalt. Die Warmhalteplatten sind ausgeschaltet. Kalter French toast oder kalte Spiegeleier sind eklig. Wi-Fi: Instabil und langsam. Sauberkeit: Alles war sehr sauber. Lautstärke: Die Gegend ist laut. Es ist eine Baustelle nebenan. Die Schule nebenan ist überraschend laut. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Personal: Der Empfang an der Rezeption war eher unfreundlich. Wir wurden erst Mal über die Verbote aufgeklärt. Man muss für den Schlüssel 1000 Baht Pfand hinterlegen. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass man den Gästen misstraut und sie als lästiges Beiwerk sieht.

Very convenient location, located central Bangkok, and close to the airport train station. A very pleasant experience which makes us wanting to come back there!

The place is nice. The drive way to get into the hotel is bad as it is not on the Main Street. The staff’s English are very bad, barely understand me (Reservation and front desk). They can only speak very very simple English. It makes communicating a very hard task! And if you need to change any reservations due to last minute changes, don’t even think about. So I had to throw away two nights of payment.

The hotel is very good with reasonable price, rooms and service is very good. Staff is polite and helpful, they have shuttle to drop you to airport BTS train. Station is walakable from hotel. Unique designed hotel with good location.

Great Hotel, Good service, Good rooms but I'm not sure if there are any bad ones because I was staying in a nice one Good. Next to a school if you want your kids to go there while your on holiday.

Unfriendly & rude staff. You can't have 2 key cards. They will charge you 500 THB for additional key. They will throw your water if not consumed. The road to nearest Pratunam is horrible, muddy and unasphalt.

Hotel in the charming, very cheap and perfectly located in relation to the Metro and towards the airport. The access to the hotel is in an alley in works so a lot of noise during the day. Regarding the hotel it is almost new so some things are missing but are set up. Caution a deposit of $1000 B is required and then returned at check out.
Breakfast is average but varied with a wide hourly slice from 8 am to 10.30 am.
Little tip compared and booked with CB directly on their site with payment on the spot cost me cheaper.
The rooftop pool is not very deep but enough to cool off after a long day of sightseeing.

To the person who will take note I stay in this hotel 2 mth ago Nice place but something make me very disappointed the bellboy is very greedy I put tip for the housekeeping b4 I check out but is bellboy pretend to check my room and take away the money is supposed to give to the housekeeping I asked the Bellboy to call a cab for me that go by meter the cab came and ask me to pay extra hundred for the Bellboy advice to all if you want to given any tipping give it to the person personal.

Old siam style wooden hotel, everything perfect, room nice, staff friendlt, price ok. 2 cons: first it's in a back alley which can be very wet in case of rain, second there are a couple of construction sites in the immediate vicinity, so earplugs are a must, because works start 8am.

Modern Hotels with antique face-front. Like a fake ancient Thai building. Clean and comfortable rooms with basic furniture. They have roomservice and minibar. Odd area, but close to metro for the airport.

The Hotel is clean. Rooms made up every day. Staff is friendly. In a good location. Great for a weekend.

My first hotel in Thailand and the best. I loved the location the service, the bathroom, the rooms … all.

The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus a free transfer on the Touquet to train stations and a couple of nearby attractions. A little misunderstanding with the cleaning lady, at 9:00 a. M. Hung a plaque asking for cleaning, returned to 15 dense and tired, and the horse was not in the room. Fifteen minutes after the oral request, everything was removed, but the time had to be hanging around the hotel.

Located close to airport link, used this as an over night stay before travelling. Nice staff and not expensive.

Hotel decoration is nice. Cleanness is there. Staff is very friendly. It’s a short walk to a train station, which is nice if you are planning to rely on train for your transportation. But be aware during the rainy season. Soi 8, on which the hotel is located, during my stay was very muddy, filthy, and disgusting to walk on. One time it rained heavily, and I was walking back to hotel, holding an umbrella, and water level in that road was so high that my legs were completely submerged in water to literally my knees. And I am a tall guy. Good thing I was wearing shorts.

Good stay in a clean and quiet hotel down an alley.

Love the hotel, it's clean and tidy. Been staying there twice in 2013 & 2014. Located between 2 BTS Station with alot of street food nearby. Clean room with tiles and clean bathroom. Great stay and will continue to stay there whenever I visit Bangkok again.

The pool is nice and the rooftops.

Good connection with the skytrain to the airport and to get around bangkok.
