Service is excelent, however the room we book have no aircondition. Over all its good.
I absolutely loved this Taina's. Located down a relatively quiet street, but a short 5 minute walk to public transportation and all the activity you could ever want. The entry is gated and front door locked at night so never a concern about security. I was in the dorm room which was large and with a nice, clean bathroom. Aircon worked perfectly, and the bed was clean and comfy. The highlight of Taina's are the hosts. They are always there to help and chat. And you will fall in love with the "guard dog" ;-) I will definitely stay at Taina's again if/when I'm in Bangkok, and I would highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples and families.
