The hotel is extremely clean, great service, and a really great street side lounge area. Very well priced aldo.

This was our first hotel upon arrival in Thailand. We can say for the price we'd paid the hotel was fine. Staff was friendly and helpfull, swimmingpool was lovely and the room clean and complete. Just don't expect a high standard type of accomodation. However the breakfast was really good quality wise and plenty of choice in food. Coffee was real fresh and breakfast is set at the inner garden with a tropical pond for the right ambiance to go with your coffee. The location is convienent and easy to reach from the international airport. As we booked our domestic flight here also the way back to the airport was even less stressfull. The neighbourhood seems to focus mainly on Western tourists and this ofcourse brings the typical chaviness like pizza restaurants and horrible footballbars. Avoid those and aim for a walk around to experience the authentic Thai food stalls. The only con with this hotel were the horrific sunbed at the swimmingpool. They were absolute torture to lie on.

Great location and the breakfast is brilliant.

Spent loads of money there then ripped me off for accidently cracking a glass avoid like the plague bad attitude and will try and rip you off at every opportunity very very very disappointed land of smiles stops at the Rambuttri Village and plaza Hotel.

Nearly everything you will need in the complex — restaurant, coffee shop, 7 Eleven, Pharmacy, Laundry, Spa, travel & tour, Mens Tailor and Tatooist. Very reasonable priced rooms, clean and neat. A short 5 minute walk to Khao San Road and you can get to most places for @300BT and under by Taxi. Most impressed and will definitely be booking in for my next Bangkok holiday.

I stay here every time I hit Bangkok. Perfect price for a clean room. Close to khao san but far enough away that is quite. Good tour shop right next door as well. Roof top pool is great as well.

Everything was horrible. Bedclothes dirty, bathroom disgusting, the air conditioner doesn’t work, rude staff, and last: BED BUGS! I asked to move to other room, and found the same conditions. I couldn’t sleep, and 1 hour after check in, I left the hotel. … I booked for 2 nights and left in the middle of the first, asked to refund and had to come back on next day morning to talk to a rude manager. Finally, they refund just one night. Suggest to visit the room before pay any reservation.

Overall stay was good. Hotel location is ausome next to all busy streets. Housekeeping staff was doing great job. Check in experience was not good, it was my first time in Bangkok, I arrived late evening around 23:15 hrs and mostly markets are closed especially currency exchange. Upon check in front office supervisor asked deposit for extras, I replied him I will pay you next morning and there was no exchange opened that time, it was full raining outside. He simply replied, I am afraid I cannot check you in. I am also Front Office Supervisor in 5 Star Hotel in Dubai. Dubai has more than 970 Hotels, each hotel staff trying to satisfy their guests, and give exceptional service. This guy should learn hospitality first and then supervise the team, he should trying to give alternative solutions to the guests for their satisfaction.

The place was clean. The air condition unit was old but worked well. The bathroom was basic but clean and the hot water worked just find. Pretty much what you expect for the price. They did charge us to keep our bags after checking out which was a first for me.

Too much noise from the aircondioning. They have a beautiful pond with color fish by the restaurant. It's very well located.

Hotel OK, the rooftop pool is a big plus. The rooms are no more for the price. There are always people at the front desk so don't be rushed to solve a problem. Beware of the tuktuk at the entrance of the hotel which offer you to take you to the (tourism information), big scam!
We stayed there for 2 nights when we arrived in Thailand. And before taking the plane we wanted to come back after a night bus trip. But no possibility to return earlier in a room, it was 9am in the morning and we wanted to sleep because totally exhausted. They refused and asked us to wait until noon or 13H I do not know anymore. So we went to another hotel a little further.

Clean and nice hotel but it's the factory! Nice location. Room with wall view! By being upgraded! But we do not live in his room… Swimming pool on the roof that allows to make a small refreshing break!

I've stayed here approximately 5 times and, after my latest visit, have dropped my rating by 1 star. As with many of the places I have visited in Thailand, the experience of staying at this hotel has changed rapidly over recent years. The rooms are the same; I stay in the premiere room which cost approximately 30 pounds per night. The room itself is fine with a nice big TV and good air conditioning. The bathroom is a wet room but with a poor shower which, whilst hot, lacks power. There is only a cold (luke warm) tap in the sink. I would like to see a kettle in the room to make hot drinks, though I believe this is available in Deluxe rooms. The rooftop pool is the big plus point of this hotel, I believe there is another somewhere in the hotel but the one I refer to is the the one on building A. This used to be a haven of tranquility, a brilliant place to relax, read a book, sunbathe and cool off with a relaxing dip. However on my latest couple of visits, the increasingly diverse mix of people visiting Thailand has impacted on this. It is now often very busy, there are a mix of children, groups of men and couples, and it can get quite rowdy. There was even someone listening to music through speakers rather than headphones each day. If you are one of these people this maybe won't bother you, but if you are looking for some peace, this may not be the place for you any longer. I personally shall be looking for alternatives next time.

A good place to stay in Bangkok (at Rambutri street, with a quiet inner yard), nice modern and stylish rooms, pool at the rooftop, storage room for guest (after checkout you can leave your baggage for 40 BHT and even take a shower when picking them up). Edited: Premier rooms (in the renovated part of the hotel) are a bit more expensive but it's worth it, as the standard is much higher. Breakfast is really ok, with a wide variety of food (mostly local, but also western).

Finally a silent part of these streets packed with very high music. Rooms OK. Staff OK. Baggage staff a stake in the c * * *:)

This is 1 of my fabourite hotels to stay in the Khoasan area. Its just far away not to hear that boom boom music and close enough to walk there and be part of everything. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is amazing, has everything you need to keep you going all day.

Big hotel in the heart of the tourist area. If you appreciate a warm welcome and the Thai way of living don't go here! The hotel is packed with party people who sleep all day and party all night, we checked out after 1 night (3nights booked) and the staff didn't even bother to ask if there was anything they could do or why we left early… We had been woken up nearly every hour by the other guests coming back from the party's. This place is perfect for young people who don't mind not seeing any culture and who just want to keep eating their own food in an other location…

Great place in the city centre, close to the main tourist attractions. Also excellent the restaurant with lower prices than the surroundings and quality food.

Small shopping mall near the boat dock at Chao Praya. Near the Kaosanroad. Many drinks stalls and food stalls. Nothing special there. Ogne boat Dock not worth a visit.

Good value for the price. Centrally located next to Koh Samui road. Small swabs in comfort, but in any case recommended.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a double room which was not yet refurbished. That's what I've included in my reviews. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is very comfortable. It can't be without Ohropax. There is a TV (tube), air conditioning, hair dryer, safe and a fridge. TV was mostly blizzard, climate blows directly on the bed and this is also not possible to change. In the bathroom there is no electrical outlet, in the entire room just times 2 This is no longer modern in the smartphone age. Otherwise the rooms are quite clean but not very spacious. The price is ~ €30 without breakfast.

The hotel is well located but has no intention of providing service to guests. Absolutely nothing is meant to help or cater to those staying there. It is in the hotel that the worst attention we received from all of Thailand.

The best thing about this place is the immense breakfast buffet, amazing!, there is everything and exquisite. The breakfast room is beautiful TMB, you enjoy a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing terrible was a guy at the front desk who attended us at night, very badly spoken and without patience to explain anything.

This the view from our room and at the other side there is a Mosque to wake us up at 5 o'clock every morning! The breakfast area is great with local color and good food. The location is good and it is a big busy hotel although gives the impression of a boutique hotel at the beginning!

Perfectly located on Khao San Road where the nightlife pulsates! The double room was tidy — however, the number of stars is not comparable to European conditions! The breakfast buffet was very rich — everyone will find something here! Transfers to the two airports were organized by the hotel at a reasonable price! We'll be back!

In the first period I went to an excellent deluxe room, but the second time I went to a double junior and the truth is that it is ugly, the floor of the bathroom stained, the integrated shower that got wet all over the bathroom and neither a floor dryer had, we had q dry with the same towels as otherwise the water was going inside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only the junior room in area B that above or elevator had that sector.

Excellent location. No noises are heard. Normal room. Shower better than the one in the photo of Agoda or Google. Near the temples. A few blocks from Khao San Road, on Rambuttri which for us was much prettier the walk.

Nice ambience. Rooms are small but it's all clean and cozy. Food is great. They have a pool on the roof which is nice and over all a good place for stay. It's affordable.

The audibility in the rooms is terrible. Good if you need to sleep for one or two nights. Breakfast-Buffet, a lot of everything to choose from. There is a rooftop pool. The location is good, the palace can be reached on foot or by bus to go to any part of the city.

The whole is completely gone. Fortunately the TV is last cries and receives well (see photo). The staff at the reception and storage of the suitcases is rude. Automatic alarm clock from muezzin to 5h and from all the people passing through the hallway through the opening leading to the hallway: 16 air holes of 5cm x 20cm.
These people have long forgotten that they lived in tourism or understood that tourists will always be passing. Fortunately this is not the case of all Thailand where the stay is memorable:)

I'll start with the positive feedback: Nice location, dead center in the city and not far to the nearest "party street". The breakfast was rich and they had lots of dishes to choose from. The rooms were fresh, clean and quite up to date. On the negative side: Our room had a very noisy air condition, so noisy that it actually woke us a couple of times during the night and made us turn it off — and this made it too hot, so we had to turn it on after waking up yet again. The bed was very hard, and was not comfortable.

The district of Kaosan Road is still the neighborhood of the backpackers. This is not Thailand on the other hand you will find everything and even travel agencies at canon prices. It's even here that we found the best exchange rate in Bangkok.

Location is super Central. Location Tzd quiet. Staff unfortunately not so friendly but I would book it again.

I go to Thailand every year and I find it very nice and the culture of Thais also very good.

Amazing all you can eat breakfast. Rooms were clean, two really nice quiet roof top pools with plenty of lounging chairs. Located right in the action though set far enough away to keep things quiet.

Simple clean hotel with great location to the sights of Bangkok with 2 rooftop pools. Pharmacy, small supermarket, tailor, massage practice and Travel agency integrated into the hotel. Food stalls in the immediate vicinity.

It's a nice hotel. There are a lot of sights nearby. Breakfasts are quite decent. I liked the restaurant, the food is delicious. The only thing is that you should definitely press the Make Up button. T. K. Speaking English very poorly learned about it at the very end. There are two buttons — do not disturb and remove the number. If not pressed, neither could remove the default number.

The hotel located in a prime location and the breakfast was just awesome. But room was very small and very average quality. I have been to many countries and when I asked for 1or 2 hour extension after usual check out time, they usually grant the request; but here crew had asked for 1/2 day charge and more over you have to pay 20 Baht, if you would like to keep one luggage.

The Soi Rambuttri is soooo soooo great… you just have to experience it. The hotel is convenient, clean, nice staff, breakfast plentiful… the pool (or There are 2) above glorious. Here you can always take a short time out.

In the center, excellent location, the evening a lot of life around, restaurants, pubs, bars, where you can drink great cocktails, next to many places to visit absolutely.

A great hotel to stay for a couple of days. There is a pool on the roof. It's a great location. I stay whenever I visit Bangkok.

It's in the middle of the city, so I recommend for those who look for a place to stay close to the main attractions. And it's its biggest plus. Breakfast is fine and guest have access to 2 swimming pools on the rooftop. It's not so clean here (we saw some cockroaches) and it's really load here — mostly causes by the holes guests walking via the corridor). OK for 2 nights only.

Has become very expensive because you now have to order a breakfast. So you get to min 1300 bath. I find the situation pretty usury!

Horrible. Not by any chance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You were supposed to be able to pay by card but demanded at check in cash payment. Lousy experience. Don't waste your money, neither the time nor the right to a good rest and attention.

The hotel has many rooms and high turnover of visitors per day. Quite noisy in the rooms due to children or families screaming in the corridors or rooms or due to external air cond systems. Room is ok size and fairly clean. Perfect location for visiting temples and for evening street dining and strolls. Pool at the top can be an oasis of peace in the morning.

Every thing as expected. The rooms are clean and nice — for Asia. The rooms size was also nice and the personal was friendly and helpful. The location was silence at night. Right in front of the hotel is a very busy road. But I think there are no rooms to this side… The location is like 2 minutes walk from Khao San Road. The most tourist attractions are possible reach with food. (Great Palace 15 Minutes).

A very good hotel according to our experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and with the necessary for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very good, they have variety of options. The location is excellent, close to two of Bangkok's most well known streets. Three blocks away is the port where you can take the ferry that takes you quickly down the river to several places in the city. Close to some important temples such as Grand Palace and Wat Arun. Totally recommended.

Bad… Expensive (having encounted offers that are launched online) breakfast much quantities and poor quality. For the price there are better ones. Bad smells. Quite old it lacks a reform. I do not recommend.

Breakfast was the most amazing part! Rooms were basic but clean. Walls were very thin. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the spot. I wish I would have spent a little extra and had a proper 4 or 5 star hotel. It would have been worth it! Must go to Madame Musur within 3 minutes walk. Great atmosphere to escape the hectic Bangkok life!

The location is 100m to the centre of nightlife. Nearby all the essentials, the exchange, the market, restaurants and cafes, street food and shops. A good breakfast is a buffet. Two pools. Clean every day — to clean, you need to leave the "make up my room" button. Of the cons — Very buzzing air conditioning from the street, you can hear through the hood in the toilet everything that happens in the hallway, not quite new underwear and towels.

Impersonal Hotel. You're a source of income. Comfortable and well located but cold.

Very good location but then what is it noisy! Doors slamming in every direction at all hours of the night. Customers who come home drunk in screaming all evening. The muezzin at 5h of the mat for the call to prayer as in OSS 117! Cleanliness very approximate, to be nice. Room Decor: Uh. In their juices of the middle of the years 1492. The note of 3 for the geographical situation! For rest? Fuyeeez Poor fools!

When you come to Thailand, unless you go to a grand hotel, you have to understand the aspects that make a hotel judgment positive. As far as I am concerned this hotel I found, the room clean, the bathroom clean, a comfortable bed, the air conditioning and the safe in the room. The proximity to the most important attractions of the city from a further value to this hotel. Actually the only downside I found is the fact of having to leave 1000 Bath of bail at the time of registration. So what about, if you find a place, don't Ramona escape.

Very well placed hotel for sightseeing and tourist area. On the other hand, it is very noisy. Also on the side of tourists (door slamming, loud talk, …). To use for a night pass but not for a stay. The cleanliness was relative… The maid left her hair everywhere.

For a first hotel stop ever in thailand it was pleasant enough it has everything you need whilst in the mits of busy Bangkok. A great central location only one road away from ko San road. Another suprise is the pool located on the roof of the hotel also good views. The rooms are are basic but clean and tidy.

Great location close to the action, but far enough to get a good nights rest. Our standard room was sufficient and clean and the roof top pool was a added bonus.

First off all, you have to pay attention to the staffs, they charge you for the second person 400bhat even if you book for 2 persons, they pretend they don't know anything. I was drunk and brought a girl with me, I payed and realized that I pay for nothing! I asked them yesterday and they said it's your for because you were tired! Staff is very rude, she will ignore u when she wants. Bathroom smells bad! No refrigerator for the Junior rooms, if u want, you have to upgrade. Cleaning staffs are noisy, they shout instead of knocking the doors. You get dirty towels instead of clean. Stay away from this hotel, they charge you on everything even if it's not your fault. Oh yeah! I forgot that Dial up internet connection is faster than their!

We arrived and were nicely received by the clerk who allowed us to check in early at 9AM instead of the afternoon. The Wifi-Service have been very slow since our arrival: frequent disconnections, endless timing to refresh a page… On the second day I woke up a bit late and went downstairs at 10h40, so it was already 10 minutes that the breakfast had closed. Still, I requested politely not to be served any breakfast, but just to have a fruit juice to wake up. The girl in the restaurant told me to wait… then she left, came back and ignored me like if I wasn't there. She was even laughing with her colleagues saying things in Thai while I asked her again if I could just get a juice… she again told to wait… and ignored me like this for 5 minutes. I went to complain to the manager who wasn't very nice as well and honestly I would not recommend this hotel, despite its good location, given the attitude some of the personnel can have. Fortunately as I mentioned earlier, some other members of the personnel were nicer since we were well received at the Hotel, but it seems to be a random thing depending on who you have to deal with. Not a good hotel!

2 people 5 days In double to € 30 per night, good service and comfort for the price. I had requested a room above the bar so it's stat on the fifth floor, very quiet. Daily room cleaning and towel change. Change of sheets every other day. Breakfast was a bit confusing depending on schedules, good pool, indispensable to return from tour. Shame to close at 18.
At check in leave 1000 bth which are rendered at check out. Great location. Wi-Fi everywhere.

Great basic place to stay and value for money.

Although there was not a house guest but visited friends on the spot, and was glad not to stay here. Breakfast for external guests 250 Baht Buffet was okay but not more, The whole atmosphere is disappointing, noisy, and stressful. I have not felt in all the Trubbel.

Full of pseudo backpackers until early in the morning unrest which have. Unfortunately, the best time is this place to stay over. House full of rubbish, pool water causes rash and diarrhea. This is all best if money from the locked safe will disappear!

Nice Resort Inn. Ideally located, as I realized some of the other hotels are located in busy and noisy streets. The only set back is the swimming pool, looks rather old and the one you see in the webpage is not what you will see in actual.
