Checked in on 13.1.21. Took me to a room that the Air conditioner was leaking so bad that it also flooded the whole room. Not a good first impression. 😔

Completed my ASQ at Lohas, no complaints. Staff where brilliant, check in daily to see if I needed anything, happily went to 7/11 and Tops market regularly. I had to order often off the Ala Carte menu because the portions where a bit light for me, they noticed this and off their own back they started giving me bigger portions, for the 2nd week I did not need any Ala Carte! Deluxe Room was a good size with separate kitchen area, bed good size and comfortable. Will book again next time for sure. Highly recommend, great value. 5*.

Beauriful spacious complete room. Comfy bed and linens. Close to everything. Kind staff. Rooftop swimmung pool and nice city views.

The room is spacious has two rooms and is clean, it is very bright we have a large window overlooking a garden and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is plentiful and you can choose from three types of menus.

Rooms are incredible, loved it in a first sight, concierge service are thoughtful they wont let carry any burden to ur shoulder as soon as u reach to porch area they will assist u to the room guide u n tell u in detail about all the facilities and equipment. Good tor family and couple friendly too. Pocket friendly we r going to book again when ever I m coong to Bangkok again most imp thing. Very attractive location u can do so many things around this hotel try metro too very near to the station and 40 min drive from airport.

Great size rooms but it's a fair distance walk to the main road on arrival. Once you get there, you realise that there is a free Tuk Tuk service from the main road to the hotel 24/7

The rooms were nice and big and we had a washing machine and fridge. The gym and upstairs garden was nice and it was really cool having a rooftop pool to swim in. Only bad thing about the hotel was that it was all the way down the end of the alley. But they did have a small tuk tuk service to drop us at the main road 24/7. I also rang them to pick us up so that was convenient also.

Everything was perfect. But they should improve breakfast. Specially need to add some halal food.

Overall a pleasant stay if you don't need Wi-Fi, recommended to get unlimited data SIM as room Wi-Fi keep breaking up. Room is big with well equipped kitchen, 45sqm for a deluxe room. Location is probably not as good but make up with free tuk tuk service from Pleom Chit.

Questionable cleanliness. A bit pricey for Bangkok in view of the services offered. The pool was cloudy and the surroundings a bit dilated. We have stayed in better hotels in Bangkok for this price.

Great rooms with a but of amenities, even a washer and dryer! Free water bottles every day and nice staff!

Booked a two bedroom unit for a 3 night stay. Had a great time, friendly staff and beautiful property. For the price, the room is huge, with a kitchen and a en-suite washing machine. The facilities on the roof were also good, especially the gym. A steal at this price. Will definitely be coming back.

A perfect place. Near everything and far enought from the main street. Pool on the roof, mini garden, a gym and many other things to enjoy.

A little bit off the main road but there is a back entrance to sio 4 and to Nana sky train (15-20 walk). Large comfortable rooms. It has a kidney shaped pool on the roof with plenty of privacy and good enough to splash around in.

Big well furnished apartment sized rooms that have a small kitchen and a separate sitting area inside the room. There's even an added benefit of having a washing machine which is really handy and helps save up on the steep laundry costs which hotels usually charge. Amazing gym and swimming pool which are both on the rooftop with stunning views of the city. It's located in the quaint soi 2 and the best bit is the free tuk tuk service available at all times which provides drops to the main road. The food was superb, the staff is very courteous and helpful and the biggest plus is the great location with all the major party/shopping places in close vicinity. I would definitely recommend it for a nice comfortable stay when visiting Bangkok and especially if one is looking forward to put up in the sukumvit area. All in all was a wonderful experience and looking forward to coming back again!

Located walking distance from BTS Phloenchit and BTS Nana Stations, little away from the main road, inside an alley. Peaceful and calm ambience. Has Big rooftop swimming pool and gym facilities. Rooms are Big, clean and well maintained. Apartments have fully equipped kitchen, dinning space and provides washing machine. Breakfast is good with wide variety of dishes. All staffs, especially the front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, ever ready to help you in any need. They have massage service and tour operator in the ground floor. Provides tuktuk pickup and drop service from hotel to Pholenchit BTS station.

We booked it because the price was right and it had a pool with a view but the pool was renovated. We stayed 5 nights and regretted. First room had no balcony even though we requested it and it smelled horrible and the laminate was peeling off. The pillows are in the lobby for decorating only I think because no one asked us what pillows we would like. After complaining we were moved to nicer sweet with a balcony. The only good thing is the kitchen and washer. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Spacious and complete room… from the washing machine to the iron. Comfortable and ample bed. Impeccable cleaning. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Tv and DVD player. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishes cutlery cookware microwave toaster…). Great location of the hotel within walking distance of Nana Plaza and the BTS. Carpeted corridors and room with parquet flooring. Restaurant and pool. Nice Staff Really a nice structure. I will definitely return.

The Lohas is a street from Nana Plaza. It is a clean and quiet hotel. Something far away from the next BTS. There is a free tuk Tuk service to Sukhumvit Road before. However, everything in all I find it too expensive in relation to price performance. Nice Hotel.

To avoid. Tobacco odor in the room… clogged washbasins… swimming pool unavailable. General Random Cleanliness.

A great hotel, very high quality price, with all the services of a luxury hotel.

We had the bad luck of staying while in construction, the room comfortable, the cleanliness of the bathroom bad like all the hotels that have less than 5 stars in Thailand, the staff very friendly, the bar on the ground floor is the typical English pub with Thai and Engl food That, with a lot of TV with different sports in each of them, the pool in the attic very small but clean, has laundry and gym.

It is a very nice and clean hotel; not that expensive with accommodating and helpful staff. The free breakfast was delicious however same kinds of food were on the buffet table during our 5 days of stay. But I will come back to stay in the hotel when I visit Bangkok again sometime.

But very far to walk to the nearest train station, the hotel is already older and everything a bit used down. But the staff are very friendly.

Huge rooms, good pool and helpful staff. Very good location, 3 minute walk to the main road but far enough back to enjoy the pool without the noise and pollution. Only negative, in need of many little repairs, why they can hire someone to touch up and maintain parts of the hotel and rooms I don't know.

Lohas was a reasonable hotel. It was at the end of an alley, which made finding difficult, but it was close to the main street and away from the noise. It was convenient to food and shopping, and included a free tuktuk ride to the main street. It's beds were reasonable, and hotel room itself was clean. Service was good, I was able to check in at 3am without difficulty. There were a few cons. The hot water does not last long, so prepare for cold showers. There was black mold in the hallway and staining in the carpets of the hallways. The restaurant downstairs was pretty good though.

Highly recommended! The hotel is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with kitchenettes and other room necessities. The staff are friendly and helpful that they even allowed us to check in ahead of standard check in time (subject to availability of the room). They are also responsive to the needs of their guests e. G. Morning calls, drinking water, taxi service to the airport, etc. The location is very accessible to BTS and they have a free tuktuk service to bring and pick you up to/from the main road. Truly value for money. Will definitely stay here when we visit Bangkok again.

Ok this isn't a 4 star at all. Mold on the shower walls. Hot water goes in n out the Wi-Fi is hard to stay connected to. Service is still friendly tho but if I come back to Bangkok, I won't come back here.

Lohas is our only choice whenever we are in Bangkok! Conveniently located in the heart of the Sukhumvit area, it is our home away from home! The warmth and the efficiency of the hotel staff led by Miss Marites and Miss Paweena plus the bell service composed of the dynamic duo of Mr Surat and Mr Suriya are simply impeccable! Rooms are very spacious and clean! … The 24 hour Tuktuk service is likewise always on standby and prepared to service guests. No doubt, we shall keep on going back! Cheers, Lohas!

Spacious and fully equipped rooms (with laundry machine, kitchenette and living room), centrally located, great service and excellent gym facilities. I would highly recommend this property — great value for money!

Good hotel for family, has cooker and clothes washing machine, little bit old but clean, TV channels not clear, rooms are big and can be connected. Far from Nan road but they have 24 free tuktuk taken you to the nearest point Staff are very lovely, kind and helpful. Price little bit higher then should be.

Book for 8 nights stay. Initial check in front desk staff said it is a good room. Was staying in room 1405 for 5days, daily at least 3 times power tripped in room suddenly. Requested to change room but front desk ignored. First day room was not make up. Shower suddenly hot, suddenly cold. Not worth to pay $600 over sgd for 8 nights. Location is so far away from BTS even though they have tuktuk services. Previous stay was so much better as it was new and front desk service was better. Roaches everywhere in room now. In room phone is not working as well. Only manage to change room on the fifth night and was offered the balcony room. Even so, this will be the last time staying at this hotel/residence. Very disappointed with the service and staffs.

Generally hotel is ok. Rooms are spacious and clean, kitchen is big enough for cooking, bathroom has a washing machine (mine was weird because it was washing for 4 hours and didn't finish the program! ). Rooms are equipped with air conditioners and they were a problem: one in a bedroom was situated right in front of bed so it was blowing on it with a cold flow, so you can easily get cold while you sleep. Being turned off it makes annoying loud sounds like something is boiling inside. Suite has 1 window on living room, tiny windows in the kitchen and in the bathroom and glass door to the small balcony, so you don't have much sunlight. There is nice swimming pool and the rooftop and a gym that is not equipped very well (no bar, for example), but ok for a small workout. Breakfast is fine (except juices, better ignore them), restaurant itself is not expensive but kitchen is mediocre. Hotel is situated in the end of the street, like in 500m from Sukhumvit road, but you can always take a free tuk-tuk to go there. By the way, keep in mind that this street can be really flooded after rain. Also you can use hotel's back entrance near restaurant to go to another street with seven-eleven shops, cafes and cheap taxis.

This is low season and the guy at the reception tells me the are only non-smoking rooms in the third building (from which you need to go outside and walk to the other building of you want to go to the pool). After I complain a little (because I know he's got free rooms in the main building), a non-smoking room becomes magically available in the main building. Then once in the room, it smells the humidity and the AC is making a loud noise. I called the reception to ask to change room, the guy instead sends me 2 people to check on the AC, who end up telling me that it's the same for every room (I did some 2 star hotels that had much quieter ACs). Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dirty pillow cases, rubbish not cleared from room, no hot water, electricity sockets broken. Old building and lift wasn't working so had to transfer from building 2 to building 3. Booked for 4 nights and we canceled after staying 1 night least they gave us refund for the nights we didn't stay. Staff were friendly and accommodation however and could not be faulted.

Been staying here about 4 years after more than 12 at a competing nearby property. Clean, comfortable, relatively convenient to Soi Nana (although a longish walk from Sukhimvit) and BTS Nana Station, modern. Biggest plus is washer/dryer combo in each apartment. Pleasant rooftop pool, no food or drink available there. Helpful, friendly staff. Many nearby bars and restaurants, convenience stores.
